For the price, Crossroads Hotel is not a family oriented facility. The building itself is worn and in need of better upkeep. The smell of people smoking cannabis was very strong. If the smoking is outside the smell of clothing is bad. The staff was very helpful and tried to keep the place clean. The front desk was very helpful with issues as they could. Would be not bring children due to a police presence while we were there. Police were in close vicinity during our entire stay. But the maintenance crew was very helpful and keptthings clean as best they could.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and courteous, the breakfast was decent, the room was very clean, I loved that the spa tub had a 60 minute timer instead of those obnoxious 20 minute timers, and most importantly; the mattress and pillows were superb!

It's only a hotel in the area so this is not cheap. Pros: Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Cons: towels and shower curtains are worn and should be renewed. Also, the breakfast is very thrifty. You have to ask at the front desk for your egg! - probably to prevent eating too many eggs by elderly customers.

Outdated fixtures and heating units. Old towels. Huge gap under guest room door next to main exit, very loud. Wifi spotty. Most cable channels did not work. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and spacious rooms and cery reasonable prices. Cery nice pool and hot tub...being a Finnlander i woukd have loved if there had been a sauna. The manager on duty was very responive to a minor inccident with another guest and was more than helpful than was warranted. He even checked back later to wnsure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Continental breakfast was 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this hotel and i will frequent this establisment for sure.

Crossroads was a great place to stay. We came through town on wheelers off the Soo Line. This was convenient and there was a great restaurant and lounge, Fireside, that we walked to next door! Will stay again!
