I had a TERRIBLE experience at the hotel. At checkout, I left a Chanel scarf—purchased just the day before—inside the fabric bag on the dresser. When I arrived in Miami a few hours later, I realized I had left it in the room and immediately notified the hotel staff. Yet, absolutely no one took responsibility for a high-value personal item left inside my room. It wasn't in an outdoor area or a common space; it was inside the room—a room that the hotel itself claimed was accessible only to staff, with no other guests checking in after me. A hotel that positions itself as a destination for high-society clientele lacks a trustworthy team to safeguard guests' valuables. Just imagine if I had left a jewelry case in the room—the irreparable loss I would have suffered! The scarf cost $1,575, yet no one offered a fair resolution; in fact, after several exchanges, management made it clear that the fault was mine for leaving it there. How is that possible? I was staying at a supposedly high-end, trustworthy hotel! I travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this anywhere else—such negligence and no plausible solution! Do not trust this hotel with your belongings! Aside from the lack of trustworthiness and irresponsibility regarding what happened, the hotel is also extremely basic—there’s no spa, no gym, absolutely nothing! Just a pool with cramped seating that stays packed all day long! A huge disappointment!

This hotel is very nice. I would have expected down pillows in the room and a more spacious bathroom, but other than that it was good!
