The stay itself was pleasant, but parking was a bit tricky as the lot in front of the hotel was fairly full, and it was unclear if hotel guests were allowed to park elsewhere in the larger parking lot. Had messaged the hotel many days before arrival with a minor question about the room but never received a response.

Have stayed here numerous times. Rooms are spotless and great value. Has a pool but i don't use it. Hot tub is out of commission. Like their mini gym.

The pool was the perfect temperature and clean. Staff were very helpful. Carpet in our room had a spill but the one in our son’s room next door was fine. Good value for the price.

Staff was courteous. Cleanliness of room was only okay. The rug in front of the door into the bathroom was wet. We used the pool, but it had an accumulation of sediment on the bottom and the water was foamy on the top. The hot tub was luke warm at best and the sauna looked sketchy. This hotel has seen better days. But for the price of it, the bed was comfortable, it included a microwave and bar fridge in the room.

The property bears no resemblance to its online photos. It is very run down with poorly cleaned rooms and a bathtub drain that doesn’t drain. The hallways were dirty, making it hard to believe they’re vacuumed more than once a week. It felt unsafe and i felt uncomfortable lettinh my child to leave our room unaccompanied. We observed several individuals in the hotel who seemed to be under the influence of something.

The bed sheets were directly on the mattress and the actual too sheet was not fresh and had been turned side ways. The garbage wasn’t emptied had popcorn and dirty tissues on it. Facecloth in bathroom only one and had a long black hair draped over it. Toilet both covers up and long black hair when I pulled it down. No care in cleaning in this place. I understand you get what you pay for but at least empty the garbage. I put it out of my room into the hallways when I checked in and it was still in the hallways not emptied in the morning. I asked for a wine opener there was none in the entire hotel. Sad it could be so much better.

The room was dirty. Bugs coming out of the sink, pee on the toilet. Bed had wrips in the mattress. Stains all over the carpets and lamp shades. Dirty streaks on walls. Did not feel safe here.

The bed linen was dirty, and the hallways had a strong mildew smell, which made the environment feel unclean and poorly maintained. Hair dryer didn’t work, the front desk did not provide a replacement. Insufficient parking. On a positive note, the pool was a nice, providing a brief escape from the otherwise unpleasant conditions.

Rooms were tidy upon first inspection, but looking closer a lot of the high touch areas were not cleaned. (Light switches, door knobs) Bedding was clean, but duvet had stains on it. Was covered with top and bottom sheet, but probably should be replaced. I knew it wouldn’t be a top tier hotel based off the price of it per night, but I expected a touch more. Was fine for what we needed it for, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that.

A lot of street noise in the tower room we were first assigned. Moved to 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard and it was much better. Room was warm and a bit musty. Opened a window, although it had no screen. Couldn't get connected to the WiFi. Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed.

Check in was friendly. Got the king bed in an updated room but the room was definitely not 495 square feet with extra seating. There was no couch and coffee table just a lazyboy. Never see a hotel room with a beside table only on one side. Bistro table to eat at with only one chair. Balcony had no chairs so couldn't bring one of those in. Still good value for money.

Overall, the price is great, staff and service is good, hotel is well taken care of, but the neighbours have kept me up all night. The lockable door between two rooms was absolutely not soundproof. I could hear every word. They were on the speaker phone till 3 AM then arguing between themselves and at 5 AM. Their kid has woken up and they started screaming and yelling. Finally at 6 o’clock they woke me up again and that was it for my good night sleep. I guess next time if I stay there, I will ask an isolated room without any neighbors. Because that’s what I need is a good nights sleep in my business travel. Other than that hotel is awesome has been upgraded for the price they charge. I think you cannot find anything better.

Air-conditioner did not work.Tv/ cable issues (did not work)... ridiculous super think pillows( asked for options) they stated thats all hotel offered, ended up using bath towels as a pillows Only one night clerk and being solo he could not really help resolve and of these issues 2 OUT of 5 stars

August 24 ,2025 , Mr. Sharma didn’t know how to deal with guests. We waited for 5 minutes at the front office. I checked in around 9 pm, but he looked like he had just woken up. He didn’t talk to us properly, as if he didn’t want to work or see us in the hotel. He was very rude and had poor communication skills, even though he was working at the front office.” When we checked out from the hotel, there was another guy in the morning .Mr. Singh. He was a very nice person, always smiling, and he knew how to work and deal with guests. Keep it up, young man!!!!!

Hotel and property are ok. The problem was how staff dealt with the noise. I had the unfortunate luck of being beside the room that had a birthday party. Got fed up with the noise at 1130pm. Went to staff to complain. Staff went up and found out that its a birthday party and they are cutting the cake and will be done at 1200am. That went to 300am ! I went down 6 times over 3 hours to front desk to ask them to turn it down. I even asked to change rooms, but was not offered. At 3 am, as staff let the party continue, I finally went to front lobby and slept on couch. The staff woke me up at 330am and told me that party members left and I can return to my room. Never had this happen before. They just kept saying they will be done in 20 minutes. Not good. Hotel and amenities were fine, in my opinion, stay would of been ok.

Curtains did not close. TV didn’t work properly. When asked for assistance the front desk didn’t have anyone at it for 10-15 min and no way to contact anyone. Front desk didn’t answer the phone when called. When we found staff they said to wait at the front desk. We were given wrong information about the tv and had to use google to sort out the issue because staff didn’t know how to work the tv and “she was the only one working by herself”. We had a four day stay and the room was left all four days with no housekeeping. We posted the sign on the door by 8:30 am each day and we did not receive any room services. Beds remained unmade, bathroom wasn’t cleaned and towels were not replaced. When we brought these concerns up to the front desk staff, she really didn’t listen to us or pay any attention to our concerns. Very disappointing stay and most likely won’t return.

We had a four day stay and the room was left all four days with no housekeeping. We posted the sign on the door by 8:30 am each day and we did not receive any room services. Beds remained unmade, bathroom wasn’t cleaned and towels were not replaced. When we brought these concerns up to the front desk staff, she really didn’t listen to us or pay any attention to our concerns. Very disappointing stay and most likely won’t return.

Great location with everything within walking distance which makes life so easy !! Staffs were great !! I forgot the name of the lady staff who checked in for us and she was so accommodating !!! Overall a good experience !!! Two things I want to highlight as I went with my daughter 2 days for swimming in the evening and both the days there were no towels. We stayed for 4 nights and despite putting tag outside our room to clean the room housekeeping never took an initiative !! But overall a great day experience and I want to provide a honest feedback !! Hope management can look after this small issues 😊

Great location if you are driving. Not much in walking distance. The halways and elevator we never vacumued the whole 4 days i was there but the rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing. I did have a leak in the ceiling and had ro change rooms. The ac was loud but worked great. Great stay for the price. Ill be back

The property was worth the price. Keep in mind that it is located at the corner of a busy road so you hear the traffic at night which we actually didn't mind since we had the AC on in our room.

Upon check in The room was mostly clean the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed, the bathroom and sheets were clean however the wrong size sheet was used on the bed. The halllways was unkept and not vacuumed. We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling front desk was made aware and they had is repaired promptly (condensation from the AC). Room service only emptied the trash and remade the bed not changed the sheets. The restaurant attached is currently closed for health and safety reasons. Was not the worst experience ever but not a luxury hotel

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this place was considering the low price point. Room was clean, lobby was inviting and personnel were friendly. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't get to stay long enough to try out the pool and the restaurant was closed for renos but I imagine they would be also meet my standards.

The beds were very comfortable, and with clean, bright white sheets. Also, soft, bright white towels. The bathroom shower/tub was new, the countertop was painted, with some chips, the trim in the bathroom was needing repainting, as was some walls in the unit. The floors could have been cleaner, but at least they weren’t carpet. We had a dog, so perhaps rooms designated for dogs are not as nice as other rooms. Free, good coffee in the lobby. Pool looked great, but we didn’t use this area that also had a sauna, and whirlpool. We didn’t use the eatery on site, as we brought our own food for one night over. Appreciated that the fridge and microwave were there. Great value for the price.

I slept on top of the bed, as the sheets we’re disgusting and stained. Room was ‘freshly cleaned’. Would not stay again, do not recommend. Many options that are better at a cheaper price point.
