The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. Hotel has free shuttle to everland. Outer facade of hotel is tranquil and homely. There is a pretty good thai restaurant and a small minimart within the property. It is also very considerate of the hotel to install a water dispenser at the 1st level in line with korea's mission towards sustainability

The staff was friendly. The male receptionist was even more helpful and friendly. He helped us on a rainy evening by driving us to the hotel.
