I was nervous booking based on other reviews but the hotel was very clean and close to everything. We ended up checking in very late but the front desk clerk was still very polite and welcoming! The hotel and room was super clean and very safe feeling. A keycard is needed for entering any area of the hotel so not just anyone could enter the hotel. Very close to stores and the cruise ships. Bed was very comfortable! I would stay there again!

Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.

Bed moved on wooden floor every time you got on it, thin walls, no pool or breakfast plus they still haven't returned my wife's $50 deposit... Maybe this hotel would be okay for business men but it's definitely not for a couple or a family!

The front desk clerk did not smile at all, as she sets the tone for the business. I wouldn’t stay again. We were only in town for one night. They also have one elevator for the entire building. My family of 4 was in room & mind you my daughter is in a wheelchair. We bathe her & she was in the bed. Our lights kept flickering on & off. Then we blink & our room goes pitch dark. Call operator she comes resets the breaker & long behold it happens again. She returns to my room resets the breaker again, this time nothing happens. She has two separate keys to split my family up as there were no other options/ rooms available. Also we’re in our pjs & it’s 10:30pm. No explanation of I’m so sorry ma’am nothing. I’m going to higher up for sure.

wonderful trip we rented 3 rooms well actually 4 all together we wasn't under the impression it was still under construction well not so much under construction but they hadn't completed all the necessity's like ice machines iron and ironing boards hair dryers and coffee pots in the rooms but they have a full size fridge and ice trays in freezer and front desk had irons and board and love the gym and very friendly if u are on and extended stay this is the place to go has a counter top stove clean and big burners I think 2 and sink fridge of course all apartment size comfortable bed and huge bathroom thankyou

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did find it a little odd that there isn't an ice machine available. When we were coming and going the lobby sorta smelled like an old mop was used. Very close to a Publix and several different restaurants.

HOTEL IS new, NICE AND CLEAN BUT walls are not so great...you can hear noise from other room guess...6 Am felt like they were moving stuff or doing exercise...and I wanted to keep sleeping. Just in case...NO POOL AND NO BREAKFAST SERVE.

Staff was very friendly but the rooms were dirty. There was a lot of sand and hair on the floor definitely could use a good sweep. As well as long hair on the sheets.

My room had clearly been smoked in the night before or very recently. The smell was truly terrible. The nice Young woman who was working the counter that night came upstairs and she smelled the deep smoke smell as well. I could not get another room because apparently the hotel was booked completely. I then came to check out the next morning told who was working in the front desk what had happened and nothing was offered in any form not even an apology. I was surprised they didn't at least offer me a nice day for future use. I stayed recently at another hotel where the sheets were stained with what was clearly bodily fluids. I showed the pictures of check out and they immediately credited the points I used to book the room. It truly was disgusting to have to smell that smoke smell the rest of the evening.

Roaches everywhere and the manager "Giovanni" refused to refund my 3 rooms after the office lady called him and told him that i had video proof and photo proof of me killing them and i refused to sleep in an infested room especially being that i have a 1 year old. Then he proceeded to call the police because i said i was going to tell everybody. And that is my rights *freedom of speech* Thus hotel truly has potential, if they cared about their customers and if they would bomb for bugs and clean a little bit more. Frankly i paid $149.87 for 1 room for 1 night and a 50$ deposit (TIMES 3 ) and cant seem to get my money back for a 15 minute killing spree. I would have expected more from an extended stay, obviously Giovanni is not the proper person for this job. If you choose to venture here id recommend stopping by the dollar general or Walgreens just down the street and pick up some roach traps, as you wont be the only one sleeping in the bed. Normally i could understand a bug or 2 but 7+ in a 15 minute period and then while im headed out the elevator to report to the office the big cockroache comes out the elevator door thats a bit extreme. Make sure you call and ask Giovanni the manager to spray for roaches prior to your arrival, Good luck 👍

Positives - Hotel was clean. Room spacious and clean overall. Staff friendly. Convenient location. Okay price. One of us found the bed comfortable. Good shower. Negatives - Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. No daily room service - so we did not get fresh towels or linens during our 3 day stay. Biggest issue was noise. There seems to be no insulation. We could hear people above us and people outside quite clearly. No light blocking shades or curtains (just a slatted blind) - so the bright lights from the parking lot illuminated our room at night. For a newer hotel some of the fixtures in our room showed lots of wear (the metal table lamps were rusty in spots). Positives - Hotel was clean. Room spacious and clean overall. Staff friendly. Convenient location. Okay price. One of us found the bed comfortable. Good shower. Negatives - Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. No daily room service - so we did not get fresh towels or linens during our 3 day stay. Biggest issue was noise. There seems to be no insulation. We could hear people above us and people outside quite clearly. No light blocking shades or curtains (just a slatted blind) - so the bright lights from the parking lot illuminated our room at night. For a newer hotel some of the fixtures in our room showed lots of wear (the metal table lamps were rusty in spots). No ice machine- though ice trays were in the fridge- you just have to wait on making ice. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, though I would not choose to stay here again.

The overall stay was fine. The mattress was very comfortable but the bed was extremely noisy! The frame of the bed was terrible! Every time someone rolled over, the bed frame wiggled loudly! The coffee was not very good but better coffee was within short driving distance.

There was an unfortunate and significant wait to check into the hotel after 11pm. The phone system required was utilized but the receptionist on the other end was rude, unprofessional and made a number of us wait approximately 20mins before sending a staff member down to check us in.

The front desk clerk did not smile at all, as she sets the tone for the business. I wouldn’t stay again. We were only in town for one night. They also have one elevator for the entire building. My family of 4 was in room & mind you my daughter is in a wheelchair. We bathe her & she was in the bed. Our lights kept flickering on & off. Then we blink & our room goes pitch dark. Call operator she comes resets the breaker & long behold it happens again. She returns to my room resets the breaker again, this time nothing happens. She has two separate keys to split my family up as there were no other options/ rooms available. Also we’re in our pjs & it’s 10:30pm. No explanation of I’m so sorry ma’am nothing. I’m going to higher up for sure.

The management automatically added a late charge just because we checked into our two rooms around 6 PM. We left before 5 AM and they said they couldn’t waive the late charge now so we would need to call them at a more convenient time for them. Rooms were okay, but would not recommend.

The person at the front desk could do a better job at reading the room. We checked in at 2 am after an 8 hour drive and were exhausted. She went on and on talking as we kept yawning and not really engaging. It took 15 minutes to check in with her asking so many questions about where we’re coming and going. I appreciate her trying to be kind, but it was too much for the time. To make things worse when we got to the room the electrify in the room only worked on one wall, lights didn’t work at all. Only in the bathroom. That added an extra 20 minutes for her to change our room.

Hotel was fine. Power went out when we were there. Employees seemed to have no game plan for it. I got overcharged to boot at the end of my stay. They charged me an extra $250! They didn't supply a receipt liker they were supposed to either. I tried to go through hotels.com customer service, they couldn't get them to refund me either. I will never stay with Woodspring again.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did find it a little odd that there isn't an ice machine available. When we were coming and going the lobby sorta smelled like an old mop was used. Very close to a Publix and several different restaurants.

WoodSpring Suites Cocoa Beach-Rockledge is a very new facility with clean rooms. Huge bathrooms. Room was very basic and setup for weekly or long term stays. Has kitchenette but you have to rent everything to use it. Pros - floors (LVP, no carpet), thermostats to control heat/AC in room, security (use room card to get into building and past the lobby). Cons - front desk closes overnight (I think is was from 11pm-7am), coffee machine in lobby only works for a short period of time in the AM (no coffee before 7am). Seems like they were short staffed, front desk attendants were always in the back doing laundry so you had to wait if you needed to check in/out, ask questions, etc.

Couldn’t get someone on phone at front desk. Also horrible coffee and no breakfast items. Needed to find ice but no one would answer phone at desk to see if there was ice on property so went to buy some on way back to hotel.
