We got a 2 br siite for a great price 149, the best price I found. The beds were great, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. However, the furniture needs to be thrown out, it's dirty and sagging. And the room was a bit musty, might help to clean carpets. I would definitely stay there again. The patio around the pool area is beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful. Free pkg, good area, 4 blocks from MARTA.

This is an older hotel but is well maintanined. Beware if you check in early, there is an additional $30 fee. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 12 minute walk from the Marta, so you can go anywhere on that system if you stay here. There is a shopping center accross the street that has a lot of restaurants and a Target.

Our experience started of fabulous, easy check in process and friendly staff. Then we got in the room and we went back in time, furniture seemed old and them not having smart TVs was ridiculous. The refrigerator in the room didn't get cold and the door wouldn't stay closed, no ice was being made our entire stay. Lastly the pool was the size of a large hot tub! One plus was the pillows were so fluffy and comfortable. Also the free breakfast was horrible! No pancakes, no waffles, no bacon, no fruit, I thought those were standard at a breakfast buffet. My niece's had the time of their life though!!!

I usually don't review places, but I always study the user reviews to truly know what kind of place I may be staying. So figured I would give my experience. We really like the Sonesta at Perimeter Center and have been staying here for years. This was around our 10th time staying here. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location as there is a Target complex across the street, as well as various other stores nearby (including the mall). There are a few options for breakfast at the hotel including eggs, sausage, home fries, and pancakes as well as other standard fare. We visit Atlanta for Braves games 1-3 times a year, and always travel with 2 families. The 2 bedroom suites with kitchen and living room are more than enough room for us, and we really enjoy having the common areas to hangout in. The pool is nice in the warmer months. I only have a couple of negatives with one tying into a positive. The hotel definitely has areas of wear and tear starting to show over the past couple of years. A couple of times we have needed maintenance to unclog a tub from the previous group, but they are always nice and prompt. The main and more recent negative that we have experienced over the past 4 trips (1-2023, 3-2024) is that we seem to always be roomed near or have to pass a room that's clearly been smoking weed inside. It is down the hallway and unmistakable. I can deal with it as an adult, but would rather not have my young kids around that. 8/10

TITLE: Request for Refund Due to Poor Experience @ Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center Dear Management at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center, I am writing regarding my recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center from 8/27-8/30. Unfortunately, several issues during my visit made the experience unacceptable. Room Cleanliness and Bedding: * The comforter in our assigned room had visible dirty marks. (see attached) * When I requested a replacement, the wrong item (sheets) was brought instead. * The replacement sheets also had visible dirty markings. (see attached) * The sofa bed I was assigned to use was also dirty, forcing me to use a sleeping bag I had brought with me. * The overall cleanliness of the room was well below industry standards, and this lack of basic sanitary conditions made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay.  Broken Amenities: * The luggage cart was broken throughout our stay, which made moving our luggage in and out of the hotel very difficult, particularly given the length of our stay (3 nights and 4 nights). Room Key Malfunction: * Upon check-in, the room key I was provided did not work, despite the green light on the door lock. I was traveling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, which made the repeated trips to the lobby highly inconvenient. * I returned to the lobby for a new key multiple times, but the replacement key still did not work. * After this occurred a third time, I recorded a video of the

Normally, we have an excellent stay at this property, but this time, there were no carts to carry up your luggage, and evidently, they had been missing all day and the day before. It took several trips to lug our gear to our rooms with no assistance from staff. When we went to heat our dinner, a large pyrex bowl was glued to the microwave turntable. I took it to the front desk who said he would have to report it to maintenance. 30 minutes later, with still no word (and no dinner), the front desk was unaware the situation hadn't been remedied. He took my suggestion of borrowing a microwave turntable from an unoccupied room for us. When we went to eat dinner, there was only silverware for one person. Normally, this hotel is smooth sailing. The microwave and utensils might be flukes, but the hotel definitely needs a method for retrieving carts or assisting customers when they go missing. It was clear this was an ongoing problem.

Decent property due to a safe, convenient and quiet environment, as well as the friendly staff. However, there were a few issues. I always sanitize/disinfect the room and take photos prior to unpacking belongings. When plugging in a cord, the wall outlet cover came off the wall, we noticed that there was hair in various places including the bathtub and refrigerator of all places. The disinfectant wipes indicated plenty of residue from prior guests, which is not something you’d expect from a properly cleaned room.

Outdated and sticky. Every vertical surface was truly filthy. The backsplash in the kitchen, the cabinets, and the refrigerator were visibly dirty and sticky to touch ( i had to clean the cabinet door pulls so i didnt have to wash my hands after touching them) The sofa was broken down. The A/C worked really well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient. No USB plugs at all. An ancient clock radio alarm with no dimmer. A barely adequate stay for the low rate I got. We wont be returning.

The bad: most of the towels were dirty. Blanket was dirty they just put a sheet on it to cover the stains instead of replacing it. The good: it’s within walking distance to food and shopping. Overall I would not recommend it, unless you have no other option. I got this as a package and wasn’t able to change it unfortunately.

Not great. Not very clean. Bug happy to share our leftover dinner trash in kitchenette area all night. Could not use the pull out sofa bed due to stains & small dead bug on the mattress. Trash and items left on the look. Carpets stained. Furniture was visibly dusty and dirty. Trash bags left in hallways all night since check-in. Smell of Marijuana in hallways. I will say the beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff checking in was strange and not customer service oriented at all. Staff upon check out was wonderful though. I would not recommend staying here.

Room is a bit dated and unclean with hair on kitchen counter. Dirts flying out of aircon vent in the bedroom onto the bed. Not once did housekeeping come in 9 nights stay. Dishes had stains, so they were not washed properly. A male front desk staff was not too friendly. $150 Incidental fee was actually charged and refunded afterwards at checkout instead of just a hold. Not sure if it is something new, but I stayed in 3 other hotels on a two week trip, never once was the incidental fee was actually charged.

Great hotel for the money. Very clean and well appointed with super comfy beds. Pool area was beautiful, and complementary breakfast is convenient.Will definitely stay again. In -room couch is very low to the ground, and could be updated. Only issue I had was that first room they gave me smelled bad, but front desk person fixed it immediately and replacement room was excellent. I will definitely recommend Sonesta to others.

Two nights in a row had to call the front desk at 2:30 a.m. to ask them to please have the people that were staying next to us. Quiet down. Two nights in a row woken up around 1:00 a.m. until 3:30 a.m. + not sure if anything was ever done about it. Eventually they went to sleep and we were able to get to sleep. Not so good. Heat was off. Room was 59 degrees when we check in. Repairman worked on it and disconnected the wall thermostat. People were constantly going in and out of side door right by our room. Next morning had no hot water for showers.Ran for at least 30 minutes and never got more than lukewarm. Would never stay again.

The TV was also really old and did not have internet/Netflix access. In my opinion, at this nice of a property and at this price point, an updated TV is essential. The entrance door was locked when I arrived. I could see a couple checking in as well the staff member on duty. All parties could see me standing there with my suit case and would not unlock the door to let me. Once I got into the property the attendant still checking in the couple in front of me took an additional 15 minutes to check them in. The property was did not have sufficient lighting outside in the parking lot. It was VERY dark. I would never stay at this property again.

This is a continuation from my other comments. The best part of our stay was the helpful and kind staff. I needed directions to pick up a grandson from summer camp and Barbara patiently worked with me. I needed a few other items (extra blanket, paper/envelopes) and all was provided quickly with a smile. Breakfast had many choices and the eating area was light and comfortable for either a single person or a large group. The staff made us feel welcome and happy to have chosen their Hotel. Highly recommend these lodgings for one night or many days.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the Perimeter Mall with easy access to major north/ south and east/west freeways. However it is slightly removed a few streets back from the noisy hustle and bustle. The hotels decor on the outside is attractive and the grounds are very neat. The lobby area is welcoming and we were greeted immediately by the clerk. We found all the staff we interacted with to be exceptionally friendly and capable. The rooms are remarkably quiet and comfortable. However, ours did have a few knicks and dings (laminated flooring that had obviously been wet and cupped creating ridges and separations that were potential trip hazards, a tear in the box spring and a hole in the bed skirt). These things, while mostly minor, are not very attractive and are items that could easily and inexpensively be replaced or repaired. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but that is simply a matter of personal preference. My spouse prefers a more firm mattress and slept soundly. The complimentary breakfast was adequate in comparison to other chains such as Holiday Inn Express or Hampton. We give the location and the staff 5 stars but the issues we noted reduce the rating we can give to 4. Overall we felt the place was well located, reasonably priced, quiet, comfortable and we would stay here again.

I had a two bedrooms suite, nice plush bedding, quiet hotel environment, friendly and courteous staff, however, during my Labor Day visit, the complementary breakfast ran out of several items 45 minutes before breakfast ended, I was told by the breakfast attendant that "we ran out of groceries", I didn't that unacceptable being that for four days, I paid close to 1k. The last item is upgrading or retrofitting the rooms with USB ports for electronics, I had devices in the bathroom and living room, it was inconvenient not having them. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I have been staying there for years when I visit Atlanta. Don't run out of breakfast items and have a substitute and usb ports, guests perception is their reality, thank you.

We stayed 3 nights, and after 1st morning we didn't even bother to go to breakfast. Many good options near by. Location was great, safe and clean surroundings. Hotel itself not so much. Beds are very soft and uncomfortable. Room size was good, larger than most. Not bad hotel, just not great either. It is OK.
