The location is convenient and pet friendly. It is an older hotel but the inside is updated, clean and the room was large. Breakfast bar had a lot of options. There is no elevator but it is only 2 floors for individuals with trouble walking up or down stairs, request a 1st floor room. Plenty of land to walk a dog close to the hotel.

Room was filthy. Pool area wasn't picked up or clean. Sand at bottom of pool and hot tub. Food at breakfast bar wasn't kept up. I had to inform front desk when food ran out because the kitchen staff wasn't around. Front desk associates were always friendly and very accommodating and so was maintenance guy.

Hair dryer did not work so I went to the front desk and they said they couldn’t give me one or do anything about it. Room was dirty. Food on the floor with ants crawling. Beds obviously had not had linen change. Drapes were unhooked on one side and didn’t completely close. Room was on first floor directly facing parking lot. Cars about 6ft away.

First room we were put in had dirty sheets, they moved us which was nice, but the sink was clogged. They stairwell near out room had an awful smell. Staff was friendly, but the was lacking maintenance and cleanliness.

The door handles (every one we encountered) and surrounding areas were filthy - black and sticky. There were stains on the shower curtain. The white blankets were yellow tinged at the heads of the beds. Our window was missing a curtain and another curtain was missing a wand to open and close it. You could easily tell where touch-ups were made with paint because of the mismatch in color. Some areas needed to be touched up but weren’t.

The cleanliness of the room was very questionable. And woke to no running hot water in our room. Very convenient since we were in rush to get to a softball tournament. Finally after speaking with the desk clerk three times they gave us a room to go shower in.

Nice hotel very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I felt like I was in a safe area and the lady that checked us in for so helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. We were just passing through so only stayed one night but it was a nice comfortable experience. I would stay again.

The Comfort Inn was excellent for me. The Customer service was outstanding Collin and Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as well as others. Unfortunately I didn't jot their names. The room was clean everyday and the breakfast was delicious.

There was an issue with my reservation which I had booked by a 3rd party. When attempting to resolve the manager was extremely rude. I then wished to switch rooms from a 1 bed king suite to a room with 2 beds and the desk clerk kept pushing for me to stay in the room with current room with a pull out sofa. Who the heck wants to pay these prices to have their family sleep on a pull out bed??? The room that was given to us did not have a security lock on the door, only holes to where it once was. It truly made my daughter and I feel safe, knowing we were alone the first evening of the 2 night booking.

I am glad I stayed here. The customer service I received was so exceptional that I wanted to write a review. When I arrived late the night auditor was kind and accommodating. In the morning, the staff was especially kind and just so caring! I enjoyed the stay-it was a comfortable room, bed and the facility was inviting. Thank you! I'd definitely stay here again.

I actually ended up leaving at like midnight to drive 4 hours home. The room smelled. Wasn't the cleanest. My neighbors had a pretty good night however I could hear everything. It was so loud in the hallway also. Just horrible

I originally planned to stay in the greater Milwaukee area, unfortunately most hotels were sold out. Those that weren't inflated the pricing to unreasonable rates. I ended up booking in Fond de Luc and quite happy that I did. The hotel has easy access to the highway, making my drive back and forth to Milwaukee a breeze. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good.

The worst thing about the Comfort Inn is that it is hard to find. There is a prominent sign near the road, but the building has no markings, and in fact, the front desk where you check in is “around the back.” I got there fairly late but with a pre-paid reservation, had to wait 5-10 minutes for a person to show up and take care of me.

We found this hotel at the last minute. Had good reveiws and a good price. It definitely lived up to its reviews! The sheets and bed were soft, room was good and breakfast was great. The customer service was also friendly. Considering it was $90 less than places in Osh Kosh, I would highly recommend staying here. Also I didn't go in the pool but there were people in there and seemed to enjoy it.

We found this hotel at the last minute. Had good reveiws and a good price. It definitely lived up to its reviews! The sheets and bed were soft, room was good and breakfast was great. The customer service was also friendly. Considering it was $90 less than places in Osh Kosh, I would highly recommend staying here. Also I didn't go in the pool but there were people in there and seemed to enjoy it.

The Comfort Inn was excellent for me. The Customer service was outstanding Collin and Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as well as others. Unfortunately I didn't jot their names. The room was clean everyday and the breakfast was delicious.

I originally planned to stay in the greater Milwaukee area, unfortunately most hotels were sold out. Those that weren't inflated the pricing to unreasonable rates. I ended up booking in Fond de Luc and quite happy that I did. The hotel has easy access to the highway, making my drive back and forth to Milwaukee a breeze. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good.

Room was filthy. Pool area wasn't picked up or clean. Sand at bottom of pool and hot tub. Food at breakfast bar wasn't kept up. I had to inform front desk when food ran out because the kitchen staff wasn't around. Front desk associates were always friendly and very accommodating and so was maintenance guy.

The room was so so. The lamp shades were dirty& cracked. The curtain sheer was stained. The toilet was dirty & the sheets didn’t fit very well. The carpet on the stairs going up to the second floor was very dirty & stained. I didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator (which was my fault I didn’t realize it) therefore going up & down when you have mobility issues was difficult. When asked for a first floor room nothing was available.

Blood on bed sheets that looked unwashed. Transferred us to a room that smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Chair in the 2nd room was filthy with black stains on armrests. Property overall is run down and dirty. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time and it was way overpriced at over $170/ night. Very dissatisfied!

Nice hotel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was nice. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the young man at check in, the lady making breakfast and the lady at check out. We would definitely stay here again.
