THE CHAIR WAS OLD AND FLITHY THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DIRTY I HAD TO ASK FOR A RAG AND THE ONE WE WERE GIVEN WAS A TERRIBLE DIRTY RAG. THE BEDSPREAD HAD A CIGARETTE HOLE BURN ON IT THE TV HAD TO BE SWITCHED OUT AND THE 2ND ONE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ALSO FOR THE WI-FI CHANNELS AND YOU CONSTANTLY HAD TO KEEP FIXING THE TV IN ORDER TO WATCH IT. THE PHONE DID NOT WORK AT FIRST IT DID AND THEN THE NEXT DAY IT DID NOT WORK SOMEONE CAME IN OUR ROOM EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR, WE KNOW BECAUSE THEY ALSO UNPLUGGED OUR PHONE IN THE ROOM, THE TOILET HANDLE WAS BROKEN EVEN THOUGH IT FLUSHED AND THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK IN THE TUB. THE ROOM WAS TRAUMATIZING. I CHOSE THE ROOM BASED UPON WHAT I SAW ONLINE ABOUT THIS HOTEL THE ROOM DESIGN AND PICTURES ON THE WALL AND THE BLANKETS ON THE BED. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTEDWITH THE ROOM BUT WE HAD TO STAY WE HAD SPECIAL CHURCH CEREMONY TO ATTEND AND WE HAD NO TIME TO REDO OUR HOTEL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE ONLY GOOD POINT TO MAKE HERE IS THE DAY MANAGER CAME IN TO HEAR US ABOUT THE ROOM AND HE WAS NICE AND WE FELT HE HEARD OUR CONCERNS AND HE WAS FAIR TO US HE SAID WE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT IN THAT ROOM AND HE REFUNDED OUR STAY.

I never even checked in and they won’t give me a full refund. I was driving a pickup and trailer and they told me I couldn’t park there. I had to leave and find other lodging. Front desk was rude.
