Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Birmingham - Inverness 280 by IHG

Room was clean. All needed items present. Staff were kind and pleasant even in the hallways. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

The room was clean but housekeeping did not clean for the 4 days we were there even when we asked each morning for clean towels or towel exchange and sheets to be change one morning. We even asked front desk as the house keeping staff kn the floor said they had to call and get permission each time we approached them. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for some at the front desk..we had to ask for towels when we needed clean ones each day. Staff gave us sheets and said we could change the sheets ourselves.

I stayed for three days the cleaning service was very poor they never cleaned the room and they never brought fresh towels

very loud hotel, you can hear everything, the doors shake the walls !! this must be a hot spot for kids soccer and cheer (cheer place next door)kids running up and down the halls and every door closing shakes the building !!, there is no sound absorption anywhere, you hear everything !!!!

The pool was closed for 48 hours when we arrived. They tried to put us in a room number that did not exist. The room we were in had power go out at 8:30pm. They moved us to another room that had no towels or coffee pot. They didn't offer to correct anything. I asked for a discount and was told it would have to come from hotel.com. we were not happy! Definitely not usual for Holiday Inn Express!
