Ich hatte noch nie einen Hotelaufenthalt mit so vielen kleinen Problemen. Direkt am Anfang war unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit einem anderen Gast belegt. Abends in der Bar wurden wir unfreundlich mit dem Hinweis dass dort niemand sitzen darf von unserem Platz vertrieben. Wir sollen in die Lounge gehen, die war aber voll. Das Duschgel war leer und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht aufgefüllt. Der Fernsehempfang war gestört. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und sehr Bemüht diese Unzulänglichkeiten zu kompensieren. Das Zimmer war top.

Excellent quality hotel in every way, as ive come to expect of Novotel's. Havjng stayed in a few already, it was nice to see that their standards were maintained in Munster, and we has a fantastic break! The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and have great bathroom products included. We opted for breakfast as part of our room rate, and it was great value, with plenty of choice! Perfect to set you up for the day ahead! I would highly recommend this hotel, and is around a 10 minute walk fron the centre of the historic area, and also only a few minutes walk from the train station. Lots of food and drink options in the locality, which is great!

Der Teppich neben dem Bett hatte einen riesigen Fleck evtl von Erbrochenem und die Wand gegenüber noch voller Spritzer und an der Zimmerdecke ist wohl mal ne Flasche explodiert? Habe es der Rezeption geneldet zur Ansicht. Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück gut.

Die Einrichtung(Zimmer) war ok...Hier und da waren Kleinigkeiten, welche eine Erneuerung/Auffrischung gebrauchen könnten, aber alles in allem kann man nicht meckern. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht.

Leider gab es technische Probleme mit den TV Sendern, mior wurde dan ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, leider gab es auch hier das gleiche Problem, weder Radio noch TV... Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut nicht nachvollziehbar... Der Service war dafür perfekt, sehr freundlich und hilfsfbereit.

Sehr guter Service, freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut, mit dem Rührei kam man nicht nach. Fünf Minuten nach dem Auffüllen war immer alles leer. Zimmer sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Bett.

Hôtel neuf très agréable avec chambre spacieuse si ce n'est l'accueil glacial que ce soit à la réception et au petit déjeuner. On vous fait une réflexion parce que vous vous préparez un petit sandwich pour le voyage en voiture. Le groupe Accor en est il à ce point là de faire des économies et de briffer ainsi son personnel!!!! ( Ou alors cela vienty du personnel et là il faut changer de métier pour ces employés )

Atendimento noturno da recepção pessimo . O quarto não comportava dois adultos e uma criança pois o sofá cama era muuuuiti ruim ,a cama de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiro juntas com um vão no meio . E ainda por cima o funcionário deu a roupa de ana para nós mesmos fazermos a mesma ! Inacreditável Nunca mais volto !

Le groupe Accor en est il à ce point là de faire des économies et de briffer ainsi son personnel!!!! ( Ou alors cela vienty du personnel et là il faut changer de métier pour ces employés )

Ich hatte noch nie einen Hotelaufenthalt mit so vielen kleinen Problemen. Direkt am Anfang war unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit einem anderen Gast belegt. Abends in der Bar wurden wir unfreundlich mit dem Hinweis dass dort niemand sitzen darf von unserem Platz vertrieben. Wir sollen in die Lounge gehen, die war aber voll. Das Duschgel war leer und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht aufgefüllt. Der Fernsehempfang war gestört. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und sehr Bemüht diese Unzulänglichkeiten zu kompensieren. Das Zimmer war top.

O quarto não comportava dois adultos e uma criança pois o sofá cama era muuuuiti ruim ,a cama de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiro juntas com um vão no meio . Excellent quality hotel in every way, as ive come to expect of Novotel's. Havjng stayed in a few already, it was nice to see that their standards were maintained in Munster, and we has a fantastic break! The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and have great bathroom products included. We opted for breakfast as part of our room rate, and it was great value, with plenty of choice! Perfect to set you up for the day ahead! I would highly recommend this hotel, and is around a 10 minute walk fron the centre of the historic area, and also only a few minutes walk from the train station. Lots of food and drink options in the locality, which is great!

Aber beim Frühstück ist Luft nach oben, da die veganen Basics fehlen (kein veganer Joghurt, keine Möglichkeiten für herzhaftes veganes Frühstück, da kein veganer Frischkäse, kein Wurst- oder Käseersatz. Aber generell auch kein normaler Frischkäse. Beim frischen Obst nur Äpfel zur Auswahl, am zweiten Tag nur Baguette und Brötchen, kein Brot, außer trockenes glutenfreies, das man ja auch nicht unbedingt wegessen will.

Sehr guter Service, freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut, mit dem Rührei kam man nicht nach. Fünf Minuten nach dem Auffüllen war immer alles leer. Zimmer sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Bett.

This Novotel is perfectly fine. It's located on a charmless main road right near the central station, so if that convenience is important to you, great. And it's still convenient to the old city, just not charming The hotel itself is comfortable-- pleasant public spaces in the lobby, comfortable room with good bedding and excellent AC (which was essential during our heat wave stay). My only complaint, really, is that it somehow lacks soul and the people at the front desk all did what they needed to do, but without much warmth or hospitlality (I'm guessing they are students as Münster is a university town). And the price on hotels.com was significantly better than booking direct (we know, because we asked them about extending our stay and when we checked on hotels.com, the prices were much better so we rebooked our room through hotels.com)
