Beautiful new. Hotel with no parking. This is not disclosed when booking it says parking available until you drill down. Parking is a long walk in an adjacent garage for a fee. This seems to be a complaint of many and the staff was very aggressive when questioned about it. Manager also called when I left a negative review to educate me further about the parking. Even charged me for then credited it off. It’s Cincinnati you should not have to pay to park in an unaffiliated lot to the hotel. There are other options. Wouldn’t have been bad but the staff attitude regarding is aggressive as many others have said as well

The facility and rooms are okay but there was nothing special about the place. Staff was not overly friendly and did not offer assistance until you literally had to say excuse me to get their attention but they were not rude when they were helping. The parking situation is a bit confusing you have to park elsewhere at night for a cost but during the day is free in the lot. Still don’t fully understand this. The room itself was clean but sheets didn’t fit the pullout couch. And the space is a bit cramped. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent at 9am on Sunday. If this is important to you just go elsewhere, unless they are going to staff it to keep it stocked. It looks like they normally have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins, and a waffle machine. There also was no one emptying the trash or cleaning the dining area so it was a bit gross. There were clean towels in the pool area late Saturday night which is usually an issue at other hotels, so this was a positive.

Evening Checkin/Reception staff person Takesha (sp? sorry) was outstanding! She was very efficient, professional and advised me about my Bonvoy points/ benefits! She also gave me a parking permit to allow me to park near the entrance for my safety as I was alone

We were in town for my friend's wedding during Labor Day weekend. This hotel is new and offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was not good and the parking is 10.00 per day. There is only parking in the garage of an apartment building complex. The area offers lots of shopping and dining. Safe quiet area, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s proximity to the mall is so convenient! We could’ve walked there but chose to drive and could have a nice meal and go shopping all within a stone’s throw from our accommodations. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and the premises were clean. The decor is excellent as well and our studio king room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Only complaint I have is they moved a family in to the room next to us with a connecting door and the children kept banging on the door. Walls seem paper thin as I could hear whoever the people next door were talking to on their phone. Other than that, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

This is a fairly new property and it is in great shape. The young lady that checked us in was outstanding. All of the staff were very friendly. The room and bed was first rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was nice, the bed comfortable which is so important. However, the shower floor was VERY slippery. My husband and I both were concerned about falling in fact, I would be surprised if someone hasn't already fallen. There is a safety bar at the opposite end of the shower head so of no value. Also, the height of the toilet is low making it uncomfortable to get up. We are in our 80's but in good shape so being handicapped is not the reason for our concern with the shower and toilet.

Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.

WiFi kept going out. Data feed to TV was affected as well, could not watch various channels as the video would just die randomly. The TV in room was setup to be 'swivelled' so guest can watch from bed or from sofa, but when swiveled the HDMI cable would come out and the data feed would end.

Mandy Heard and Tasika went above and beyond. We were a couple staying there the day before our wedding and the night of. Both shifts were great and they were so excited for us. Checking in is. They went the extra mile. Definitely will stay there again

Very clean and very comfortable! The only thing I have to say that is like a critique is watching customer service while waiting. I wasn’t impressed by how a customer was being treated before me. I was treated nicely and was apologized to for wait. Overall was a very nice experience

I went to Cincinnati with my husband and 3 kids and our stay was great! Very clean and quiet and hotel was close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious.

Very new hotel in a nice up and coming area. Though since it is so new best to reserve straight from hotel than third party apps. Still some communication issues between Marriott and Expedia/hotels.

We were in town for my friend's wedding during Labor Day weekend. This hotel is new and offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was not good and the parking is 10.00 per day. There is only parking in the garage of an apartment building complex. The area offers lots of shopping and dining. Safe quiet area, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good! Only complaint I have is they moved a family in to the room next to us with a connecting door and the children kept banging on the door. Walls seem paper thin as I could hear whoever the people next door were talking to on their phone. Other than that, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

The facility and rooms are okay but there was nothing special about the place. Staff was not overly friendly and did not offer assistance until you literally had to say excuse me to get their attention but they were not rude when they were helping. The parking situation is a bit confusing you have to park elsewhere at night for a cost but during the day is free in the lot. Still don’t fully understand this. The room itself was clean but sheets didn’t fit the pullout couch. And the space is a bit cramped. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent at 9am on Sunday. If this is important to you just go elsewhere, unless they are going to staff it to keep it stocked. It looks like they normally have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins, and a waffle machine. There also was no one emptying the trash or cleaning the dining area so it was a bit gross. There were clean towels in the pool area late Saturday night which is usually an issue at other hotels, so this was a positive.

Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.

We had three different rooms and all had odor in the kitchen area. The shower floor was slippery and in one room worn out. They also do not provide a complimentary bottle of water unless you have a certain status with them. There are shower amenities however conditioner was empty. Room was nice and spacious newly remodeled location. I only had one problem when I was doing my own wiping down of my room when we checked in there was bread crumbs on the countertop from the toaster. When we advise management with an photo she seemed very unconcerned. I think they charge an extra $10 a night for parking to make extra money because when we came back to the hotel every night there was tons of parking spaces available.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel and I would consider staying here again. The only things I didn’t like was the parking situation and breakfast could be a little better. Other than that everything was good.
