Our room was broken into. There is a building being demolished in the same parking lot as the hotel. Made the stay pretty loud. But the big issue we had was a safety concern. At 6:30am, we woke up to our door being opened. Luckily we had the chain lock on, so they couldn't get in. But we also had the deadbolt locked, which needs a different key to be unlocked (not just the key card). When we told the person at the front desk, he said he would check the cameras. When he came back, he had looked at the wrong timestamp (7am). When we told him again to check 6:30, he said he could not check before 7am without a manager, and was annoyed that he had to call him. We decided we no longer wanted to stay there and when we were leaving to a new hotel, the front desk guy said he reviewed the footage again. He said a construction worker with a 'universal key' went to the wrong room. I don't know why anyone would be given a universal key, that is not safe... Felt very shady. And to top things off, the pool was closed, and the breakfast sucked.

Dirty run down place weights missing from the gym tv didnt work in there. Pool was un kept and dirty looking. Rooms furniture was beat up and floor was damp from last people there. View of a wall from the window and the bar out from had junkies in the alleyway.staff was rude even saw one almost run over somone out front well they pulled into the handicapped spot that they clearly didnt need. Breakfast was what youd expect maybe the only thing that was up to par. And on top of all of that hotels.com double booked me so i had to pay twice also they didnt give the 100$ they took for deposit back.

Breakfast is ok. The hot tub is currently down, there was a water leak they were addressing. Fitness centre is not worth mentioning. Room was clean and can’t really complain. Overall the building is showing its age but it was a decent stay so thank you

Room floors were sticky. Pool was littered with sofgy wet towels, dirt on the pool deck, q-tips in the hot tub for 48 hours + making our stay less than diserable. The hotel is falling to pieces and extremely dirty and the pictures posted are not up to date. Staff did not clean anything after we notified them of the condition. No discpunt or refund offered.

Deadbolt not working. Room in terrible shape - carpet ripped up off floor, tv remote doesn’t work. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Had to call security at midnight and 430 for fighting and partying. Attitude from front desk when calling for security at midnight. No security available at 430 am. Hot tub not functioning. Pool water very yellow.

Old and run down. Hot tub has been out of service for more than a year. Swimming pool looks pretty scary. Lots of derelicts wandering around. Not a great place to stay unless you can get it for very, very cheap.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use a bit of updating - loose fixtures and shower curtain has seen better days. Staff friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was really good - it had lots of options to suit all. The pool room was really cold (as the supervising parent I was wearing my winter coat to be comfortable. The water seemed warm enough based on the kids. The hot tub was empty. Would stay there again.

It is not safe in this hotwl area. The security guard and hotel staff were nice a d great but a terrible area. We will not be back as a family as this was not a safe area. A bar and casino near by with homeless ppl everywhere and drunk people around every night. The rooms were gross... bathroom dirty, floors stained and gross. Bed were ok compared to eveythig else.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. While the staff was pleasant, the entire hotel is in need of an extreme makeover. Rooms and carpet were dirty, linen was stained, wall paper falling off, tv had no volume and hallways smelled of urine. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

There was mold In the shower head. Bunches of hair places. Smelt like perfume everywhere like to much was sprayed and I’m allergic to most scents. It was a horrible experience. We asked to check out in 15 min not even five minutes after being in the room!

Our stay was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Not once did I feel comfortable or safe. We had booked with our hockey team. And most of our hockey team backed out. We don’t have the funds to do that so we were stuck with staying at this hotel. The bedding was dirty, the pool was so dirty,the water was SO murky, the smell of chlorine was so strong it burnt your sinuses. I don’t know what goes on in the middle of the night in that hotel but we had to play White Noise just to drowned out some of the sound. The room was super hot and we couldn’t control the temperature, so we slept with the window open and the fan going. The next morning, when we went to go enjoy continental breakfast, there was a green mouldy film covering the oatmeal, and the milk was so sour, my son almost got sick right there at the table. When we left the hotel to go out and about for our day, there was a big pile of puke right beside the main door outside, not to mention the over flowing garbage outside that had stayed that way until we checked out. The next morning when we were getting up and getting ready to leave, my son pulled the sheets off and we found a bed bug. And when I told the staff about it, they did not seem to care in fact, the housekeeping ladies started laughing. don’t get me wrong, the staff are nice, but my gawd, SO GROSS. The floors were dirty and things were splattered on walls! I feel totally ripped off. So expensive to stay here.

Wasn’t going to do a poor review but a couple of small things tilted it that way. Check in - 5pm - still cleaning rooms and asked if I wanted a different room than booked. One was ready within just a few minutes so I went up, room was 62 degrees with heating unit looked like it was kicked and fan was screeching away. Went back and asked for a different room, went to a cheaper room. All good - called to get receipt emailed after check out and received blank receipt with no info. Just a pain when everything should go smoothly but everything ends up being work.

Pretty sure room 214 might just be the worst room. Room is so dark no middle light as many have. But the bathroom oh wow. Every tile on the floor was cracked , shifting and missing grout Sink was cracked and the tub was pretty gross even for just a shower Also what ever happened to rooms getting cleaned or bed made plus new towels Definitely this hotel needs some updates 1 floor at a time. They definitely making lots of $$$$

The room was falling apart. The smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. The bathroom door had two patched holes. The chair had holes in it. The sheets were very old. The furniture knobs were hanging off and were damaged. The room was is in disrepair.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was empty of water, thus unusable. The pool's chemicals changed the colour of my daughter's bathing suit (bleached it). There was drywall damage on the ceiling of our room and the pool area. Carpet in the room was in poor condition, stained and burn marks. Poor water pressure. Had to plunge the toilet.

There were 5 of us in separate rooms for a 4 night stay. We had no hand towels, bath mats or face cloths only 2 bath towels. On day 3 one hand towel was provided. The fire alarm went off twice the first night and two fire extinguishers were discharged in both stairwells (no fire). I had no stopper in either the sink or the bathtub. There were homeless people sleeping in both stairwells on the last night. Had to walk back up and take the elevator because I could not get past them (not that I tried very hard). No maid service over all 4 days, not even to remove garbage. Large patch on outside of bathroom door where someone had punched a hole. A lot damaged walls in hallways. A very rough crowd entering and exiting the lobby. I have stayed in hotels on 4 continents and this was the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely horrible.

A very rough crowd entering and exiting the lobby. I have stayed in hotels on 4 continents and this was the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely horrible.

Well, when we left for the day on Saturday we told them that the bathroom needed unplugging and room needed cleaning. Which none was done, we got back after a full day of hockey and got back pretty late i.e 1:30 AM, only to find out the toilet was still plugged and room dirty. We asked the front desk if they can at least unclogged the toilet which they looked upset in doing and by the look on night attendants face he clearly wasn’t happy. I would say our stay was terrible and was treated very rudely.

This hotel is unsafe. Exterior areas and lobby had numerous people doing questionable things and they were in scary mental states. Security guard and desk clerk trying to maintain order. Things staff had control of were good, bedding, room cleanliness etc. But hotel overall is rough. Large grease stains on carpet. Cracked tiles. Holes patched on doors. Worn furniture. Normally I know you get what you pay for and chose this because of location. Wrong decision!

Absolutley livid with the customer service received when i arrived to check in for my stay. I checked in early on the app. And arrived at 2:50 to check in. I was informed that my room was not yet cleaned and would take a extra 25min until it would be done. I patiently waited in the parking lot and returned as instructed only to be notified that they would not accept my booking because my drivers licence had a prince albert address. When i asked the lady at the desk why this would be a problem she would only reply "hotel policy" with no explanation as of why this would be a issue. I was left without any place to stay and no explaination.

Didn’t get access to breakfast both days this week because the cook was “late” the first day, and was apparently a no show on the second. As it was one of the only reasons I chose this hotel, it was disappointing. Aside from that, also the hotel changing the rules of what needs to be paid prior to staying from the last 8 weeks I have stayed there. I was forced to not only pay the deposit, but also pay the room in full (which it was only the deposit before until check-out). I was told there was no policy change, but because they had made other people pay this that day, I was also required to. On top of that, constant appliances that were broken amongst my stay (thermostat for the AC; the pull out bed, shower head tv/cable box, ect). I will not be returning to this hotel for the remaining year of the work I have in Prince Albert.

It is not safe in this hotwl area. The security guard and hotel staff were nice a d great but a terrible area. We will not be back as a family as this was not a safe area. A bar and casino near by with homeless ppl everywhere and drunk people around every night. The rooms were gross... bathroom dirty, floors stained and gross. Bed were ok compared to eveythig else.

The entrance to the parking lot is a mess with potholes everywhere. Strung out person was laying on the sidewalk. Appearance of the Ramada is lacklustre and tired looking. Check in was okay, the hall to the elevator was dirty and the elevator was very dirty. On the wall on the second floor is a phone that is all crooked and wires hanging down. Our room was liveable, dirty bathroom floor and no hand towels or wash cloths. Our view was the top of the entrance and lots of banging on the wall as we were next to the cleaning room. The hot tub was out of service which is something we look forward to. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Homeless person was sitting on the empty plant box by the front door when we left. A disappointing stay as we felt with Ramada we would have a decent place.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast items were generally good. Fresh fruit like oranges, apples, bananas would have been nice. The bed was comfortable; the bedlinen was fresh and clean. The TV only worked on one channel. I didn't use it and did not report it while I was there.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could use a bit of updating - loose fixtures and shower curtain has seen better days. Staff friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was really good - it had lots of options to suit all. The pool room was really cold (as the supervising parent I was wearing my winter coat to be comfortable. The water seemed warm enough based on the kids. The hot tub was empty. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was very good mmm bacon .... lol the staff was amazing ... One issue I've had at many places you need a credit card here I used my visa debit thanks Ramada that alone makes you one of my top lists I don't wanna be forced to have a credit card to be able to stay over night like yorkton in snowstorms and -30°c the comfort inn and quality inn refused me service cause I didn't have a credit card I had booked online with the quality inn and had it payed for they still refused because I didn't have a credit card for damage deposit then as she was refusing me service I said it's -30°c and storming I said you can't make an exception she said no I offered her $1000 cash for a deposit she said no ... I had to drive an hour in a snowstorm in -30°c because they refused my in a snow storm I was choked ... That is a sad thing when they turn away people in weather like that even after its paid and offered a big damage deposit if something happened on the way home I would have been screwed..... thanks Ramada
