建築物算是新的飯店，整體入住的感受和經驗算是舒適的，但是在一些小細節設計上可以再加強和改進的空間： 1. 書桌夠大，但是抽屜當時設計上沒有考量到入住須知的檔案夾尺寸，導致檔案夾放不進抽屜的窘境 2. 浴室裡電話線的孔是歪的 3. 浴室的吹風機可以選擇不需要手一直按著才能出風的吹風機 4. 新的飯店建議可以使用知名品牌的飲水機如賀眾牌，而不是不知名品牌的R O 逆滲透 5. 1樓的飲料點心區空間有點小，不提供杯子可以帶咖啡回房間，而服務人員建議是從房間拿馬克杯下來裝。使用後回收的餐盤區域很小，所以杯盤堆疊到有點危險。 6. 健身房設備只有跑步機和腳踏車兩種，可以多一點設施
