Had to change rooms on arrival as it smelled of smoke, even though hotel is smoke-free. Pool said ‘closed for the season’ and was completely empty, looked like it hadn’t been filled for quite some time. Rooms are tight. Only bonus was proximity to Arches but if we hadn’t pre paid, we would have moved to a different hotel

Pool was advertised but not functioning. Breakfast was satisfactory, cereals, toast, waffles, eggs, sausage. For $120/night was expecting a working pool.

The Days Inn was perfect for our visit to Moab. The room was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fine. The location was great and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

It was ok for the price, until they started trying to take money from my account.

Do not go by the pictures on the website. Being that the property said Days Inn by Wyndham, we were led to believe that this property would be as pictured or better. Upon arrival at the property, we were saddened to find less that stellar maintenance, some cracked windows that had been repaired with tape and the lobby less than desireable as it was very dark and uninviting. The overwhelming smell of curry or other heavily spiced food added to our not wanting to stay at the property during the short period of time we spent speaking with the desk agent when asking to cancel our reservation that was paid back in February. We were intructed to contact the booking agent, which we did. They agent was less than helpful and did nothing to assist us with applying the monies we had prepaid towards another property. This made us question our future use of properties advertised on this website and perhaps consider booking directly with the hotels, even if it means paying a bit more for our stay.
