The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. The hot tub was out if order. We were looking forward to soaking. The water in our room was very cloudy and smelled of chlorine. Had to use bottled water to make our coffee and brush our teeth. When we tried to open the refrigerator it actually pulled right out of the cabinet! Not secured at all and very unsafe. The property is nice but very outdated. Probably would not stay again.

Everyone was kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool area was open for great hours to get the most of it! I was just disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!! From the fast and friendly check in, a comfortable room, a great pool and whirlpool (both at nice temperatures), the bar (free drink coupon), the amazing Benvenutos Restaurant (Lasagna was amazing!), to the range of choices at the breakfast buffet...just a wonderful stay!!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!! Was very impressed with this Hotel, reminded me of the ones my family used to stay in growing up when traveling. I'm not used to the hotel i usually stay at for work having a bar and restaurant. Had nice big pool, hot tub, and game room along with air hockey, pool table and ping pong. Bed was very comfortable regrettably i wasnt able to enjoy it like I'd wanted to.

Everything great as it always is. This Hotel is very consistently good. Our only problem, which is at 95% of all hotels, was that the hot tub was not working. If you rent a room at any hotel during the week the odds of the hot tub being open is very very low. Great workers here that are always ready to help.

on the morning after we arrived we found ants in the bedroom and replied to the company TXT as we were at a show and never got a reply at all from the hotel. Sprayed the room ourselves as there were limited options elsewhere to stay due to the show. the hotel onsite was terrible, service shocking to say the least. very disappointed

Carpet was dirty. Bugs everywhere Like nobody swept in months. Families of spiders in clothes closet.. so never unpacked..some kind of flung bug coming fro. Under door. Air was at 64.. but if you turn it down..it stunk

The outside door near our room was broken and was slamming all night long. It kept waking us up because it was so noisy. The rest of the property seemed fine but the broken door made sleeping almost impossible. It sounded like someone was banging on our door at all hours of the night since we were right next to the broken exterior door.

Easy check in, able to check in early and no fees for extra services like my pet. Staff was mostly friendly but could have been more attentive, enforcing rules in shared areas such as the pool area where some very obnoxious kids and their parents were breaking every rule and getting food in the pool

We have stayed several times at this location. The restaurant is convient, a good value and the staff often stays late to accommodate later diners. Front desk staff are helpful and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we do not often hear other guests. We apprentice the hospitality.

The front Desk Staff is horrible.We had our 18 yr old daughter and her 19 year old boyfriend with us the whole time but we left for a couple of hours and they stayed for a while so we could go feed our dogs, we live only an hour away from the hotel, and the front desk called the police and said we abandoned them there. I had to speak to the police officer and explain why they were still there. Daughter graduates from Madison and we didn’t want to keep driving 2 hours back and forth so we took the hotel in fond du Lac because it was halfway between the two places. The front desk staff who are never minding the desk, always always sitting in the back room never doing anything. I’m so angry for them ruining our daughters graduation day. This is traumatic for all of us but especially for her. I’m reporting this whole fiasco to the Corporate office of Radisson Hotels and will never use them again and I am highly doubtful I will ever use Expedia.com again for this experience. I’m also going to demand that I am not charged for this hotel after all of this. I have filed a complaint with the Corporate Office.

Can’t blame anyone except this new generation of kids for not caring about their job. They really need to be more educated especially taught by their parents that hand them whatever they want and to take pride in themselves for working and showing up to work.

Very nice hotel close to where our weekend event was located. Enjoyed the complimentary drink at the bar - very nice touch. Room was comfortable as well.

We got a suite at a great price! The only interraction with staff was the check-in at front desk--just average. In fact I went to them before booking on Hotels.com and the person was indifferent if they had a room for me or not and suggested I look online rather than help me. The room was clean, big and the location was perfect for us!

Clean rooms and facility. The restaurant has really good food and we were given 10% off dinner the first night with two drink tokens. Continental breakfast was also served in the restaurant and better than most hotel breakfasts.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!! From the fast and friendly check in, a comfortable room, a great pool and whirlpool (both at nice temperatures), the bar (free drink coupon), the amazing Benvenutos Restaurant (Lasagna was amazing!), to the range of choices at the breakfast buffet...just a wonderful stay!!

The property and our room were very clean and quiet. However, the in-house restaurant was mediocre at best, based on what we ate. The breakfast, not included, was sub-par. A far better choice is Rolling Medows Restaurant across the street. The service and food there is outstanding.

This hotel is older and tired. The hallways reeked of chlorine. Breakfast would have been good had it been hot. My French toast and bacon were cold. Our room was nicely decorated, but the bathroom was odd. It had a large handicap hand rail next to the toilet, but you had to climb into a tub to shower.

Walked into the bathroom as soon as I got there and there was hair all over….floor, toilet, shower. One of those earwigs or whatever was crawling on the floor. Heard the neighbors phone alarm go off through the walls. I’ve stayed there before (but it’s been 7-8 years) and generally like the hotel. This just wasn’t up to the usual standards.

Room was clean except for the bathtub had some issues with the sealant around the tub had algae in it. The carpeting in the hallway was dated and looked worn. The breakfast was adequate but the waffles you could have used as weapons!
