We had to stay in Chios as we missed our ferry connection and the Manager was so kind in allowing us to come straight into the hotel in the morning. My only negative about this hotel is how difficult it is to park and that the parking is on the street. It's a great location to walk to restaurants and shops and about 2 minutes drive to the ferry terminal. They only had 2 tiny lifts, one was out of order so we preferred to take the stairs but were on the 4th floor so it was a bit of a treck! We would stay here again as they were very friendly and the room was excellent.

We had the opportunity to bid for an upgrade and our bid was accepted! We ended up staying in the executive suite. Our balcony had a view of the Aegean and of the harbor. There were two bathrooms so we had his and hers. I took hot soaking baths each night. There was lots of room in the suite. I would highly recommend it. Breakfast had a large variety of options. Parking was just next to the hotel with a key code to raise the gate. We paid extra for late check out but that did not translate to parking. We could not get back in the lot after 11am.

Rooms were clean but seem like they need an upgrade. Bathroom very small awkward to shut door but clean and newer. More like budget hotel. Pool area older and shady. Breakfast was fine. Not many hotel options in area. Balcony room facing sea was beautiful was best part of stay.

The key card to the room had to be reactivated 8 times during my stay, no id needed, so security is not very high. Quite annoying that the pool also was closed "for the season" The walls are paper thin but that does not affect my compfort. other than that great simple breakfast with a variaty of stuff

The front desk was unwelcoming at best and mostly incompetent. It got to a point where I didn’t even want to engage with them. The carpets in the hallways are old, stained and smell of cigarettes. At a minimum, those need to be changed (as well as the carpets in the hotel rooms). The breakfast also needs an upgrading. I have stayed at plenty of hotels in Athens and on other Greek islands and I know breakfast can be better.

We had arrived in Chios for the first time to Visit Agia Markella. We fell in love with the city of Chios. This all started with our warm welcome at the hotel. Our room was an ocean view and we had an amazing view of the light of Turkey. The staff at reception were helpful and knowledgeable, they assisted us when our tour to Agia Markella was cancelled at the last minute. Breakfast was a large variety of choirs, fresh and delicious. Room was clean and bed was the best we have slept in during our holiday in Greece. Hotel is walking distance alone the port to restaurants, shops and cafes. Thank you to your team for a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

The only real issue is the traffic noise that i think every hotel is exposed to. I thought thiscwas not on the main rd. It is. I saw all the other options. None looked better. A few were in between it and airport so u would have to walk. Tv channels were poor. Breakfast was large but not top notch quality. I had to ask for room upgrade. Fyi. I walked to airport. Took 25 minutes.

Wonderful four day stay. Have been to this property many times over the years. The service and overall quality is still excellent. The front office staff could not be more accommodating. Very efficient, cordial, and helpful. We were even able to check in early due to our ferry from Athens coming in early. They were very flexible and incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this property. Breakfast room is beautiful!
