Clean hotel, good customer service and loved the breakfast was made to order. Only down fall no pool.

The breakfast was awesome. They rented the downstairs for events so loud i could not sleep on the 5th floor!

Convenient, clean, ok breakfast. Only downside, no washer and dryer onsite. Was told they are working on this.

We were relieved to meet Gina at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. A breath of fresh air after our horrible experience with the airline. i.e. messed up check-in app, very understaffed and rude assistance causing us, and half the pre-booked passengers, to miss our flight to Punta Cana, thus having to pay much more for a room and transportation... simply to fly out the following day (wee hours of the morning). The taxi drivers at the airport didn't seem to want to work or help either... so Gina was an angel in our time of need when we were so tired and frustrated. The assigned room was in the Aparthotel building on the same property. It was recently renoated and very clean with everything we needed. 2 gyms, and billard/ eating area. Very comfortable beds with feather pillows. Sooooo nice! We didn't want to leave the room. The only recomendation, I have is to add signage that check-in is in the lobby of large 6 story building (around the corner). This is especially important since the 1 level Aparthotel the taxi dropped us off, has the same address as the 6 story building that has the check-in lobby. Some nice entry potted plants could help make the ApartHotel exterior more inviting and would better match the nice fresh and clean interior.

No bottles of water for purchase

The electronic door for my room didn’t work initially. The front desk woman was nice and got a technician fixed the issue. The room on 6th floor was too noisy from street traffic. The water machine on the hallway didn’t work. Free coffee in the lobby was cold.

Room was subpar, property seemed barely maintained. signs of neglect on every wall inside and out. Gym was full of equipment that belonged in a garage sale. breakfast was subpar. at one point my door remote tag stopped working, rather than fix they gave me the door code - which I suspect works for all the doors. Not coming back to this one.

They should pay attention to the inspection of the elevators, it had already expired and that is very important. The rest was very good! Excellent location and very friendly staff.

How do you say the other building in a smaller room due to their water being out? Also, they don’t have a pool and it was in Florida and 90° every day.

There's a lot to improve in this hotel, the cleanliness was so poor! The refrigerator in our room had a bowl of old rice, hairs at the bathroom, shredded towels, bathroom door falling apart, the elevator license was due last year.

The smell of humidity. Some presence of stain on sheets. Bathroom was dirty.

Staff was very friendly and the warm breakfast was lovely. The room was overwhleming with mildew and the floors a swept and appear clean but made everyones feet really black.

The cite advertises and promotes pictures completely different than what the property actually looks like. This property was extremely old and dirty. The only nice thing about this property was the employees.Sofa was filthy no bedding for sofa bed.. black hairs bathroom floor Shower was dirty carpet towels also had black hair on them and were dingy not to mention only 2 provided for a reservation for 4. Dirty finger makes from food on the walls in the kitchenette completely misleading and poorly kept

So, my check in was smooth. The lobby was beautiful and peaceful. All down stairs was elegant and quiet until I went to my room on the 6th floor. OMG!! When I opened the door to my room, I there was a musky odor!! The room was pretty calm and the bed was pleasant until I was itchy all night!!!!. The bathroom was inappreciable which I did not understand because when I took a shower the water was running out of the bathroom into the hallway towards the front door!!! I've never seen anything like that before!!! Plus, there was limited towels and rags to bathe with in my room. It was like someone has already used my room and the housekeeper just threw back everything in place for me to sleep in or bathe with... Hell, my toilet paper was halfway used on the roll next to the toilet!!!!

The staff were really nice however, our room was NOT clean at all. It was like the room was handed to us right after the previous guest had left.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was the size of the showers. It was very small.

Window wouldn’t close properly, no screen. We were on the 6th floor so it was drafty and noisy. No soap, hot water wouldn’t run in bathroom sink. Not cleaned well.

Area is a good location but was extremely loud because of how dated and old the building is. Windows held no noise out so sleep was horrible, the room had old blinds that didn’t shut all the way so constant street lights were coming in the room. A/C so loud did not help with sleep either. Bathroom was so bad it had the toilet paper holder broken off, the bathroom counter separating so not a flat surface when I used it, pillows were so old and worn and gross. Overall each floor had a smell to them right when you stepped off the elevators of food and cooked items. We will not be staying here ever again and did not get a good nights rest or enjoy anything about our stay.

The View Hotel is a nice place to stay. However, the room windows are not soundproof. I was awakened at 7:30 a.m. in the morning due to the sound of landscapers mowing and trimming the lawn. I am not able to share pictures at the time of this review, but I will stay there again in the future and I RECOMMEND.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The building is outdated, and definitely has that old home smell. However it seems well taken care of for what it is. We were bumped to a suite instead of a studio and were on the 6th floor in room 623. Elevator works fine. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary to guests and it was made to order and was delicious. Best part of this place for sure! The room has a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Decent sized common room with Roku tv. Property has WiFi access and worked fine. Bathroom is tiny and outdated. No ceiling exhaust, so everything does feel damp in there. We had two queen beds but they were more like a twin and a half sized - my husband and I (both average adults - not overweight) barely fit comfortably together. The mattresses are springs and are unnervingly loud when you move just the tiniest bit. The sheets and towels were definitely poor quality - scratchy and unpleasant. The living room sofa does pull out however the mattress there was like sleeping on a wood floor. Super hard and thin. This property definitely has a lot of benefits financially if you’re looking for a no frills, just a place to crash type of spot. It’s clean. Lots of dining options around. Close to all the Orlando things you’d like to do. Not a horrible experience - but not the best either. Would recommend as stated to people not wanting to spend a fortune just to have a decent place to sleep and shower.

Pros: The hotel room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable, modern amenities were also provided in the room (such as the bathroom mirror and bathroom sink), along with a microwave and fridge. The staff was also very nice, friendly and pleasant! Loved the location of the hotel as well, which was in a convenient location for food, entertainment, and groceries 😃! Parking was also free and ample. Cons: The showers were small in size, the hotel didn't have hot water for 3 days out of the 6 days we were there, there was no communication on when the hot water would return, there was no communication on the hot water going away (I had to call the front desk to ask), there was an automatic light that had a sensor that would turn on anytime it detected movement. My husband and I could not find a way to turn off the auto-light sensor, which would often wake us up in the middle of the night when one of us had to go to the bathroom, or leave to go outside.

Outdated rooms but had a nice stay there. I actually liked the breakfast and the location was great. But if youre picky with rooms i would say no. Paperthin walls you can hear eveything.

It was great for my needs.It was very clean and safe. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the traffic. Everyone was lovely.

Average good, affordable priced hotel, with very noisy road traffic around, as the windows are old, and single pane glass, the shutter, instead of thick curtains, do not help. Breakfast choice did not include for vegetarian or vegan patrons. Even extra bread toast was a hard request. Internet good, as well as free onsite parking...Bed sheets a bit slippery...

Stayed 9 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, very clean with good towels and bedding. Gina at the front desk was awesome. They provide a great breakfast and Shaban gave great service in the dining room. I highly recommend this hotel and all of the staff that I met were amazing and go out of their way to take care of the guests needs. Thank you for a great stay.

They gave away my room that was already paid for. I was refunded the money, but my husband had to drive home 3 hours late at night because he had no room. The front desk staff was terrible. There is no one that answers the phone at front desk to say you’re checking in late. Hotels.com was helpful in getting a refund,

The room itself was adequate - bed, bath, mini-fridge, and TV. The front-desk attendant, at check-in and check-out, was pleasant and accommodating. However, I called the front desk around 8:30pm five separate times with no answer. This left me with unanswered questions and requests.

Everything was amazing and such helpful staff arranged a gf breakfast. Thank you very much for having us. Highly recommended.

Location is really great, everything well cleaned and room was comfortable.Tina at the front desk and the rest of the staff made my stay amazing, I was traveling by myself and they took care of everything I needed. If I ever go back to Orlando I would stay there again! Thank you for amazing customer service Tina!! You went above and beyond.

The Bad: Hotel is dated and the condition reflects that. This is acceptable, however, at the excellent price point. However, a few things were not acceptable: Pubic and other long hairs leftover in multiple "cleaned" towels. (I requested towel service but was never done) Box of tissues set next to sink were sopping wet on arrival. Hairs left on bathroom floor. Shower curtain too short allowing water to spray all over bathroom flower after every shower. Lower portion of refrigerator did not work at all. Had the "bad" not occurred. I would happily stay here again.

I love this hotel. Its very convenient for me while im working through the week. Ms.Tina at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She and Ms Yahaira makes sure Im good. Breakfast is freshly cooked and free!!!! Rooms are always clean and fully stocked. I will be back!!

Older property is has great potential to be a wonderful resort if they were to renovate the rooms and the hotel. It’s in a great location next to the FL Mall and all the theme parks. The bed was too firm to sleep on but the suites are very spacious, breakfast is cooked to order and good. So much potential but the property manager needs to renovate the entire building!

Quiet and clean close to the highway and which gets you to all of the tourist spots in 20 min.

Its room is spacious. It was a residential building so all rooms are big like condos. We stayed here for one night only. Very convenient location and close to airport.

Room was fine. Just too VERY thin pillows on the bed with no extras in the closet. Called the desk for 2 more and they were delivered promptly. Body wash/shampoo dispenser did not work properly and fell off wall. Decent cooked to order breakfast but only 1 waiter served about 60 people when we were there. So, terrible service. Overall, just average.

Gina at the reception was an angel...so sweet and gentle to everyone. But among all, the breakfast was DELICIOUS. Shaban- the supervisor and the cook, Fasline, were just FANTASTIC. Great service!!! We felt like family to all of them. I will always remember Shaban, Fasline, Antonio and Felix...from the breakfast area. Dont expect a luxury property. Facilities are somewhat outdated but there is some remodelation going on- will have pool and restaurant, which will give this property a huge upgraade. Rooms are very broad and comfortable. Best of all- its human resourse. Definetely considering this hotel for my next visit.

Very nice facility. Easy check in. Spacious and well appointed room. Great breakfast made to order. My 2 egg omelet must have had 4 eggs!

Breakfast was good. But very limited options. The rooms did not have blackout curtain curtains. And people were vaping or smoking in their room right across from us and we could smell it. Staff was really nice though. They said they would have done something about it if we had called but we got in from Halloween Horror Noghgs after 3am.

This is an extremely affordable and wonderful option for a stay. The entire studio was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I would stay here again! The free breakfast was awesome! You get to sit in a dining table with real table clothes. There is a room full of preset tables for you to choose from. They service a pre - fix menu with good options. They make your breakfast fresh after the waiter takes your selections! Very very nice for the price!
