Outside could use a coat of paint and though the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the hot water plentiful, overall, the room seemed a bit average for the price. TV had MANY channel options but was somewhat difficult for me to operate. No breakfast offered. Staff (owner?) was friendly.

Appears to be a family owned and operated property. It didn't have an ironing board and only one night stand but those were minor inconveniences. Some of the furniture was outdated but had a new TV, vanity mirror and most importantly the bed. It was very comfortable and we slept good. It was also clean. We would stay again

Needed first floor with king bed, so was upgraded to achieve that. However there were small ants all over our food that we brought in by morning and a few dead bugs in bathroom. However the room was remodeled, clean. Comfy bed and chairs. Pretty basic. No breakfast or amenities for the high price.

The front desk clerk was rude with guests, even audibly swearing about them in front of other guests. HORRIBLE ROAD NOISE. You can hear every car that drives by through the entire night, as it’s right off the highway. The room itself was dirty. A used tissue was left covering the door peep hole, used tape all over the walls. Sand and grime in the bathroom/sink area.

Older hotel with comfortable bed and nice Direct TV. The big turn off was the dirty floor. When I went to put my socks on I wiped the bottom of my feet with a damp towel and the towel was BLACK! I took a shower the night before. They had a clean bathroom though.

The location was great for us as we were heading south to Calif. Very easy check-in using the Expedia app. Staff was welcoming, the room was very clean. Not the quietest location, but we slept well on the comfortable bed. It was a good stay for one night.

Towels were a little thicker than you often see at a motel, so that was nice; however, the bathmat was incredibly dirty/stained and should have been retired for a new one. A few of the flooring tiles in the bathroom were loose. Sink area could use an upgrade to match the rest of the room. Some road noise due to being right on the highway, but we expected that when booking. Otherwise, it was fine and met our needs.

This was our second stay. The staff was excellent. The room had been remodeled since we were there. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. It’s not fancy but it had everything we needed. I will be staying again.

My son left his GoPro camera in the room. The housekeeper was honest and turned it in to hotel manager, who promptly contacted us to let us know they had it ready for pick up! Excellent customer service. Ty. Would stay here again when in Harbor.

Carpets were actually sticky and so old. We had to go to the nearest Fred Meyer to get slippers so we could feel somewhat comfortable. There were holes in the bathroom walls. Water pressure in shower and sink was horrible. It took me so long to wash anything out of my hair. The sink would clog if you kept it on more than just a trickle. The bed was so uncomfortable that instead of tossing and turning all night we ended up checking out at around 5:30AM to begin our drive home because that was a better solution than having to stay there any longer. The staff were very dry and a little rude. I was walking downstairs and a cleaning lady came around the corner at the same time I did and I believe I started her so I apologized and she didn’t say anything but SHOUTED to me “PLEASE DON’T RUN!”. (Which I wasn’t…) The overall vibe wasn’t great. I would not recommend especially if you are looking for a nice beach get away. We are not picky either and I am never one to leave a bad review! I usually just pick up and move on. But this was a little much for even us. We didn’t feel welcomed, and were uncomfortable the entire time. We will never be back. Hopefully my review can save you some headache.

Great value and convenient place to stay while exploring the Southern Oregon Coast and Redwoods. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattie’s Pancake House is next door for a great breakfast. The motel is right off 101 so you do hear some traffic noise but it isn’t bad unless you’re a light sleeper. The TV has chrome cast capabilities but we could never get a signal to watch regular tv channels. But I would stay here again for sure.

Great service received from everyone at this comfortable, inexpensive property. No luxuries but everything we needed was on hand. We forgot something in our room when checking out early and appreciated getting a prompt phone call and opportunity to collect it. Really nice experience during our travels.

Mattie’s Pancake House is next door for a great breakfast. The motel is right off 101 so you do hear some traffic noise but it isn’t bad unless you’re a light sleeper. The TV has chrome cast capabilities but we could never get a signal to watch regular tv channels. But I would stay here again for sure.

Great value and convenient place to stay while exploring the Southern Oregon Coast and Redwoods. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff was friendly and accomodating; there are adequate options for food and services near the hotel. The room was very clean and the property and parking lot seemed safe. Excellent value for the price.

Needed first floor with king bed, so was upgraded to achieve that. However there were small ants all over our food that we brought in by morning and a few dead bugs in bathroom. However the room was remodeled, clean. Comfy bed and chairs. Pretty basic. No breakfast or amenities for the high price.

There was mold on every wall in the bathroom, the window was broken, it was a very dirty room, and it was very loud. We could hear every car that went by. The staff were helpful and very nice. But the mold in the bathroom, made it a horrible night day. There were chunks out of the wall, the bathroom drain was broken, almost in half, the doorstop in the bathroom was rusted very badly. It was just not a clean room at all .We couldn’t cancel because we had a family event, but we left the next day and found a different hotel.

We got a non refurbished room with dirty carpet and an ancient bathroom that was not pictured. It had a dirty coffee cup in it and no screen in the window. We paid more for it than my family members who booked the same day who stayed in a refurbished room. The advertising pictures should match what you received.
