Nice hotel with central location. I booked the hotel for two nights because they have charging for EV. Problem was that it was out of order. Very inconvenient. And the wifi was very poor, close to non-existing. Nice restaurant though and comfortable rooms.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. I made good use of the gym spa. It is near the central station which is convenient and has a car park at the back. The old town is about a 5-10 minute walk away and is very pretty. Overall, I would stay here again.

sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr sehr kleinem Bad.. als Erwachsener Mann mit 1.83 m ist es in dem Bad schon herausfordernd sich da zu bewegen.. also wer größer ist hat zu tun Fitness: kleiner Raum ca 12qm- max 3 Personen - schon sehr sehr klein.. Frühstück gut aber 23 € definitiv zu teuer

Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen , das Frühstück war auswahlmäßig wirklich gut, aber überteuert ! Die Zimmer , vor allen Dingen das Badezimmer viel zu klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen . Vorteil , dass sich das Hotel direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes befindet , da wir eben mit der Bahn ankamen .

Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen , das Frühstück war auswahlmäßig wirklich gut, aber überteuert ! Die Zimmer , vor allen Dingen das Badezimmer viel zu klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen . Vorteil , dass sich das Hotel direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes befindet , da wir eben mit der Bahn ankamen .

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaiserhof war sehr angenehm, das Personal war sehr freundlich, organisierte unkompliziert noch ein Plätzchen für meinen Pkw auf dem eigentlich gefüllten hauseigenen Parkplatz und war immer nett. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage am Treppenhaus - klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gab keine Minibar -, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und sogar mit einer veganen Abteilung. Gemütlich eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsräume wie das Kaminzimmer mit Bibliothek und Ölgemälden an den Wänden laden zum Verweilen ein. Ich komme gern wieder!

Das Badezimmer war in einem unterirdischem Zustand. Die Duschkabine defekt, die Silikonfugen waren braun und zum Teil nicht mehr vorhanden, der Toilettensitz lose und mit Ablagerungen darauf. Auch die fremden Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden gehören da sicher nicht hin. Wurde dort überhaupt vorher gereinigt? Ich glaube nicht... Das Personal ist absolut unflexibel. Checkin erst ab 15:00 Uhr...und ja keine Minute früher. Auch die Bar wird Punkt 0:00 Uhr dicht gemacht...obwohl noch jede Menge Personen gemütlich zusammen sitzen und gerne noch etwas trinken möchten. Die Lautstärke im Hotel ist das nächste Problem. Alles sehr hellhörig. Dann kommt noch hinzu, das mein Zimmer in Richtung Bahnhof war. Da war nachts auch Stimmung. Ich habe mich von den vielen guten Bewertungen blenden lassen. Das Hotel Kaiserhof sieht mich ganz sicher nicht wieder!!!

Der Parkplatz/Anfahrt ist hinter dem Hotel wird aber nicht mit der Adresse angegeben. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht. Im Badezimmer hat es dermassen gestunken, dass es jedesmal Überwindung brauchte um hinein zu gegen. Nach der Reklamation hat es geheissen, beim putzen sei vermutlich der Sifon verschoben worden, wir hätten ihn einfach wieder richten müssen. Die Türe zum Bad/WC konnte nur angelehnt werden. Das ganze Zimmer ist noch aus den 70er Jahren, könnte also ein Facelifting sehr gut gebrauchen. Auf den Flächen, Türen und Türrahmen gab es überall Fingerabdrücke, heisst: nicht wirklich geputzt. In der Nacht haben junge Leute im benachbarten Hof geplärrt, gekreischt und gelärmt bis morgens um 4 Uhr. Das Zimmer ist völlig überteuert für das was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen!

The bathroom smelled a lot like mold in the bathroom. After opening windows it got better it seemed along time closed. The breakfast was not bad but if I have to pay 23 €by person and than wait before it's my turn to get a coffee out of the machine it's not the best service. Even one machine for the whole breakfast arrea could be some more. The location is central but having a disco behind the hotel with a lot of drunk people during the night is quite noisy. For a cheap hotel it would be ok but not if I pay this price.

Hôtel bien placé à Munster. Le personnel est accueillant. Par contre l’hôtel ne devrait pas être classé 4 étoiles concernant les chambres. Elles sont propres mais petites et le mobilier rustique. Les lits sont juste bien mais pas qualitatif. De plus, ce n’est pas grand chose, nous n’avions pas de bouilloire dans la chambre qui est censé être une suite deluxe

Zentral gelegenes Businesshotel, daher sehr praktisch. Was aber leider nicht dem sonstigen Standard entspricht ist ein sehr mangelhaftes WLAN mit dem es unmöglich ist Video-Termine wahr zu nehmen.

Everything was clean and tidy.. but for the price it's horribly tiny claustrophobic space you get. Even the bathroom is such a crunch.. you can't raise your arms in the cubical. Horrible. And expensive.

Leider hatte ich nicht um ein „ruhiges“ Zimmer gebeten. Mein Zimmer lag zur Hauptstraße heraus. Ich schlafe immer bei geöffneten Fenster - und das war ein wenig laut.

Kaiserhof is een prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed restaurant en uitstekend ontbijt. Het hotel ligt direct tegenover het station. De isolatie bij gesloten ramen is zo goed dat er geen geluidsoverlast optreedt. Subjectief minpunt: onze kamer was niet groot, de badkamer echter zeer klein.

Ein schönes Hotel nah am Bahnhof. Gute Service, freundliche Mitarbeitern, einfaches Parken. Alles Prima. Auch an den Hund ist gedacht samt Bettchen und Futternapf. Mann kann einfach den Promenade entlang gehen und gelangt einfach im Zentrum.

Wir hatten erst ein Mini Standard Zimmer, wo der Partner über den anderen rüber klettern muss, um das Bett verlassen zu können. Das war schrecklich. Aber auf Nachfrage haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches größer und besser war. Die Matratzen sind etwas weich und es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. dies gab es aber wiederum im kleinen Standard Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist mit 23 € nicht sehr günstig war dafür aber sehr gut.

The place looks really good when you walk in. A great first impression. However, here are the issues: 1. The room air conditioner, as advertised, did not work at all. We aske for the AC to be fixed, and their answer basically was, "we fix when we can". 2. The toilet smelled horrible. No matter how many times they did clean the toilet, there is a horrible smell that came out of it. 3. The front desk staff was not very nice. Perhaps, because of the culture or language barrier, but still, they were not nice. 4. One day, I was sitting at the library, and one of the staff members came in and offered me coffee. I thought to myself, ok, they are being nicer. Nope, they brought coffee alright, bot charged me for it....For me there was no indication that there was a price, until she asked for the money. 5. I do have to say that the room service people were super nice.

Ein tolles Hotel und sehr nahe am Bahnhof. Das soziale Umfeld um das Hotel ist allerdings etwas verunsichernd. Die Partystimmung draußen auf der Straße war erst gegen 05:30 h beendet. Zum Glück schließen die Fenster gut und schalldicht.

Das Restaurant im Haus sucht seines gleichen, dass Frühstück eine Wucht… Wenn einem das Kopfkissen nich behagt, es liegt ein extra Kissenmenü aus. Very nice, classy hotel with great staff and superb breakfast. Restaurant is very good. Only flaw was very bad, sometimes even non-existent Wi-Fi signal in our hotelroom on the 4th floor.

sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr sehr kleinem Bad.. als Erwachsener Mann mit 1.83 m ist es in dem Bad schon herausfordernd sich da zu bewegen.. also wer größer ist hat zu tun Fitness: kleiner Raum ca 12qm- max 3 Personen - schon sehr sehr klein.. Frühstück gut aber 23 € definitiv zu teuer

Nice hotel with a very convenient (albeit uncharming) location next to the train station. Walking distance to the city center. Very calm during the night, nice breakfast (although pricy). Kind staff welcomed me at arrival. Tried the gym, was the least clean of all things I encountered and very small. Happy to have it though. For the price and my expectations this was all in all a very pleasant stay.
