Could not get checked in despite completing the registration and dozens of attempts to contact them and hotels.com We had to go elsewhere. So they stole our money. Disgusted with response from Hotels

Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room was ok though bathroom so dirty we had to go and buy cleaning products. Recieved WiFi code on day 3! Last day we were told it was ok to leave luggage in office to go get breakfast. The worker who said she would be there all day was not there when we returned. Our airport uber had to leave without us (we had to pay). Half an hour later the Gardner was spotted and let us in to get our luggage. Another period of worry as airport plans were in the balance. Communication dropped as soon as we requested some compensation. I have all aspects represented in photo or video form. Held off writing reply to allow property time to communicate but this has now dried up.

This is not family friendly property. Parties were all the time, loud music, big companies. No management at the facility. Nobody cares what is going on. Only cleaning staff is friendly and respectful.
