This is a brand new hotel. However, they had one guy checking people in. Check in was 3:00. It took us an hour to check in. The check-in line wound around the lobby. They have no ice machines & no ice buckets. There is no breakfast. Coffee in the lobby.

It took the front desk girls forever to wait on us there was no one there for the longest time, room was ok could definitely use a good cleaning. Some baby roaches crawling on the walls. Ice machine didn’t work, vending machine barely had anything in it. Outside looks real nice and even when you walk in it seems really nice it’s just have some things they need to work on. Also walls aren’t very thick you can hear everything especially anyone above you.

We enjoyed our stay. The app said free breakfast but there was only free coffee. It was clean and well set up for extended stay. We liked the set up: fridge, stove top, sink, and microwave. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Laundry area was very clean, too.

The staff was very nice and accomimdating, but the property itself was very underwhelming and, frankly, gross. When we entered the first room we were give, there were at least half a dozen live cockroaches. We went back to the desk and the young woman working was very apologetic and quickly gave us a new room on a different floor. There were no bugs in this room, but it didn't feel or look particularly clean. There was still some trash in the kitchenette from a previous guest, as well as visible hair and nail clippings in the bathroom. As well, the hallways smelled strange (perhaps from other guests cooking), and slightly musty. Again, the staff was wonderful and helpful. But I would not stay at this property again for the sake of cleanliness.

Nothing was provided in the room you had to pay to clean your towels or 10 a day for maid service. No pots, pans or dishes. But they sell them. Walls are thin we heard people next door and about us all week. Couldn't wait to leave so i can get a goodnight sleep. Mold was in shower and on shower curtain. We will never go again

I checked in just after 4 o’clock and at 4:30 I went down to the front desk and asked if the Internet was having issues because I kept losing access. Front desk clerk said yeah, it doesn’t work very well when it rains. I did point out to her that is Central Florida and it rains a lot. I think they should’ve taken care of this. The first time they got a complaint.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you plan on checking in late. I booked a room for the Rolex 24 weekend and I called ahead and said that I would be arriving after 1am for a late check in. The person on the phone told me that was okay. However, upon arrival I was informed that my booking had been CANCELED because I showed up late. They tried to say that this is normal if you show up after 1am. But after staying at 8 hotels in the daytona area and always arriving after 1am this is simply not true. They claimed there system was "auditing" so they couldn't access the room that they supposedly had just cancelled. But they did have 2 rooms with 1 bed to suffice for the 2 bed room. How did they know these rooms were available but the one they just cancelled they couldn't access.

If computers are down you should have a backup plan to check-in guests. It should done the old fashion way paper and pen. Not waiting for 40 minutes until you can check-in and we had to go back to lobby laterto pay. We were inconvenienced with no sort of compensation. I asked for extra towels and was told it would be extra $15. The reason we came back here was due to the great service and front desk staff. This time ownership has front staff hand tied on what they can do. I doubt there will be a third time there.

I had expected a standard refundable deposit for any damage, but felt the fee was excessive. Had I known about the fee upfront, I would explored other options. 10/10! Amazing stay! Staff and Management (Michael, Natasha) were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They provided top notch customer service. Hotel is well maintained and grounds are clean and manicured, (again staff doing an amazing job). Location is convenient, access to main roads and areas of interest. Room was clean, nicely layed out and spacious, making a multiple day stay comfortable. Will stay again, highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it so I booked again this trip and unfortunately it wasn’t as good of an experience. The first room we got had 2 roaches on the bed as soon as we walked in. The sweet lady at the front desk changed our room immediately and that one was clean and roach free. However the next day I called the front desk to exchange 2 of our towels that were wet for 2 dry ones and not only was the other lady at the front desk rude (acting like she was annoyed I was even asking) but they were going to charge us a fee just to exchange them? That’s wild. I’ve never been to a hotel that charged for switching linens. I clarified I wasn’t asking for new ones just to exchange and she says “yeah it doesn’t matter it’s still a fee” with so much attitude that I just said “nevermind” and hung up. So I wouldn’t say this stay was very great.

This was an ok place to stay. After getting over the strong scented entrance and rooms you are greeted with a basic to bare minimum room. Bare minimum meaning towels, shampoo towel and very basic sheets on bed. No hangers, or any utensils for kitchen area. This is OK if you are just needing place to sleep but for the price I don't feel it was worth it. The water pressure in shower was very weak.

Very economical room with a mini kitchen. No utensils or plates provided so make sure to bring your own if you intend to use the kitchen. If you want to get clean towels before two weeks have passed there is a $10.00 charge. No coffee maker in the room but there is an instant coffee machine in the lobby that’s on during the morning. As I said at the beginning, very economical.

So let’s start off with it’s a brand new hotel. Everything is clean and new. However , although the rooms have a kitchenette- there are NO pots , pans, plates , cups or utensils. Plus no coffee maker. They only offer coffee in lobby from 6am-11am. Towels can only be exchanged . No extra towels if needed to dry your hair ladies. lol Ice is only on the first floor. And no ice buckets . Other than that , it was pet friendly and staff was nice.
