Location is good. Near to metro and shopping area. But hotel name not located on maps. Need to search the coffee house below to get to the hotel. Good room. Spacious for family of 5 Only issue is the check in time is 4pm. We had to wait for 2 hrs to check in and there's no place to store our luggages. They have paid lockers though. 2000krw for 6 hrs

All the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the front desk lady who speaks mandarin and helped us with our food delivery order. We stayed in the family suite with a kitchenette. The room is clean and big, but lack of amenities such as cutlery, and there is no towel bar and hook for clothing in the bathroom. The stench from the drain outside the hotel can be quite strong. There is a cafe at the ground floor. Hotel is located at the shopping street. Overall a good stay.

인테리어 침구 다 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 주차도 전화하니까 사장님이 친절하게 직접 나와서 안내해주셨어요. 아침에 체크아웃 하고 근처 시장도 가기 좋아요. 시장 갔다가 화장실 들렀는데 혹시 가운 가져가셨냐고 물어보셨는데 가운은 본적 없긴한데 혹시나 잘못 딸려왔을끼 찾아보긴했는데 없었어요. 괜히 도둑된거같아 좀 씁쓸하네요.

Emplacement à proximité immédiate du metro Quartier dynamique (restaurants, cafes, shopping) et Lotte department store et marchés Nous avons adoré ! Hotel neuf avec jolie deco, tres propre. Temps tres chaud, la suite avec fenêtres sur 180 degrés nécessitait des rideaux fermés toute la journée malgré la climatisation. Pas de double ou triple vitrage donc un peu bruyant (circulation, musique rue commerçante) Menage quotidien rapide (lits non faits) Buanderie sur place neuve, un peu onéreuse. Pas de steamer ou repassage possible. Personnel attentif et professionnel

Amazing hotel, with excellent and clean accommodations. The privacy and security of the property was commendable. The vibrant streets offered amazing shops with a variety of food and clothes shopping. The little things, such as floor heating and aesthetically pleasing furniture, made the hotel a wonderful place to come home to after a long day!

Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. Excellent coffee in the cafe downstairs. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were fabulous. Outstanding bakery 3 doors down. Shopping on your doorstep. So pleased we chose to stay here.

Took the leap of faith to book the hotel for 2 adults and 2 young kids as it was new and lacking in reviews. Turned out to be our best stay in Korea. Till now kids are still raving about this hotel as compared to the one we stayed in Seoul. It falls on our wedding anniversary and I messaged the hotel prior to our trip to check out for nearby bakery for cakes recommendation and they were super responsive and have good advice. When we returned they presented to us a bottle of wine and a printed card customised with date and name too. Really a surprise and nice touch to the entire stay. Hotel staff were also very helpful esp when I wanted to order food delivery. They recommended nice restaurant and assisted to help me order on behalf. And just informed me when the food was ready for pick up. Great room cleanliness (shower gel/shampoo smells super nice too!) with laundry room (chargeable but they will provide the laundry capsule dryer sheet) at Level 7 as well which really helps a lot so we can pack light. The room we booked had a huge bathtub and double sinks. It’s also just a short walk from Nampo station with alot of shops and restaurants nearby and literally just next to Lotte department store. Will highly recommend this for a stay at Busan! Didn’t get the staff name (a guy manager who speaks great English and a Taiwanese lady) but really appreciate the great hospitality! Thanks for making this a memorable stay! :)

Great hotel in a conveniently located area in Nampo-dong. Hotel was nice and clean, heaps of space in the family suit and very comfortable. My only gripe is that they charge for luggage storage (using train station style lockers) after you have checked out which is annonying. Almost every hotel I've been to will hold your luggage for free. I also hope they change the curtains in the bedroom to be blackout. Current ones are too thin and let light through.

Great property in a great area of Busan. Central location, close to everything in the Busan city area. Looks very modern and clean! Rooms are large with ample space. Close to many shopping areas and a 24/7 convenient store next door. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel in a great location. Room was super clean and comfortable, great security. Shame the view from the window looked out to the wall of the building next door but that didn’t really impact my stay. Would highly recommend.

Staff were really helpful and friendly.. they went out of their way to help us deal with a delayed piece of luggage from the airline.. room was spacious and clean with the necesaary amenities.. located at a very convenient location. Would definitely go back when in Busan. 정말 감사합니다.

部屋も広くて綺麗でしたが、お風呂の隅の赤カビが少し気になりました。それ以外は、立地良しスタッフさんの対応最高です。

離地鐵7號出口近（有手扶梯），4人房空間寬敞，大客廳，2間廁所，獨立更衣室，房間與客廳各別有一台電視，打掃得非常乾淨。

Excellent location for shopping and dining. Easy walk to subway. Modern new room and bathroom.

整體不錯，客房寬敞，職員有禮。有地方仍需改善，雖然座廁，洗手盤，跟淋浴分開，可只是玻璃分格，最好還是在三格的最外面加一隻門，增加私隱道，進入房間時不容易看見，且可以在裡面換衫。另外，沒有地方掛洗面毛巾，亦沒有地方放置更換衣物。這是缺點。

男性スタッフの方、とても感じが良いです。 ファミリースイートの部屋は大きくて快適。 だだ一点、バスタブ付きのシャワー横の排水が悪すぎて洗面がびしょびしょになりました。 それ以外は完璧です！！

位置極佳，交通非常方便。房間大而整潔。不過窗簾布沒有隔光功能。另外雖然浴室是乾濕分離，但沒有門不太方便，因為晚上去廁所的話，燈光會影響到朋友睡眠。

1.飯店位置很棒，進地鐵1分鐘，購物和吃飯都方便。 2.家庭旅遊，最後兩天選擇入住，有兩套衛浴，大浴缸，地熱讓晚上睡覺很溫暖，且行李放地上，衣服也都是熱的。 3.服務人員親切。 4.飯店設計簡約，有大浴缸泡澡，有客聽可以外帶宵夜回飯店吃，有化妝台，梳化方便，孩子喜歡睡上下鋪。

My sister and I had a two night stay and after a long day we found that most restaurants were closed or about to close. We asked the staff at the front desk if he could order us a pizza and he tried two places, he then even walked across the street with us to help with the language barrier but they too were closing. He asked if we liked chicken and called and had some delivered for us. He went above and beyond to help us eat that night. Highly recommend. The only fault we found was that the light came through the curtains and it wasn’t very dark in our room. Our preference is a dark room so that may not affect everyone.

We arrived at Hotel Ground27 earlier than the check-in time. Hence, we asked the request of keeping 5 big luggages and 2 small luggages in the hotel as usual as doing this in other hotels. Hotel staff asked us to keep all the luggages in the lockers and total we need 6 lockers. A fast action from the hotel staff, he only asked us to insert the password on the locker screen. We just think that this hotel is a modern and well-equipped hotel, so furnished with lockers to the travellers. However, when we returned to the hotel at night. The hotel staff asked us to pay for the locker fee. Oh my god, why nobody told us the lockers to be charged. We knew nothing about how much per hour to be charged. If we knew that in advance, we would not keep our luggages in the hotel instead of keeping in our 8-seat private car as well as we would not have dinner around the hotel. Unexpected charges made us feel very unhappy and also the staff was rude to explain to us.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hospitality was top notch and the best we had in Korea. We would like to thank Harry for going above and beyond when our transportation to the airport fell through. He saved the day!

단독건물이라서 좋은점은 있지만 너무 번화가를 접하고있으며 펍이 있는 골목옆에 있어 밤 늦게까지 소음이 있습니다 소파 뒤쪽 청소가 잘 되어있지 않은 부분이 있었지만, 침구류나 식탁, 의자, 화장실은 정리가 잘 되어 있었습니다 거실에 있는 침대 앞쪽으로는 커텐이라도 하나 있는게 좋을거같아요

Hotel Ground27 is a very clean, conveniently located to shopping, Jalgachi market, BIFF square and Busan Tower. Harry the General Manager is extremely hospitable and professional. We stayed in the suite and was very spacious for the 5 of us.

Excellent location, lots of shops and eateries. Nampo Subway station very nearby (3-5 mins walk) and even with luggage was doable as there is an elevator at exit 5. Highly recommended.

地下鉄南浦駅のエスカレーターのある7番出口からすぐでチャガルチ、国際市場も徒歩圏内で、ロッテマートも地下鉄8番出口方面直結なので雨でも楽に買物が出来ました。 釜山に行くなら間違いなくまた泊まりたいホテルです。スタッフさんも笑顔でとても好感が持てました、有難うございました。

Good location at Nampo with many shops and food stalls available around the hotel. Train station is also nearby. Juar a pity that the hotel does not provide breakfast at the moment

주변에 공원도 있어서 아침운동하기 좋았고 아침식사도 할수있고 숙소가 깨끗하고 너무 쾌적하고 좋았어요
