Nice, modern hotel and hostel. Very clean and generally quiet. Beds were comfortable and there's a nice open area in the back to sit and eat. Air conditioning was fantastic. Four blocks from Cenote Zaci. My biggest gripe was no hot water at any time. The microwave in our room had a broken turntable so it didn't cook evenly. Off street parking, but only four spaces.

La habitación tiene un frigobar, un pequeño microondas, la habitación muy limpia, la atención del personal muy buena, el lugar muy bien ubicado. El centro de Valladolid está a unas 4 cuadras caminando. El estacionamiento es afuera y enfrente de la propiedad, sin embargo, solo cuenta con 4 cajones de estacionamiento, si ya no alcanzas cajón, tienes que estacionarlo enfrente sobre la calle, aunque aún asi es muy seguro. Volvería a regresar.

Es un lugar tranquilo , si vas de paseo y ocupas el lugar solo para dormir es acogedor cumple con la función tiene escritas frases muy lindas en las paredes y es un ambiente cálido con plantas en los pasillos eso me pareció lindo único punto malo el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y debes estacionar en la calle pero está todo lleno y nos tocó estacionar hasta la vuelta :(

Séjour de 3 nuits entre amis. L'hôtel est très bien placé, ni trop près ni trop loin du centre-ville. Il y a une cuisine au rez-de-chaussée si vous souhaitez manger mais pas de frigo dans la chambre. Cette dernière est petite mais fonctionnelle. Je recommande cet hôtel

Pretty nice hotel. Has a full kitchen, nice clean rooms and quiet. Several choices to stay. Like hostel rooms. But i choose my private bathroom. I recommend for family or solo travels.

All areas were super clean as the employees scrubed and mopped the entire time we ate and cooked. The rooms are beutifull with new furniture, beutifully tiled floors, super clean bathrooms and wall installed air conditioning units and super fast fan.

Très bon séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, à 10 min à pied de la place principale. Il y a un très bon restaurant juste à côté et un service de location de vélo à côté également. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et très bien, les parties communes sont très propres. Literie un peu dure et dommage que les fenêtres donnent sur le couloir. Sinon tout est parfait

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the A/C did not work very well. We had it set to the lowest temperature and it barely seemed to make a difference in the room. Luckily the ceiling fan was very powerful and helped a lot. The WiFi was also not very great, so might be something to keep in mind if you will need to depend on WiFi during your trip.

It was a nice place to stay. The place was very clean and the room was spacious. The only drawback is that it is about a 10 min walk to the center of town and about a 20 min. walk to the bus stations.

We were pleasantly surprised how good and clean the place was. We were expecting something less, since it was so cheap. Would happily stay here again! Only complain was that the reception did not speak at all English. Difficult to communicate but with google translation everything went ok.

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de una cómoda estancia y de Valladolid. Lo malo es de que exactamente a las 12 del día ya me estaban tocando la puerta del apartamento para que lo desalojara (se vieron demasiado ingleses con la puntualidad). Lo bueno es de que ya iba a salir del apartamento en ése momento.

The location of this property is great. Only a few bocks from the Central Plaza. The reception desk speaks very little English, and were not able to provide directions to a variety of locations. This is a combination location with both hotel rooms, as well as hostal options. I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and I was please with the amenities provided. One of the added "perks" is they provide bicyle rentals.
