Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. There are water refill stations conveniently located in the hotel. The location is very close to the metro station. There is shopping, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby.

年末年始の帰省で利用しました。何度目かの利用です。立地は地下鉄御堂筋線の江坂駅前で便利です。周辺にカルディやコンビニ、ドンキ、飲食店があり連泊する際に利便性が高いです。気になったのは、フロントカウンター前に自動チェック機が３台設置されていましたが、それぞれを操作しているお客様は手間取っている様子で、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくださいました。しかしながらチェックイン自体は人手が掛かることからスムーズではありません。部屋はリニューアルされていることと清掃が施され清潔です。新御堂筋側の部屋で道路の走行音が気になりましたが眠れない程ではありません。また利用したいです。
