TV stopped working, key didnt open pool area. AC fllter completely plugged so no AC until i pulled out filter in middle of the night as everyone was roasting. They need to take some pride in their business

The room was run down but clean. A nice pool with a great hot tub!

Not a flash motel, but overall clean and comfortable. It did the job, price was great. Bonus was the pool & spa.

we liked that it had a variety. Pool and hot tub. BBQ area and Patio area. Everything was convenient and it was situated along the main highway, easy to locate.

They do have an office which is occupied at check in time. Calling direct always led to a voice messaging service. Owner needs to unlock the pool and that inconvenience had me avoiding those facilities. They accomodated an early checkin and it suited our purposes of a couple night stay.

The hot tub and pool and sauna were not sanitary for use. The a/c in the room took approx 4-6hrs to cool the room down. Just a stay and go place as it is on the main route.

The pool had hair floating on top and it didn't look like filter was moving water. No towels @ pool. AC not cold. Stayed 2 nights. Took out own garbage. Bed comfortable. Had to move night table to plug in lamp - room very dark unless curtains open. Good restaurants and Safeway nearby. Chairs in barbecue area dirty.

It was ok clean but it was rough....broken pieces in the bathroom couldn't get into the pool or ice machine areas...

Motel bien situé mais pas très propre ... Le divan sentait la cigarette, il y avait des cheveux sur le sol et les paroies de la douche, et le rideau de douche était vraiment dégoûtant. Il y a une piscine intérieure mais l'eau n'est pas chauffée. L'emplacement du spa et du sauna sont "creepy" et l'entretien laisse vraiment à désirer... Côté pratique, la chambre avait une cuisinière, micro-ondes et frigo, ainsi que des assiettes et ustensiles :)

check in was very easy, kind staff, room was clean and inexpensive, and there was a pool, sauna, and hottub! absolutely zero complaints

Our room was dirty, dont think they even cleaned it . Found a cockroach and two other bugs in our room. Will never stay there again. Had to wait for the front desk person to arrive so we could check in.

This hotel is horrible. It was EXTREAMLY dirty inside the room and the property. There was many broken items in the room as well. Very Very strongly don't recommend this hotel.

Room was filthy, sheets had stains on them, the cutlrey looks like it was not washed and rhe bathroom was gross If had to say anything good about this is they did find somewhere for us to park our boat but we were gone at like 4am

We checked in and went to room after long day driving. The bathroom had hair on floor and sink and leftover bottle of shampoo on edge of tub.

I didn’t end up staying the second night as it was dirty, noisy, bed bugs galore also no hot water when I got up for a shower. It wasn’t even Luke warm. The tv wasn’t working when I arrived and it took the clerk about 30 mins to figure out that it wasn’t the tv but the cable box. There also was no Continental breakfast, he said they weren’t set up for that. I left after the first night and got new lodging.

The place was ok. The pictures look way nicer. The beds were so soft and no support so very uncomfortable.

Rooms are run down, carpets are filthy and stained, paint peeling off the walls. In fact the floors were sticky. Drain in washroom sink was leaking all over the floor. Air conditioning was useless and the fridge did not work. Looks like they were doing some renovations but there was a " Stop Work Order" posted. Pay a little more and book somewhere else.

This is conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants. The room we had was dirty - corner of bathroom floor dirty, only one towel, and the bed was higher at the feet than the head.

It is VERY dated, there was a "stop work order" pinned to the front office window, beds were definitely old, AC is in the wall by the bathroom and VERY loud. Staff was friendly tho.

Carpet was stained. Bed is worn out. Grounds are in need of cleaning and repairs. Room needs paint.

You get what you pay for. The beds were clean but basic cleanliness behind doors and on top of heaters was lacking. The air conditioner worked well and it was nice and cool easy to find. The front desk closed at 9 and didn’t open again until 9am. We only had 2 towels and 4 people and arrived late so we could not get any extra towels and had to leave early so people in our party didn’t get to shower. The pool is cool but you get what you pay for. No bugs not too bad if you don’t have high standards.

For less than $100 I got a room, comfy king bed, clean, fridge & microwave, decent shower, and not just a desk & office chair, but also kitchenish table & 2 chairs. Only picky things I’ll call out: toilet paper dispenser was in an awkward spot and there was no lounging chair. (Had table & chairs instead and this was an okay trade off). Next time I’m in Vernon I would stay here again. This place punches above its weight class.

The road out front is very busy, although street noise was not an issue but access to and from was a bit of an issue. Other tenants at the hotel, perhaps long term, were polite and helpful, never a concern. We would consider staying here again.

When my wife and I arrived there was no one at the front desk so I looked around the property to see if there was any staff. There were some long term residents. One of them called the front desk clerk on her phone. After waiting 45 minutes he finally let us in the office. When we confronted him he was very rude and acted like it wasn't his problem. We will never stay there again.

Run down property with no one in the office. Worst stay in a long time

You get what you pay for here. It’s not bad but definitely a 2 star at best. The bright spot is the clerk/manager who seems to be a jack of all trades for the motel. He is excellent!

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. The room was filthy, I should have just left right then and there. But I didn't. I didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed because the floors were so filthy. The tv didn't work so they brought me a second tv, which they did right away. The people upstairs came to their room around 3am and were stomping around. The water in the toilet ran all night as well... I will never stay there again!!!

They even don't care about you the guy who was on the front desk was on his phone all the time even when we check in there was a note on the door that the office open at 9:00 am but he was not there and when try to call him on the number that was provided on the note he was not picking and then after 20 minutes he was coming out from his room while talking on the phone and didn't even give us a call back he was just awful poor service

There was no one at the front desk if you needed something. The tv remote did not work u less you were standing right in front of it.

Manish at reception was very helpful and friendly - Gave us all 3 rooms on first floor - Rooms are clean but old with small window AC which was just enough to cooldown room. Lots of parking with many dinning options around the property. I can stay there again

I wasn't expecting a lot from this hotel as we booked late and everything pretty much booked up. I told my kids not to expect a lot. I emailed asking for info about the kitchen in the room and didn't get any response so I didn't have high hopes for our stay. Once we got there, the desk person (I'm assuming he was also the owner) was very polite. He upgraded us and was incredibly helpful. The room we ended up getting was nice. It had a great kitchen area, everything was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The sheets smelled nice and clean. It was spacious in some areas and tight in others, but our family of 4 stayed for 5 days and we did just fine. When the A/C was on, you couldn't hear anyone else around you. When it was off you could hear some people or the odd train, but it wasn't inconvenient. We never felt unsafe or bothered by other guests. We were constantly offered clean towels and toilet paper. The employee/owner seemed to always be there and we never had to look around for someone to help us. There was always parking close to our room and it is in a convenient area. Everything is very close. Some things we didn't love - it's obviously an older hotel so stuff like the carpet was warn, the kitchen wasn't supplied with a lot, the bathroom cupboards opened from the bottom, the tub and sink don't drain well. Again, it's not a fancy hotel by any means, but I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel a little bit outdated, however it was ok to stay overnight. Service was great and no issues. Location was good to visit different paces and parking was great.

There was no shower, curtain walls or paper thin had noisy neighbors but it was convenient and there's a 24-hours Denny's across the street

Street appearance not bad. Always a note in lobby--back in 5 minutes. Room was small, not really clean and quite shabby. Rooms were occupied by sketchy looking folks. There was a truck in the parking lot with someone living in it. Nice that these folk had their own swimming pool. No working ice machine and pop machine had a hole burned into the front window. Scariest was electrical. The switch at door would not turn bed light off and nothing on lamp to turn it off so we removed the bulb. A note posted on side window of office and on a room window . This note was from the city of Kelowna stating there was to be not work done by plumbers etc. Don't know what it meant but looked very offical with a warning of huge fine if violated. Should have moved but very busy Saturday night

It is a budget property. Old. Could be cleaner. But a good price if you are not too fussy. Check-in was easy and the clerk was helpful. No elevator to second floor. Room access from outside. Lots of parking. Close to 7-11, Denny's, Shell etc so location is convenient.

Way high in price and extremely outdated almost everything. Neibours were very scary because i guess they were not staying there, they live there. Decided, never to stay again.

Canada's best value inn Vernon BC. The experience was horrible. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Sink was cracked, bath tub dirty, floor was dirty TV did not work for most of the stay. It also said continental breakfast was included, but could not even find where it was. floor was dirty. No one ever in the office to voice my concerns too.

No breakfast included as was advertised. Deadbolt not functional. Room was clean and price was reasonable for the one night stay.

The host was very welcoming. No breakfast was offered. We had a young gentleman smoking weed next to our room. Looks like her lives there.

The bad: Carpets were filthy/stained. Bathroom tiles were grimy. There was an old coffee filter in the coffee pot. Mattresses were too soft. No continental breakfast provided. No cable TV. I didn't even want to see if the pool was available. The good: reasonably priced, quiet, convenient location, A/C worked well (but was noisy), wifi worked. Overall, I don't think I will be staying here again.

When you pay 116. a night you expect better quality. It was clean but light burned out, closet door falling off, tub looked frumpy, no room service and no continental breakfast as advertised.
