Nice calm surroundings. Friendly service. Clean room. A very nice break on our trip to southern Germany.

We arrived late but check in was still open. Plenty of space to park. We had a family room which had two spacious rooms. Windows could be left open as they had a mosquito net in them, which was helpful in the heat. Modern decoration and peaceful location. Little playground and outdoor gym useful to run off energy for the kids just 2 mins up the road.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Kaiser Quartier in Münster. Beautiful historic surroundings, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of nature to enjoy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing room, wonderful surrounding but breakfast was bad. Don’t take the breakfast there, go for something better. We paid 54€ for 2adults and 2 toddlers.. I mean it’s a rip off for a piece of bread and two bacons

Unfriendly staff, unclear check-in instructions as well as unclear parking arrangements. We arrived when it was dark, and were not admitted into the building, and were sent to look for the Hotel without further guidance. This was not appreciated as were tired after a long car journey with 2 children. Nothing extra was available to us as we were not in the main hotel, and we had to search for things such as toilet paper, clean cups, and tea mugs. - Check-in instructions in more than one language would be much appreciated. - Finally, location: A car is essential! We knew this in advance, but good for others to know that this hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Münster city center.
