There wasn’t enough parking. Had to park along a curb and others were parked there also

I booked this hotel because on Expedia it claimed to have a hot tub but the hot tub has clearly been cemented over and no longer there. Expedia and the hotel needs to update this information. The only other thing was the hotel did not have hot water at 9:00pm (not sure what that was about). I would have booked elsewhere had this Information been correct. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Pool did not work. Desk guys was not nice.

We stopped for one night driving through. Great amenities except the pictures and the Hotel.com ad said there was a hot tub. No hot tub!

Our toilet and AC were broken. I asked for maintenance and the guy gave me a plunger…never fixed anything. The front desk staff were so rude, the pool is filthy and the steps are broken off and sharp so someone could easily cut themselves. I’ll never go back, so disappointed.

Very good experience at this hotel. However $17/day for parking is rough.

I picked this location because it was centrally located to the activities we wanted to do. I like that.The hotel was quiet for the most part. In the room I did not care for the TV mounted in the living area. Add an angle you could barely see t. V. The pool was fine except there's a crack on the bottom.of pool that scratched my foot. The 1 day I requested room to be cleaned.No one ever showed up. Staff was friendly. I did not like that.There are hidden parking fees.I was unaware of when booking . Overall, average experience too many other locations. Could have been a better experience.

Customer service was poor. Elevator was not working properly as family ended up stuck. The pull out couch, the mattress is super thin that you feel like your sleeping on the rails, the floor was more comfortable. They advertised having a spa but they don't. Just a pool.

Would of gave 5 ⭐. Have stayed twice at this location for NYE and LOVE this location and its facilities but when we come back to the hotel, the parking lot is always packed full! We have had to park in the apartment across from the hotel as we drive by almost all vehicles in our spot without a parking pass. It makes it very inconvenient and frustrating when we leave. Signs should be placed for paying guests and fines to cars without passes.

When we arrived, we got to our room and the toilet had urine in it. There was hair in the tub, and some type of handicap Contraption was torn almost off the wall with exposed sharp edges of tile. There is black, mold, all along the ceiling, around the toilet, The chair sitting by the bed has semen stains on it. The bed mattress itself looks like it has urine stains all over the side nothing had been dusted or wiped down. There was food on the floor and trash in the trash cans. We asked to move to a different room and the clerk upfront said that they Were full and didn’t have another room available. Also on Expedia website it claims that this hotel has a hot tub and a bar neither of which exist. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve booked a different hotel. We never saw the maids, not one time to clean the room in our three day stay When the front desk clerk was confronted today she said there’s nothing she can do. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if at all possible. The breakfast consist of watery eggs, and oatmeal the protein they give you is all vegan based. They have no gravy for the biscuits or the scrambled eggs. The cereal is stale, And the bananas they had out are already rotten. I have pictures of everything that I would love to submit on here, but just can’t find the spot.

I like Residence Inn because it is convenient and always clean, friendly staff. What I didn't like is no one asked about cleaning my room, no fresh towels, nothing, and the young lady was right next to my door when I left for the day. I just knew when I returned my room would be taken care of and I'd have fresh towels. Now, that's disappointing. Although, there was plenty of water at the service desk, there was no water in the rooms. Which I get it. But if you are elderly and take medication there should be at least two bottles of water in the room as a courtesy. No serious complaints, just feedback to do better.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was clean smelled clean and good. The front desk was friendly snd helpful. We loved our room we will be staying here again next we visited.

Staff was very friendly. I wasnt hungry so I cant comment of thr breakfast but it did look delicious. The room was clean and I slept well. Very quiet and was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Location to Cook's Children was perfect. My only complaint was the co dition of the bathroom. Geout was out in quite bit of thr bathroom, cracked tiles and really should be fixed due to the chance of bacterial growth.

Trash under bed, unclean bathroom, moldy water bottle filling station in gym, and tree outside room was scratching window all night.

There was mold in my room

The hotel altered our reservation without informing us, shifting us from a king bed suite to a queen bed. Despite the courteous front desk, they were unable to address the issue. Unfortunately, we did not scoped out our room before our festivities. Upon our return, we discovered stained sheets and pillowcases. Conveniently located near 7th, it suits the area well but wouldn't choose to stay here again.

My stay was very good. The only thing I would say that was the negative, was room service never cleaned the room throughout the days

Our room's decor was nicely updated, with high ceilings, large walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable sleeping/living area with king bed, couch and desk, plenty of lamps and storage, ample hot water and strong water pressure. I only wish there had been an oven. We enjoyed the hotel's excellent complementary breakfast buffet.

Bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet considering it's half a block from an active railroad line. Internet was funky. There was a strong signal Pat, you had to join the Marriott frequent sleepers club to get it or make a phone call to halfway around the world for someone to take 15 minutes to let you opt out. Mildly annoying. But the hotel was just fine.

Very nice room. Extra large with mini kitchen. Hotel was quiet.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The room had enough space for two adults and two teenagers. However, the right side of the bed had a huge hole in it, like someone left a 50 lb bowling ball in the same spot for years. It made sleeping terrible. The bathroom lighting was terrible for applying makeup and the fan in the very tiny room with the toilet and shower didn’t keep condensation off anything. I also didn’t realize I would be charged for parking - $100 later I was not too thrilled when I got the emailed receipt

Im a Marriott member and always try to chose them when traveling and never had a problem until now. The rooms bed is directly behind the AC unit which is inside the room hidden behind a thin wall instead of being outside. The exhaust vent is pointed directly towards the bed and i could smell the AC exhaust from the compressor. The compressor was very loud and noisy. The refrigerator compressor was very loud and noisy. The exhaust from the AC made me sick to my stomach. I asked for a room change but was told the hotel was full. At 1:30am several trains came by blowing thier horns loudly and then at 2:30am some near our window starting shooting a pistol. This was confirmed by the security guard the next morning. The bed was outdated and very stiff and uncomfortable. This is the Worst experience ever with a Marriott hotel. My daughter and I couldn't sleep and were completely exhausted and sick the next morning. I feel like this was a complete waste of money and I lost nearly $200 dollars. I would never stay here and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I told the staff about the problems but was NOT offered any compensation for my loss.

No hot water!! Very uncomfortable taking a shower. Water was about 91 degrees, not hot enough for a shower.

It was very convenient for the art museums. Room was nice size and clean. Trains were nearby and loud at night .Pull out bed mattress was like a torture chamber and unfortunately we had to use it as it was the reason we got this room. Breakast was good and included in price which was nice. Front desk was friendly but could not help With our unfortunate sleeping arrangements.

There are railroad tracks right next to the hotel and trains run several times a night. We were awakened at least 2 times every night with loud vibrating trains passing right next to the hotel

Hotel was good and in an accessible area. Our room was large and well appointed, apart from the lack of safe ( which we use in other hotels). Our biggest issue was the horrendous noise from what we assumed to be the aircon pump. It was really loud and was next to the bed which woke us up several times a night. So go not book room 222.

The room was 76 degrees all night, very uncomfortable. Disappointing considering it's a nice hotel

Overall the staff was the highlight of the property. Everything was great as a hotel, great clean rooms, continental breakfast, all well and good but staff were exceptional.

Check in was terrible, called and spoke with the Indian front desk lady twice before arriving asking for room 131, told it was out of order then called day before and told 128 was available and I could check in early. Everything changed when we arrived and were not allowed to check in right away. Even had difficulty when asking for a 2nd key. Everything else was fine.

Paid for a king with a pullout couch. Got there and the room was given out. We were told we were upgraded but the upgrade was a queen bed. If I wanted a queen bed I could have saved money and got two queens. Will never stay at Marriott properties again

Hotel was okay but overall I would not stay here again. Started with checking in and having the receptionist ask me if I was going to park in the parking lot, common sense question? Then hands me the paper letting me know that it’s an additional $17 plus tax for parking, why would this not be let known when booking the hotel? Not to mention you think that would come with the stay? Get to my room and it’s humid/warm, even with the A/C being at 70. I was too tired to ask for another room so I just left it alone and set the A/C lower. Proceed to have the day with my family and get back late to a parking lot which is full. No signs or anything saying where to park if the parking lot is full so I spend the next 20 minutes circling around searching for somewhere to park before parking at a next door garage thinking that it’s part of the hotel. Didn’t feel too confident in it so I went to the front desk and told them and they told me “don’t park there, park in the parking lot” and I told them it was full to where they proceed to tell me to just park on the street (There’s signs on the street saying that towing begins after 8am, so didn’t feel confident in this either.) If that’s what I was signing up for to begin with I would have never booked this hotel. My expectations are never high but this is ridiculous. Not to mention for a hotel almost charging $200 a night to have me park on the street is insane.

We were welcomed with a great smile and awesome hospitality from Ms. Abby! Our king suite was clean and neat. Set up to perfection. The area of the hotel is located in the Cultural District of Fort Worth so it is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and businesses. Good breakfast that is included with your stay. Do not second guess! Reserve and go on in!

Great hotel location in museum area with great restaurants nearby. Property conditions have slipped since our last visit. Lamp not working, window shade that would not close, no ice in refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is great.

Car got broke into on parking lot

The best option in Montgomery Plaza. Pet friendly. Great access to the Trinty park for great puppy walks. Walking distance to restuants and bars. Very quick drive to Dickeys, The Botanical gardens and the Kimball museum. 10 minutes to the stockyards. Recommend for a staycation in Cowtown.

We had a great trip. The room could use some repair and a better clean but was very spacious and had plenty of room for our bikes. Perfect location right off the Trinity Trail to ride bikes and so easy to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we parked at the hotel!

Great location easy to get places

This hotel was located close to restaurants & a nice park, but tucked into a quiet side street. The property was in good condition but the air freshener smell in the lobby & elevator area was so strong it was sickening. Parking was handy but it’s an extra charge.

I always stay there when I visit Fort Worth and it’s always the same horrible breakfast the oat meal is always like a soup and the bacon is always super hard and burnt other than that it’s been a good stay

Beds and pillows not so good. Clean place. Food for breakfast was sub par and way to much sweets.
