Wyoming Inn was a very clean, quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have complimentary warm cookies in the lobby every afternoon as well as coffee all day. The hot tub room is clean, new and relaxing. The robes from the room were perfect for when we got out. They provide towels, and there is a fireplace and bathroom in the spa room. They also have a Peloton bike and Tread in their workout room. It is centrally located- close to town and Grand Teton in one direction and Jackson Hole Mountain in the other. We flew into Jackson Hole, toured Grand Teton, Went to Yellowstone for 2 days, and came back to Jackson Hole to fly out. We stayed at the Wyoming Inn at the beginning and end of our trip. We will definitely be back.

Great bed and room amenities. Excellent breakfast choices although not included. Very helpful staff. Away from downtown which was fine with us. Lovely spa/ hot tub/pool. Gave us a late checkout time at noon. Wonderful place.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Jackson. We would definitely choose this place again. Rooms were very nice, very clean, great comfortable beds. Amazing spa room with fireplace which was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. Restaurant on site is wonderful. This hotel provides transportation to downtown at certain times or you can catch the bus which runs every 15 minutes and pickup is right across the street. Very nice courteous staff.

Good value and comfortable. Some walkable options in the vicinity. Bus stop right outside for a quick ride to town (a few minutes) or 20 min to Teton Village. Rented e bikes from a place across the street. Albertson's is close by. Great breakfast spot called Picnic nearby.

Great staff and wonderful welcoming lobby with coffee, Iced Water, Hot Teas all the time. Staffed 24/7 and very helpful always available. Wonderful Housekeeping daily! Great Inn and a true gem!

Excellent stay overall! The only cleanliness issue was that the bathroom mirror wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. You could see streaks where they only could reach so high. All staff was attentive to our needs and friendly. We do highly recommend the restaurant and room service. We had dinner both nights of our stay and every dish was delicious. We were thrilled the weather cooperated with a beautiful snowfall upon our departure.

The hotel was extremely clean. When we walked into the room, the smell of cleanliness hit us immediately. The walk in shower was great, the bathroom was enormous, the beds were comfortable, the in-room gas fireplace warmed up the room quick. Overall, it was a great hotel room which is why I give it five stars. The parking lot is tight. Would not recommend a large vehicle getting in and out easily. Also, turn at the light before the hotel to access the parking lot, otherwise turning into 2 lane oncoming traffic is a nightmare. The restuarant downstairs is convient, but highly unaffordable ($85 for the steak and sides aren't included). Overall, I would possibly stay here again based on the comfort level of the room alone.

The hotel is clean along with the rooms. The shower and baseboards around the room were clean which is something I do notice. We had daily housekeeping which was really nice. You don’t find that often anymore at hotels unless you request it. The front desk was friendly and helped with questions we had. They also offer a bus ride to Teton Village which is nice because it is hard to find parking there. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend to others and definitely stay again. Not really walkable to downtown but plenty restaurants are nearby.

It’s a mediocre hotel that wants to act like a more upper scale one. We could hear the guests up stairs walking clearly and the room lighting was too dark. I had eyesore trying to see what I’m taking out of luggage. Staff were nice.

This property was very nice and spacious! The room was kept very clean. The only issue we had was being placed on the first floor under someone who was stomping around early in the morning while we tried to sleep in and the price was seriously excessive.

A beautiful lodge-style hotel! From the moment you enter the lobby, you feel the welcoming decor and friendly staff. The room is fabulous. We had a fireplace & sofa and chair. An amazing walk-in shower, and a double vanity. We especially liked the under-vanity lights that turn on automatically when you walk into the bathroom. Plush robes to use, very comfy bed & pillows. Ate dinner at the restaurant on-site. Delicious food and great service! As soon as we arrived, we extended our stay to add a second night.

Theo, the shuttle driver made our experience amazing!! Very welcoming from the very beginning! He’s definitely the best asset to the hotel. Check-in was very quick. the hotel was nice. The rooms were quiet and clean. However, they are much darker than pictured with terrible lighting which needs attention.

While the property was nice and the clerk checking us in at night was quite nice, our room was located directly above an extremely loud HVAC unit. I am a sound sleeper but sleeping here was very difficult. As an aside, the view out of the window was also quite unattractive.

The Wyoming Inn rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and well appointed. I normally stay downtown but if I have to book farther away this is one of my top choices. Their restaurant is also quite good.

The hotel gave us the worst room in the hotel after a very long journey in order to appease another guest and make more money. Despite the exorbitant price and the fact the room was booked in advance, the room they gave me was directly across from an elevator bank (believe it or not). No respectable hotel would pull such a stunt. The front desk person blamed it on using Hotels.com and said the hotel was fully booked and it was my problem. After much complaining, I was moved to another equally horrible room next to a bar/restaurant and a toilet that was broken- the toilet was over flowing and leaking into the hallway.. When asked about a local restaurant, the front desk person suggested walking in 95 degree heat approximately 1 mile or taking Uber despite the fact they had a free shuttle service. The free coffee made me ill and should be made illegal. This was one of the worst hotels I stayed in over the past 30 years by far. If someone was given a choice, they would be better off sleeping in a field or under a bridge.

As soon as we checked in we knew it was going to be a great stay. Bobby at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and engaging. We had a long day and mentioned we missed hot tub hours they made an exception and let us in as long as we were quiet. You don’t get service like this anywhere! Bravo

The staff was always available and very nice. The restaurant was very high quality. It felt like it was a safe and happy place-the lobby was pretty. I would have liked Bellmen for the luggage but they did have the nice brass rolling carts.

Wyoming Inn of Jackson was a first class experience from the smooth, friendly, quick check-in to the luxurious bedding and thoughtful bathroom layout. A delicious chocolate chip cookie was available at check-in. There was a restaurant on the property where we had a delicious breakfast (that was an extra charge with the package we chose). I’ve never had such fluffy scrambled eggs! I even enjoyed the elk, jalapeño sausage. But the best feature was the comfortable king size bed that I nestled into and didn’t want to get out. As with everything in Jackson, prices are about 25% to 59% higher than surrounding cities. If you forget about the price and allow yourself to be pampered, you’ll love this place!

Everything about this hotel is top notch and perfect. Craig, at the front desk, was pleasant and recommended several places to eat, including the restaurant right there in the hotel lobby. We didn't have time to eat at the hotel's restaurant but we saw many tables with people enjoying fine dining. Our room was spacious, clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Sidewinders across the street makes a great pizza. Albertson's grocery store is right down the street. We only stayed two nights but if we are ever fortunate enough to come back to Jackson Hole, we will definitely stay more than two nights at Wyoming Inn.

Didn't like trying to make a left/right out of the property. It was brutal trying to get onto the main street out of the hotel-very frustrating. On your web page the picture of the property makes it look like it is in a more secluded setting-very misleading.

Loved this property. It’s a little outside of town we had to Uber ($11 trip) to town. Bar across the street, great restaurant next-door, and a little mini Mart walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and truly enjoyed our stay here. The two things I would say I didn't like about the property is we had a hard time finding a parking space in the hotel parking lot and how close it is to the busy street. I definitely would not let either of these deter me from staying here again.

The Wyoming Inn is in a great location, very convenient to the Grand Tetons and to downtown Jackson. We could even walk to the rodeo! The room was great and the amenities - like free water - were appreciated.

Great property to stay. Close to the Square which is the center for everything in Jackson. Friendly staff. Clean premises. Spacious rooms. Slightly pricy but all things are pricy in Jackson so still value for money.

The property, including our room, was very clean. Our room was also quiet and comfortable. By exiting the parking lot from the rear of the building it is possible, and safer, to access the busy main east-west road into Jackson via a traffic light. The location of the property worked for us and we found it easy to drive to both our dinner reservations downtown and the national park, etc.

We ate in the restaurant many times. We found the food to be better than other places we had eaten. The breakfast was superb and Kemi our server was fantastic. There was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Nice fire too.

Really impressed with this place. Looks far from town center but is within a few minute drive. New, well maintained, nice spa and gym, coffee all day in the lobby. The staff were excellent and friendly. On site restaurant very good also.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Restaurant served an excellent breakfast and dinner. Morning serving staff in the restaurant was outstanding. While the food at dinner was excellent, the waiter was not. He was very condescending and rude. His bad attitude sort of ruined dinner for our entire party. As far as the room goes - the bed was so comfortable - one of the best night’s sleep we had had. The room was spacious and extraordinarily clean. The bathroom was amazing - spacious, clean, and upscale. This place is worth the splurge.
