Loved this hotel. Stayed 4 nights total and will stay again in the future if we return. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was central. Water bottles were provided in glass bottles which was appreciated and they really try to be conscious of the environment to only request amenities at the front desk if needed.

우선 신상호텔이라 시설들이 깨끗한 편이여서 넘 좋았어요. 방 크기는 생각보다 많이 작았지만 저흰 크게 불편하진 않았어요~근처에 맛집도 있고 조금 더 걸어가면 한식당과 BTS역도 있어요(역이 가깝지는 않아요) 조식은 간단하지만 아침으로 그정도가 딱 맞는거 같고 맛있는 편이였어요^^아이들이 있다보니 아침부터 나가서 먹고 들어오긴 힘들어서 조식 신청했네요. 수영장 없으니 참고하세요~

The Mercure is in an excellent location between Silom and Chinatown. The check-in process is easy and service is friendly. The room itself is very clean, and the sheets are very plush. Most rooms here should have high city views. The bathroom itself is clean, and the plumbing works. Housekeeping does a good job of making sure everything is tidy. My only complaint is the loud dinging of the elevator. Maybe they could turn it down a few decibels. Perhaps they provide complimentary earbuds on the nightstand for this reason. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a very good location.

Overall it was a nice comfy stay Not close to transport Bad service and rip off charges from management. My young daughters both experienced food poisoning (from outside the hotel) and unfortunately became ill on their way to the bathroom, with some of it landing on the floor and the towels. We contacted reception for assistance, and the cleaning staff promptly arrived and cleaned the room. However, the following morning, I received a message stating that we would be charged a replacement fee of 600 baht per towel, totaling 1800 baht for the three towels. The manager was so rude when I questioned the charges. Trying to charge me twice there cost price for second hand towels that could easily be washed..

aucune considération humaine J’ai dû quitter la Thaïlande en urgence suite au décès soudain de ma mère. Malgré la gravité de cette situation, l’hôtel Mercure Bangkok Surawong, avec l’aval du groupe Accor, a refusé tout remboursement des nuits non consommées. Aucun aménagement réel n’a été accordé, uniquement un report inadapté face à un événement aussi imprévisible et tragique. Ce refus illustre un profond décalage entre les valeurs humaines largement mises en avant par Accor et la réalité des décisions prises lorsqu’un client traverse un drame personnel. Dans ce cas précis, la logique financière a clairement prévalu sur toute considération humaine. Ce qui n’a pas été le cas des hotels : DUSIT Thailand et Crowne Plazza que je remercie pour leur bienveillance et leur profonde empathie.

Litt stresset og dels uhøflig personale i resepsjonen. Frokosten var dårlig, lite utvalg og kun toast brød. Godt utvalg i thaimat for de som ønsker det til frokost. Fin beliggenhet med mange spisesteder i området. Lett og gå i området med brede fortau.

Venu pour le VIV qui a lieu à IMPACT, j'ai été très satisfait de mon choix d'hôtel ! Très pratique pour se déplacer avec accès rapide à Sirat Highway pour rejoindre Impact en moins de 30min. Centre facile d'accès aussi. Environs sympas avec options de restaurants etc et quelques temples sympas accessibles rapidement.
