This place is on a very private treed hill with large log beams in the entrance and beautiful decor inside very new looking! The room was amazing, quiet, super comfortable, with full-size products in the bathroom, and the breakfast was just as great.! Scrambled eggs, sliced kielbasa, sausage, hashbrowns, cinnamon or plain mix to make mini waffles or regular size waffles and so much more plus fresh fruit and a whole coffee bar. Don’t pass this place up! We were only there one night, but we will definitely return if we come back to the area! Saw people using the indoor pool and nice gym area and heated spa as well. The little coffee cups with lips or mustache and little outfits as cups sleeves, lol! My pictures are not great, but don’t pass this place up!

Quick and efficient check-in process. We didn't have any hot water on our second morning there, but the hotel did seem to be pretty full so it could have been due to the amount of people using it at the same time. The elevator is.. questionable! But it got us from A to B. Front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. WiFi could be better. Overall, a pleasant stay and location!

Hotel is nice and quiet- Employees friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was decent. Indoor pool and fitness rooms nice. Hot tub was out of order, was told for 2 years lol. Biggest issue was beds not comfortable and room I booked said 2 queen beds but they were full size not queen.

For the price that we paid, this place was very disappointing. This hotel is in bad need of an upgrade. The elevator shakes and hasn’t been checked since November of 2021. The toilet is LOUD. The breakfast was terrible. The fruit was old and brown. The oatmeal looked like it was a week old, thick and pasty. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful to us. She went out of her way to find a map of the area for us, which should have been readily available.

Enjoyable stay, staff was kind, breakfast was ok. They need to focus on maintaing the hallways by vacuuming more ofton and mopping the area in front of elevator. I felt like we never saw a housekeeper.

Upon checking out the gal said we owed for one night for the couple we came with. I booked the hotel and knew I paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights. My friend had to pay the extra night. When I got home I found my receipt for 2 rooms for 3 nights. We are waiting for a refund for the one night for my friend on his credit card. When I got home I found a tick on my back which I had taken off by a doctor leaving me with the expense of a antibiotic. The food was good at breakfast and the location was great for getting around.

Front desk people were very welcoming and helpful. The room was worn and a bit unclean ( eg hair in shower ). Kleenex box only had about 6 Kleenex's left. Alarm clock must have been accidentally put on by cleaning staff as it rang at 5 am... before we wanted to get up!

Front desk clerk at check in was not friendly. Never once had eye contact while checking in, just stared at her computer while she talked to me. Room did not smell very good and the bedding did not smell fresh. Couldn’t figure out why there was no furniture other than the bed in the room. Wasn’t a good experience, left a day early and forfeited a nights stay just to get out of there.

Very nice room in a great location, breakfast was very good and the lobby was comfortable enough for a small family get together after dinner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The hotel had a wonderful view up the mountain and was set back in the woods so the noise from the busy road was not a problem. The staff was friendly. Our dogs had good space for us to take them out for a walk.
