到着して、荷物を運ぶ為にカートを探したが無いのでスタッフに聞いたら全部使われています。で終わり…何の対応もない。除雪されておらず、駐車スペースが無い。他の方も駐車出来るスペースを探し回ってウロウロしていた。ホテルのスコップで自分で駐車スペースを除雪していた宿泊者の方も居ました。スタッフに駐車する所が無いので、どうすれば良いですか？と言ったら… どうすれば良いのだろう？との解答。あなたホテルのスタッフですよね…… 朝から、館内放送で車の移動をお願いする放送が何回も。ゆっくり寝ているのに。うるさくて。眠れなかった… チェックインの時に、車のナンバーと車種を聞いておけば済むのでは？星野リゾートとか、そうしているけど… ダイワホテルの時から利用しているけど、メルキュールに変わってから、食事が不味すぎる。部屋のティッシュが補充されていない。ティッシュボックスもホコリが付いていた。不潔でした。オールインクルーシブなので、お酒を飲む人には良いかも…お酒を飲まない人には何もメリットは有りません。良い点はグランデコのスキー場に近い。
