The location of this property is just heaven. I enjoyed sitting on the dock at sunset watching the dolphins so much. The beds were super comfortable too.

Perfect set up to goto and just enjoy a relaxed state of mind. Great area and walkable to downtown cocoa beach. Beautiful views The property was well kept, clean and had enterprise you need for a pleasant stay. Our host was very communicative

We had a convention in Orlando and decided to stay at cocoa beach. Coconut Cove was quiet and peaceful. The wildlife from the river was a plus. Also a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants.
