No WiFi or TV the entire weekend. Hotel no maintenance needed. Electrical plug broke and broken smoke alarms. Spoke with desk attendant and there was no concern on his part

We had two rooms booked, when we called 2 times to inform them we are coming to the hotel in the late hours. No one was at the front desk for over 2 hrs to check us in or give us our room keys. We had to drive back home in the middle of the night. Even guests who needed a new key were sleeping in the lobby. We are now joping to get a refund but they claim we have to work with the booking agency and not the hotel.
