Guy at front desk was so nice. But the elevator wasn’t working and we had lots of luggage to carry so that sucked. And the towels had stains on them (but smelled clean)

The beds are comfy. Pool is very small and smells funny and color looks off. We had ants in our room on the tables by the beds. Hot water pressure was good.

This place is ran down. The rescue equipment in the pool area is crack and not usable. I am sure it's not up to code. However I will say the beds are comfortable.

Close to several resturaunts and convenience store. Close to attractions! Easy accessibility. Had to hunt down the front desk person. To check us in, he was cleaning the pool and didn't have his phone with him. The floor in our room didn't look dirty but walking around in there barefoot we noticed when we showered that the bottoms of our feet were black.

This property was outdated. The photos were very deceiving. The hotel and rooms were so dirty and had a terrible smell. The carpet in our room was soaking wet around the air conditioning unit, literally like a puddle. SMELLED AWFUL. Bathroom looked like it had never been deep cleaned. Elevator was dirty and carpet throughout the entire facility was dirty and stunk, would NEVER stay here again!

The place has been recently remodeled. The only issue was the ice machine didn't work but they did have bagged ice. The orange juice machine didn't work either. I would stay again as it was a good value and the people were extremely nice. Breakfast was s expected.

Pool is so cold you cannot use it. Hallways are extremely dirty and locks don’t work at side entrance . Be prepared to constantly get your key fixed multiple times a day. It will work for the a stay for holiday world but would not want to stay an extended period. Of note hotel is on eastern time and holiday world is on central time.

Trash was completely full right outside the entrance which doesn't make a good first impression but other than that it was nice and clean.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms were extremely damp & musty smelling. There was a dead bug in the hallway. I will never stay here again.

Our room smelled musty and it looked like all kinds of repairs that were needed were just painted over. For example, bathroom ceiling tile frames were all rusted and showing through the paint. It rained pretty hard our last night there and water started pouring in from under the AC unit on the exterior wall. Why the room smelled now made sense. We had to ask to switch rooms. We moved to an identical room right above the one we were in. We noticed water dripping from the window down on the ledge on the inside. At this point it was late at night so we just put towels in the window instead of moving again. I’m sure all that water in the walls will not be properly addressed and will end up with mold. Would not recommend.

Beds were stained with what appeared to be coffee and/or pee. Carpet was disgusting. Elevator was jn poor working order. Smell was musty and you had to keep the air on 65 to acrually feel cool in there. No fan in bathrrom which added to the mustiness. Ceilings were stained and had different colored paint jn bathroom. Just felt gross. Will not recommened and will never stay here agaj .

we checked in early before heading to the water park and when we came back to sleep we realized the room was dirty, the sheets had old stains, the bathroom tub was super dirty, they painted the bottom of the tub with this slip paint and it was dangerous when wet, the whole hotel needs a cleaning, kush hospitality needs to spend some money and clean up the place, I will never stay here again so long as I live, dont say i dint warn you.

It smelled musty when you walk in the door. We stayed on the ground floor and the room smelled worse and the carpeted floor felt wet.

We had 2 rooms, my daughters room the carpet was wet everywhere you walked. There was mold in the bathroom and around the window

The a/c leaks on the floor, the conditioner was empty, the shower curtain was moldy and the water controls are backwards (hot is cold). The bed toppers were also dirty and clearly not washed recently.

The beds are very dusty. The sofa bed is broken. Dust and ants everywhere in the room.

The hotel was outdated and had a very musty smell from the time you walked in. The sheets were dirty, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing and the towels had stains on them too.

Check in was easy, beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the toilet would not flush but that was solved after a call to the front desk. Also the TV remote did not work.

Property had a musty smell. Room had a musty smell. Bed hurt my back. Internet access was pretty bad. I won't be back there.

It is close to holiday world. Fast food with in walking distance. Room is good size. Stayed in 2 queen and sofa bed. Bathroom are okay in size but walking in the first time, it has a smell to it also the toilet seat is broken. Door does not close unless you pull it hard and end up banging it to close it.Room appears clean to me and updated. 2 TV's in room, 1 appears to me its not working( the one on wall) and the other is on tv stand. Wifi is pretty much non existence in room 101. Do not even show up in my wifi list. Breakfast was okay, eggs,sausage, bagels,waffles,cereal and apples. First day breakfast was hot and the second day was cold and did not top up more because it was almost 9.30 a.m but not a reason not to put more food out. Side exit trash has been full for 3 days and nobody emptied it. Pool is alright.

What I liked was that it is close to Holiday World only a 10 minute drive. What I didn't like was that both days when we went to breakfast they were almost out of food. It took the staff a long time to refill the food even after informating them that the food was out. The WiFi was very weak and kept cutting in and out of service. Same thing for the T.V. We got poor signal and picture cut in and out. Finally, there was some mildew on the shower curtain and no fan in the bathroom. We won't ve staying here again.

The location was convenient to our plans and the hotel as a whole was relatively clean. However, our room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived, which was not entirely surprising considering the 95° heat outside. I understand conserving energy in an empty room, but the ac wasn't even on, let alone set to a comfortable temperature. Even after it finally cooled off, the room still felt very musty and damp. There was plenty of evidence of needed repairs, such as peeling paint and outlets and a switch that did not seem to work. (And yes, I tried the outlets again after flipping the inoperable switch.) The staff I encountered was not as friendly as I have experienced in other hotels, but they were responsive to our limited needs. The continental breakfast was just ok. It was clear they weren't interested in refilling any of the nearly depleted food items even though there was more than 30 minutes remaining on the breakfast hours. I would probably stay one night again out of the convenience of the location and the price point offered.

This is a pretty nice hotel for the price. It’s clean and in decent repair. Everything I used worked and was impressed with the TV service, although the television was small. Continental breakfast was normal fare. I like eggs and the scrambled were better than most.

Positives: overall pretty clean minus general wear, bathroom counters and fixtures were newer, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, coffee was good Challenges: AC not on in room upon arrival despite outside temps of 95°+ and it took hours to cool down and get rid of the humidity, leaking faucets in shower, toilet backed up There was also apparently a microwave fire on our floor

Hotel is adequate. Beds are comfortable, it’s not filthy, but it’s not very clean, air works well, and breakfast runs out before it’s over. Conveniently located by several fast food restaurants, CVS, a gas station, and it’s a straight shot to Holiday World with a short drive.

No water pressure. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the bed was great! On the other side, there was a couple above us arguing until 2 am so getting sleep was at a premium.

Ahmed at the front desk was hard to deal with in every way

Our family stayed at this hotel due to its vicinity to Holiday World (about a 10 minute drive). During check-in, we asked that we not be placed in a room near others, due to having an infant with us. Although there was low occupancy, we had neighbors above and next to our room. When first entering our room, there was urine in the toilet. One of the beds had the flat sheet above the duvet (instead of underneath). They offer WiFi, but there's no password, so your connection is not secure. The elevator certificate was expired. During our stay, the manager told us work would be done near our room the next day and asked us to move rooms so we wouldn't be disturbed by them. We planned on being gone the next day, so we didn't think the work would bother us. Therefore, we didn't move rooms. What he didn't say is that they needed to access inside our room. When we returned from Holiday World the next day, 2 plumbers were in our room investigating a leak. Since they needed access for a extended period of time, we did end up changing rooms. So where did they move us??? Right next door! So we ended up hearing all the work (drilling & sawing) anyway. The new room had tape over the peephole, instead of the normal metal cover. The shower handle operated in reverse from what was shown. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but these positives were overshadowed by poor decisions and maintenance of the hotel. We'll be staying elsewhere next time we visit this area.

Nice property, stayed when we went to Holiday World. Staff was great and helpful.

Not enough staff working. Had to request additional breakfast items multiple times both days as trays were empty often. Leaky air conditioning never addressed.

Booked two nights but wouldn't be able to make it on the first night until 4am that morning. I made the call before booking and the General Manager made it work out perfectly for us. I'll be back for Louder Than Life next year and I plan on using this hotel.

Check in was very slow. I had paid in advance on expierian but tge check in process was incredibly slow. The frontbdesk staff were difficult to understand and had difficulty understanding english. I should have used the self check in process on Experian and wil definitely usebitbin thevfuture.

Staff not friendly stairways were filthy our room had mold in the closet our refrigerator did not work was told they would look at it but they never came pool was really cloudy I will not return to this establishment Ever

Their website says that they have cribs you can request to be in your room… I requested one when I booked the rooms. When it came time to check in we asked about the crib and he said he’d have one brought up… however 2 hours later we still didn’t have a crib. When we went down to the desk to ask about it, the guy was VERY rude and disrespectful to my daughter in-law. We needed some where to sleep for my granddaughter who is 5 months old! His response was, I don’t know what you expect me to do about it. We don’t have any cribs.

It was a quiet place to sleep for the night after being at Holiday World all day. The location was nice 3 restaurants within walking distance.

Very comfortable beds. Great location, very easy drive to Holiday World. Great assortment of food options within steps. Again very comfortable beds!! Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Accommodating to our early check in request. Can’t say how the free breakfast was because we snoozed right through it.

Breakfast was not good, the waffles were ok but it was a long line to make the waffles as it was only one waffle maker. The waffle maker started sticking really bad and after some time the worker put out the non stick spray. The room was ok, kind of hot throughout the night. The tub was peeling in the bathroom and the sink drained slowly due to items in the drain.

Only a one night stay. Hotel appears to be fairly new. Rooms are quiet, and comfortable. The only downside was that some of the "hot" breakfast items were cold, but I would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was phenomenal. The complimentary breakfast was pretty awful.

The area around the hotel smelled like horse poo every day. Breakfast items were empty every time we went. Room never seemed to get cold enough for nighttime. Very easy access to holiday world at a decent price tho. Wouldnt say no to staying here again especially since theres breakfast food nearby.

Breakfast was included, didn’t start when they said it would. Then very limited on items. Room was not dirty but could be a lot cleaner. Entire facility needs updating as wallpaper and carpet was loose in many places. We paid $200+ each night for a hotel I would give a C- grade. For that price there shouldn't be those issues, especially the Breakfast problems. Wouldn't recommend unless a absolute last resort.

They ran out of breakfast including coffee and it took awhile the refill everything.

Breakfast was not very good. One of the bedspreads was stained. (It should’ve never been used again after that kind of stain.) front desk guy a bit grumpy.

Our stay was very satisfactory. It was very clean. It’s perfect location for Holiday World, 10min away. Service was good. Breakfast goes quick and it’s in a smallish space but the majors are offered. All areas were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. We will stay again.
