Cancelled without telling me

I found out my reservation was canceled when I tried to check in. No email, no phone call, nothing. No explanation just “your reservation was canceled. Sorry bro.” And to be honest, I wasn’t that disappointed. The property was absolutely terrible. Homeless people camping on the property, I overheard a man say that the previous night some vehicles got their tires slashed, weird people just riding bikes aimlessly around the parking lot. Terrible hotel, terrible staff, terrible service, terrible property all together.

This motel canceled my reservation on check-in day without contacting me, claiming they were overbooked. The employee was unsympathetic and unhelpful.

The staff are friendly, helpful and fine people. It’s just the rooms that need to be cleaned, maintained and updated a lot!

Saff was nice but you get a vibe of rough shades around the hotel, room is worn and tattered but staff is eagerly awaiting the upcoming renovations and once they are done I'm sure this will be a good little spot to rest if you're in a pinch or on a budget
