For the price, it was not terrible...you get what you pay for, but even running the AC full blast day and night for 3 days straight, it never got below 75(ish). Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel, had to wait in line to use them. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, again you get what you pay for.

This is the wnd time i have stayed at Apple Tree Inn and we love it there. The fact that every room has a full kitchen is really amazing. The staff is always helpful and our needs are always met. We really like the lady in the office who has always been so sweet to us. I do know that they have actual smoking rooms and i know people have complained about the smell of those rooms but if you make sure youre getting a non smoking room, that wouldnt be a problem. Just trying to help others out. 😊 My 2½ yr old really loves the room and how spacious they are.

Hotel didn’t have active WiFi as advertised. They also advertised a pool and had it emptied. Rooms were very outdated, with warped laminate flooring in the bathrooms with broken plastic inside of the shower paneling. Floors were tattered and old, bedding felt the same.

Bathroom was clean, dishes provided were not clean, found an empty small plastic baggie on the bed as soon as walking in, was unsure whether or not there was a substance in it. That was alarming considering we had a child. Other than that the customer service from front desk was fantastic as well as accommodations. Would have preferred cleanlier and no questionable trash left behind, but for how out-dated, and old the inn is, overall decent considering price and suite. I did like the 3 separate rooms with a full sized kitchen off to the side as well as laundry facility on site.

I stayed here due to the cost for one night during NCAA weekend. I needed a place to change and move on. The photos are misleading. The place reminds me of a hotel you would see in a movie. The room was musty, the bedding from the 90’s and the beds had a sag worse than the old grey mare. The bathroom was worn. After taking a shower, I realized the walls had not been cleaned near the toilet and blood was on the walls. The toilet seat was broken and all the fixtures were rusty. The shower was a slow drain and the rust in the tub was excessive. Walking the hallway to the room smelled of cigarettes and musty. The only real positive is the parking lot was clean. However after looking at the parked cars, this place is likely a long term stay for transitional residents. I would never recommend this place. Oh and the continental breakfast was an oatmeal bowl, cereal bar and a wrapped muffin. The TV turns on, but no amount of button pushing would get it to work.

My room had not been cleaned and was in terrible disrepair. I didnt realize my room hadn't been cleaned until the next morning when I got ready to take my bath. There were numerous pubic hairs in the tub. I spoke to another guest whose room was so bad that they got a new room. The manager blamed the head maid for not checking on the rooms. I checked out early and was reimbursed for the night I cancelled.

The room was “clean” but in poor condition. The carpet squares were frayed and stained. The chair cushions were so gross we would not sit on them. The valance over the window was torn with stuffing hanging out. Neither the exhaust fan nor the heat lamp in the bathroom worked. The mattresses were broken down and needed to be replaced. A very uncomfortable stay. The only positive was that at least the other surfaces were clean and the shower was hot and had good water pressure.

Friendly staff but dirty dingy rooms with very unpleasant smell. Greaae on walls and ceiling of kitchen and a cold room without enough working heaters to warm the whole space. Cigarette burns in comforters and overall i felt uneasy sleepiing in the blankets ptovided. If it hadn't been late and i wasn't so tired i would've gotten a refund and paid the extra $20 to stay elsewhere.

Most definitely a dated property. The building/room had a stale cigarette smell. The shower faucet ran the entire three day stay. The window drape was stuck closed. The AC unit was plugged into a broken outlet. The bed was comfortable enough, however, the blanket was perhaps a full sized blanket on this queen bed. I had to get an extra roll of TP as the supplied half roll wasn't going to last three days. Because there was no water in the vending machine, I had to get some from another building. I never found an ice dispenser. This review won't allow me to post photos I took of the room. I would not choose to stay at this property in the future.

There were at least 2 derelict motorhomes parked on the property. My room faced the noisy, busy street. They did give me a slightly improved location upon my request but the room was terrible. It had torn and stained upholstery, broken and worn furniture. The dresser had a missing drawer front and was a piece of junk. Both chairs had damage and stains. The walls also had damage and were dirty with gouges and stains. Everything about this room was worn or broken. I believe the linens were clean, otherwise I would have left. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Staff helpful and professional. Room was basic but roomy. The facilities were a bit worn. The fridge freezer in our room was defrosting and leaking water into the carpet. It seemed odd that the staff hadn't dealt with that. But, overall, clean and inexpensive when you just need a place to get a few hours sleep before the 6am flight.

We got the suite with 3 rooms for the weekend. Upon checking in, we found a small issue. I spoke with the front desk and they immediately sent up maintenance to fix the problem. Half an hour later, issue was fixed and our weekend went beautifully. Amazing service overall, clean, and comfy.

It’s the second time I checked in here within the same week. The first time, I was delighted; this time, not so much. To begin with, the front desk person told me that although the room was prepaid, my credit card would be assessed a $100 holding fee that would be refunded at check out. If this is standard policy, as she said, then it wasn’t a week ago. Then, my room was musty smelling and had obviously been roughly used. Finally, the TV was somehow misconnected as to be unwatchable. Happily, the staff switched me to another room without delay. This one was better in all respects except for holes that had been smashed into the bathroom door. My wife turned up her corner of the bedcovers and found hair. We slept on top of the covers. On both occasions, we noticed that unusual persons loiter on the property. It’s a bit unsettling. So, what a difference a week makes. We won’t be returning.

I was not allowed to stay bc I did not have the physical card, only a virtual card. I was told to cancel immediately as I had accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of a 2bedroom suite and they were not available. Since they were not available and they allowed me to book them anyway I was out of luck, they would not help me to get my money back, I was left outside in the cold with no instructions on how to proceed. I feel they intentionally allow people to book rooms that are not available and that they do not give information necessary in order to ensure their guests are able to access the rooms they have paid for so that they can keep the money and then resell the room again.

Building with our room had strong water damage smell. Bedding and bathroom were very clean. Card Lock key for room was not good for the two night stay. Frontage street is closed and under construction. Room's building main doors are not locked at night. North Spokane has many new stores and a Costco with full service fuels.Great location for our event in Newport. It is just a few blocks away from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant and right next door to a major supermarket. Good WIFI.

Not in a good area. Quite scary. Clise to stores and homeless. Smelled clean but later everything smelled musty and like old cigarettes. Free breakfast was very limited. Cheapest price at the time. No screen on the windows. Road closed next to it

The price was quite affordable, the staff was very polite, our room was clean but did need a few things fixed. Right next to a very busy road so was quite noisy all night. All in all what you would expect from a less expensive motel. I would still consider staying again

The rooms are not well marked. The bathroom needs work but was clean. Went to check out this morning, no one around. Waited 15 minutes and still no one. Coffees were all empty, says there was supposed to be breakfast and everything empty.
