This was a decent hotel for the price. Breakfast was good. Hotel was fairly clean and room was clean but could tell furniture hasn’t been updated in a little. Would stay there again. Pool was down for maintenance so can’t say good/bad about that. Kids were upset they couldn’t swim.

Overall, we loved this experience. We really wanted to use the pool which had excellent hours (7am-11pm) but it was not clean which was unfortunate. The room was a little dated but overall very comfortable. We loved that it provided us with an opportunity to use high-end shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Room was spacious. Continental breakfast was great, staff were super friendly. Lots of places in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place to others. Especially Steelers fans😁.

I have stayed here twice for overnights. The breakfast was excellent both times-both the food and service! The room and facility were clean. Note: for us older people the bathtub floor is (or feels) slippery when wet! Biggest complaint - since I arrived both times at night I was mystified as to why there was NO light on the front of the building. It just sits there in a dark corner of the lot and is easy to miss if you don't look very closely. All the other storefronts are well lit! It also means the parking lot is very dark except for the spill light from other stores.

Our stay there was fine. The carpet in the main areas could use some updating as it seemed fairly worn and dirty. The elevator was very noisy and could use TLC also. Our room was in pretty good condition though. I feel the price is a little expensive too, as $200/night in Kittanning is overpriced.

This hotel was the perfect place for my family of 6 to stay at while we were in the area for a family reunion. The staff was very courteous, the property and rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was good. The breakfast area is small, but it was just fine for the days that we were there. The staff person at the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. I did not find information on the website for pool, fitness room, or refrigerators in the room. When I got to the property I found out there is an indoor pool, but no fitness room, and our rooms had refrigerators. The location of the hotel was very convenient to an event we attended, 12 miles south off rte 28. Downtown Pittsburgh is about a 40 minute drive away.

From the elevator on the second floor to my room, the carpet had not been vacuumed in days. When I left four days later it still had not been vacuumed. Employees hanging outside the building & sitting on a bench smoking. Go out back & smoke, no one wants to see you hanging outside everyday.

Room smelled terrible, loud air conditioner, and stuff on the sheets when I first checked the room, such as a toenail! Half the lights in the stairwell were out so it was almost completely dark (would've been great in an emergency situation) but I used it anyway because the elevator sounds like it is about to fall apart.

We've stayed there numerous times but this time, the shower wasn't clean and hairs on the toilet seat. The shower didn't drain and you were standing in a couple of inches of water till you were through. The heat, ac did not work, so hot in the room. No coffee pods.

Our mattress was broke so we were rolling towards the middle of the bed the whole three days that we were there. Maintenance tried to fix it, but he said there wasn’t another mattress in the hotel and it was just super uncomfortable. The staff were super friendly amd the hotel was clean.

Cold shower, deadbolt didn’t work, wall thermostat wouldn’t work the heater so it was 65 degrees all night, mold in the shower, breakfast food was horrible. Receptionist was very nice tho.

Everything was excellence, until... The room and hotel was super clean . Bed was so comfy. However, from 10 pm to 2am it sounded like a noisy bar room right out side my door. A huge groip of people had gathered in the lounge area. Playing music talking loud. It soon spilled out in to the hallway in front if my room. It was a door banging ,loud talking , cursing atmosphere as the rest rooms were across from my room. Ive stayed here several times. Never had anything like this! But ive never been on the first floor either. I didnt sleep at all and left early. Very disappointed. Did i complain? No 20 loud people are 20 times more important than one me. Money talks . Majority wins. Thats life i guess. Ill be looking for a new place to stay when im in town. I also paid double the room price for a lady minute booking.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here even if it's just to use the jacuzzi tub :) The manager was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The housekeepers are happy and friendly and the breakfast server makes you feel like you're at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we got breakfast and anything else we needed. I didnt want to leave. We are definitely going back.

I booked this stay through Expedia - I then received a message from Expedia that the hotel would not guarantee a room and wanted me to book through them directly. I called the hotel to see if a reservation was already in my name but they could not tell me. Therefore in fear of not having a room I booked one thru them. I get there to find I had 2 rooms in my name and would not refund me for the first room that they would not tell me was reserved. I will not book through Expedia anymore due to this confusion nor will I stay at this hotel again being that they refused to work with me on this mixed message

Stay clear of this property. And especially if you need to change your reservation. Unfortunately, because of an emergency I was unable to stay at the hotel. They refused to accommodate my request and took my money and the general manager refused to even call me back or speak about the issue. For someone who has stayed at multiple hotels. I've never dealt with such immaturity of a manager refusing to call me back.

A group of us used this hotel for our 4 night stay as we rode local bike trails nearby. It has a great location, it was clean, the service was good and everything in the room was functioning. The breakfasts were good and the person in charge was very attentive to keeping the breakfast area clean.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was clean when we got there. Had some trouble with the lock on our door, but it worked out fine. Pool was quiet during the day. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options aplenty. Staff was helpful when necessary and out of the way all other times. Soaps in the bathroom were full sized bottles not those tiny ones. There was body wash shampoo conditioner and lotion all provided. Very nice amenities for shower.

It was a great stay. I really appreciate the front desk. I believe his name was Mr. Hassan. He was fantastic and very helpful with our needs. The room was clean and nicely laid out, the breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I have every had in a hotel. I would definitely stay again. 5 stars!
