Pebbles guest house

Llegue a la habitación (que habia reservado y pagado) y había ya otra persona aojada en mi habitación! Nunca tuve asistencia de nadie, no me contestaron. Y al otro huesped le dijeron que se quedara ahi. Tuve que volver a revervar en ese momento en otro lado porque no habia habitaciones disponibles.

Difícil comunicación para entrar al hospedaje. Dormimos en sillones de entrada

We have to book another hotel as we were not happy with the guest house. First, I waited til after 7pm for their message to get access to the property .Thanks to my cousin who left a voice message and someone called me after that( in fairness ,the guy was very helpful and sent me a text msg after that with the access code). When we get to the Pebbles Guest House , the main door is open anyways, so we went up to our room and our door is open and keypad lock is not working .The room is not clean , bedsheets been laid out tidy but it seems it hasn’t been changed ? Hangers all over the floor and hanger rail is broken . The bathroom is dirty too. We don’t feel safe so we have to go and booked to a hotel.

Just awful stay - we were not aware that towels would not be provided, the mattress on the bed was so thin it felt like sleeping on the base, the curtains were falling apart and the tv did not work - and there was no-one available to bring these issues to, as the property is not serviced at all. We are surprised that this accommodation is offered on Hotel.com because, in our opinion, it does not constitute being labelled as a hotel...it is more like a downmarket bedsit without a kitchen..! NEVER AGAIN!!
