The stay was terrible, the toilet backed up every day, shower draim didn't worked, shower floaded, refrigerator was broken,, hot tub was not functional . Only one elevator was operational, one ice machine only on the first floor. No concierge assistance to transport luggage to your room. The stay was an extremely poor experience. I will never stay there again. The maintenance had to come to my room every day of my stay to repair issues that were never fixed.

The property is nice, but the advertised Starbucks was not available at any time on any day. Not sure why it was advertised across the building. Also, was not informed that we had to pay daily to park at the hotel with no other parking options.

Everything was great until I was ask, Are you parking a car at the hotel? I turned around to see if he was talking to someone else and realized it was me. Yes, of Course. Then I am told there is a $15.00 fee per night to park my car. Absolutely Ridiculous.. To top that, the whole parking area is posted with you are not responsible for my car or any damages or theft.. Unforunately, with the hidden fees, that is my last stay. No where on your website does it disclose this. Hotel very nice.

Rooms were not very clean bathroom specifically and the carpet was stuck and dirty had to wear shoes around the room. Pool was closed. Front desk was below average and always seemed to be playing with their phone.

When I first arrived I was put in room 111 and there was bugs everywhere that was actually crawling so I was placed in room 141 and the housekeeper never changed the sheets and they noticeable stains then I was placed in room 135 and the bathroom was not clean there was hair everywhere and stains of some kinda liquid form al over the shower. Now this the kicker I was still gonna stay so I asked for housekeeping to come and serve the bathroom and she just cleaned the glass door and left the hair on the shower floor and on the back of the toilet

Property was dirty and not well cared for. No general amenities like a free breakfast in the mornings. The area isn’t the best. While trying to check out at 4:00AM to get to the airport, no staff were anywhere in sight including the front desk or lobby. I was approached by someone asking me to “push start” his vehicle outside but couldn’t explain what he was doing or where he was trying to go, which was probably a robbery scheme. Couldn’t even report it to staff. My hotel room as well as the hallway outside had black mold on the ceiling. Fridge in the room barely ran and the ice maker down the hall didn’t work at all.

There was urine down the back-side of the toilet like it had not been cleaned. Many hairs on walls in bathroom and at base of door. Room was not vacummed well. The bedside table had not been wiped over, a handprint was still on it. Sticky sugar or creamer in front of Keurig. The plus side was sheets were clean.

There was a very bad odor in the 2 rooms we got the carpets looked like they needed a good wash. The rr doors were cracked and needed to be painted. The shower head hardly let out any water and we had to stand in the corner of the shower to get wet. It says queen beds but I’m thinking those are full beds they seemed smaller. The ac worked but it felt so humid in there when i left the hotel I feel like I smelled like the dirty carpet!

For the price, I expected a free breakfast. The elevators are located a lo-o-o-g way from the main lobby. You have to go dow several hallways to reach them from the front. The TV in my room was not connected to the TV remote. After fiddling with the remote for about 29 minutes, I finally figured out the setting needing readjusting.

We stayed in a queen suite, which sleeps 6. I was impressed with the 1 1/2 baths. The furnishings in the living area and the separate bedroom were tastefully done. My only complaint was we should have been told that there were doors near the centrally located elevators accessible from parking lot. Walking to elevators from check-in area was like navigating an intricate maze. As older people with mobility issues, having to walk a long way, with luggage, was challenging. I wish the clerk at check-in had told us about the access via parking lot. Overall, this was a very nice property. I would definitely stay

The AC unit in the room was so loud we thought it was broken when we first checked in. When we called down, they told us that sound was normal and that all units sounded that way. Neither my son or myself slept much and we were constantly awoken by the loud noise. We were in town for a very important event for my son and due to lack of sleep he performed less than normal. I am not happy with this at all. I would have paid more to stay somewhere else that did not have this issue.

Everyone was nice we got there early . Check in was at 3pm i asked if we could check in early they let us check in early with an early check in Fee.. the hotel was empty.. many rooms were empty oyr room was Already Ready.. as a courtesy I Think they didnt have to charge me a Fee for Early Check in... that was Very Disappointing.. I will Not. RETURN.. because of that Customer Service Lack of Kindness.. Im a Manager over 30 years in Customer Service. I know that Fee could have been Waived.. so I will Not RETURN or Recommend your establishment..

This was the worst experience at a Double Tree ever. When we entered the hotel there were 2 people at the desk. The woman on her computer shoo'd us over to the other person and couldnt be bothered. There was no greeting or pleasantries. The room i initially got had a broken AC so I moved rooms. Asking to move seemed like it was a bother for the front desk person too. We decided to have a drink in the bar and the service was just hateful. The bartender had a scowl the entire time, actually asked the man next to us if he walked out on his check and you could tell that she did not want to be there. There was no hospitality at this hotel at all. To charge for parking is obscene. There is no valet or secure lot just a GIANT unused parking lot. You literally have to search for the elevator. Overall not a great experience. The management must treat everyone working there poorly for them to not care about the guest or common courtesy.

I tried to check in around midnight after a long drive and their computers were down. The clerk told those of us there he could not check anyone in until 3 am, forcing me to have to go somewhere else. And then when I tried to get a refund through Hotels.com, they informed me the property manager would not grant me a refund.

The staff at this location were friendly, helpful, and professional, ensuring we had a relaxing stay. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast staff were exceptional. Our cups of coffee were never empty. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, so each morning offered something different. They were constantly refilling or restocking. We were never disappointed. Would stay here again when we return to the Fort Worth area, plus it's near highway 35W.

The carpet and paint seemed new. The staff was unfailingly friendly, literally everyone I came into contact with. Per Doubletree policy, I was texted about my satisfaction. And, for the concern I had about my room, on the same day I complained there was a repairman who arrived at my room and fixed the broken door lock. Housekeeping came during my stay (so many hotels since COVID do not). The room was comfortable though the view is industrial Ft. Worth. I chose the location for its centrality for my business appointments—and certainly not for its nearness to any restaurants or other attractions. For a free-standing hotel in an industrial park I thought it odd they charge for parking. I mean, they OWN their own parking lot. The property is surprisingly large, so it was quite a walk from my room to the restaurant; my room to the workout room; my room to the snack bar; my room to the ice machine—well, my room from anything. Clean, quiet (except for I-35 traffic), close-up parking, and friendly. Pretty much what one would want from a Doubletree Hotel.

The room did not cool very well. I like it very cold when I sleep, I turned the thermostat as low as it would go and it did not even get below 75. Also, the room had 3 decaf and one regular coffee pod. However, it was a decent room, the hotel was decent, and the location was convenient to where I had to be in Burleson. Parking is a little wack, as they told me to park incredibly far away from my room and I had to move the car. No free breakfast. No free parking.

The condition of the property is poor, especially for a Double Tree. They should noise proof the rooms, I could NOT sleep!! You could hear the freeway traffic, especially starting at 5 am, couldn’t sleep in. The staff is extremely friendly.

The property was being remodeled so the entrance was under construction. The lobby and other main areas were gorgeous. The warm cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. The staff was great. The two downfalls were around dining and parking. Booking through Expedia gave us 2 adult breakfast meals free but each day they charged us and we had to get the charges removed. Thankfully, the staff was kind and quick doing so but it was inconvenient. The toilets flushing mechanism definitely needs work. Lastly, we were charged $15 per night for parking and you don’t have any option. The frustrating part of this was that the parking was just an open lot, no security or monitoring so being charged for that without any warning was pretty silly. The pool was small but perfectly fine for our two kids. Overall, the stay really was great just a few minor inconveniences and when you are a family on a budget that doesn’t travel much, those inconveniences aren’t something you look forward to. I would definitely stay at the hotel again despite the few hiccups. The staff truly was great.

Charged 15 to park car. Water in room 10 per bottle. 6th floor no ice. No hot water to take a shower at night got up at 5 and took a warm shower. Breakfast buffet they wanted 22 per person NOT HAAPY

Nice property. Paid for breakfast online and then was charged again at the hotel. Didn’t post but came out of my deposit. Expedia and Hilton need to communicate. Stay was nice but now have to sort out the charge for the overpriced breakfast. Hilton has been around long enough to know that their guests will pay a higher price for a nice facility but won’t tolerate these shenanigans.

I dudnt get the room i booked.!! The a/c was loud all night! The toilet took 9mins to refill spurt by spurt (YES, WE TIMED IT). And THE BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE in all aspects. Potatoes were cold, tge freanch toast sticks were cold AND HARD, the sausage and bacon were cold xwell, the eggs looked like from a carton jug (no fluff in them what so ever as real eggs), the apple fritter I tried to eat was hard as a rock and they even put a bill on tge tabke when i pre-bought our breakfast when i booked the room? WTH?? You say "free breakfast"??? Nothing was free or given !! Oh wait, they said they waived the parking feeTHAT WASNT EVEN MENTIONED WHEN I BOOKED MY ROOM !! So yeah, TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I WILL NEVER. GO. BACK. NOR RECOMMEND. IT. TO. ANYBODY. !!
