This would’ve got an excellent review, but we only selected this place , because we wanted to have a hot tub…. Well that was disappointingly CLOSED

The hot tub was closed on the first day and then on the second day the pool was closed altogether.

pool was closed unexpectedly 20m before we arrived.

Clean room and fabulous staff. Only thing keeping me from 5 star's is that the hot tub was closed and the pool was freezing.

Gym was great

a little expensive almost $200 for a one night stay, unfortunately hot tub was out of order i wish they let you know before booking. that would have determined my stay. Staff was friendly though. overall okay, place was clean.

The hotel was great, however we chose this hotel for the pool and its availability was very limited. It was booked during the day and evening for baby swim classes. Basically unavailable in the morning and from 4-7pm. They would not run the slide untill aftwr 8pm and the hot tub was broken. Very disappointing for the kids and a huge deal beaker as a parent.

It was a nice stay! The only disappointment was the pool and waterslide were down for renovations. It would have been nice to know when reserving as I chose it for the pool.

Room was right beside the gym and lacks a good sound barrier. Was woken every morning to weights being dropped on the floor and people running on the treadmill. Hot tub out of order for the full 4 day stay

I was ready to go to bed but when I pulled the blanket/top sheet on one of the queen beds, I noticed dried up chunks and hair on the sheets. I called the front desk to notify them to change the sheets and housekeeping came to change it.

The rooms are clean but dated. It is along a busy road so the traffic noise is clearly heard. Breakfast is not included so you will have to make alternate arrangements for that.

Sad that we booked because it had a pool.but ended up being closed for renovations. Very noisy with road noise and had a very loud vand we could hear until early hours of the morning. The beds were adjustable soft/hard, which was interesting but mine kept inflating back to super hard through the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had sleep number beds that were broken, and the pool needs some maintenance. Also noise from the hallway travels easily into the rooms and can be loud. Pick a room at the end of the hall if you have younger kids that sleep earlier.

I liked this property because it was close to work. I did not like the mattress on one bed. It had a low spot in the middle and should be replaced.

Nice looking hotel but the staff are very rude and anything you ask for takes hours. Front desk staff ignored my calls I had yo go down to see why no one was answering and she was sitting right there.. I called for over 3 hours to the front desk. Terrible staff

I had 2 rooms booked for my daughter’s birthday. 1 larger room (6 person) and 1 standard room. I booked the rooms over a month in advance and then 2 weeks before our check in I called the hotel directly and asked if it would be possible to make sure we had the rooms side by side or at least close. The employee I spoke with (I have her name and date I called) told me yes, not a problem she would add that to our booking and that we would have side by side rooms as it was going to be 2 adults and 8 kids so we wanted to ensure we were all close to each other. Upon arrival and check in they hand me the room keys and I noticed not only weren’t we side by side, we weren’t even on the same floor. When I mentioned this to the employee checking in she apologized and said they had to move my rooms around and gave one of my rooms to someone else as per her manager. I explained how I booked in advance, then even called and spoke with someone and they guaranteed my rooms together. She “apologized” again and said nothing could be done as the hotel was now fully booked. Now we obviously made this work since we had no choice but what crappy service to guarantee something to a customer then turn around and go back on your word. And why should someone else get my room that I booked first? We were also really bummed to find the hot tub broken down and fully drained and not available for our stay with no advanced warning. For the price and lack of service I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

We arrived to check-in and was told they would call by 2 to check-in. I had ro call them to see if we could check in at 215. We checked in and went to the pool. The smell was so awful i propped the door open to try and get some fresh air. I went to the front desk to complain. The man told me that he would open the emergency exit. When i got back to the pool, my granddaughter was coughing and throwing up. We all felt awful after this swim. Sore throat and trouble breathing, nobody told us why it was like that and should we seek medical attention. The chemicals were so strong our bathing suits are ruined. Later that night we went out. When we arrived back there were 2 ladies at the desk, not one even acknowledged that we were there. 6am comes around and someone from the front desk called my cell phone to ask a question that had nothing to do me or anyone in my room. We go for breakfast in the restaurant in hotel. I sent t my meal back 3 times before i left not eating. This trip was totally ruined by the stay here.... I had not seen my grandkids in 3 years and all of this happened. I expect to hear back from you asap

Yes it was ok.no hot tub, i had taken my granddaughter and grandson and it was extremely loud to swim.not to enjoying.was not told about the hot tub.both ladies at the front desk were not on the same page .one knew nothing.the other was ok.my toilet ran most of the night.I fixed it myself.my grandkids were sleeping didn’t want to call .my sheets had lots of hair on my bottom sheets which was not good for me.had to take it off the bed.

Hot tub was broken as with most hotels, had a VIP offer which I did not recive and the front desk wouldn't let me pay for their snack bar with a credit card.

Check in staff was wonderful. They were able to get us rooms close together on short notice. One of the rooms smelled of cigarettes and was a little dusty, but we informed the front desk and they offered to move us. We declined so we could stay close to our other family in rooms nearby. Beds were firm but clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff were professional, friendly and very customer oriented.

Great service staff , always feel welcome

Lots of noise with hotel facing freeway , meridian dividing roadway difficult to pull into. Was told the Hot Tub was operating prior to booking . This was false . Grandchild got locked into bathroom , wasn’t informed the bathroom door was broken on the inside . Very Dissatisfied with this Hotel

Parking can only be accessed from one direction easily. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Short stay needed in a convenient location

It was very convenient

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars

Nice hotel with an attached restaurant. Food was excellent as was the service.

Website says about dining and breakfast . Get there and restaurant downstairs is permanently closed and no breakfast in the morning. Should have it on website. Disappointed bigtime. Never again.

Great place! Staff are amazing! The restaurant on site is pretty good as well. Perfect place to relax after hard days in the field.

Not much to like except the lobby, its beautiful. The pool is decrepit, paint chipped and flaking, rust, mold, etc. The first night we tried the pool - with ourc5 and 2 year old grandsons - a couple came in with a atereo and blasted it so loud we couldnt hear. Then they started making out right in front of the kids, they were so drunk they were out of control. There is no way for anyone who is moderately handicapped to get in or out of the pool. No breakfast included and the reztaurant had incredibly limited options.

The pool was in renovation in 2020 , still is today , no progress done , avoid the retaurant at all cost , cold food , overprice nothing special

In the past this hotel has always had a working restaurant this trip no restaurant nothing provided for breakfast also you have to ask to have your room cleaned

Cleaners should remember to clean out fridge. There was milk in there from a previous guest. Other than that, great place to stay! The restaurant had the best hamburger and fries I’ve ever had in a hotel before.
