The property failed to let me know they had a 8 am scheduled power outages for the very next morning and it ruined my stay. No one was able to help or compensate. I would have stayed somewhere else if they told me about the scheduled power outage.

The property has been updated and is very nice. There aren’t a lot of areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors except for in the back of the property, which is fine except for it being used by the owners and their family every evening

The property is currently under renovations. The lobby is closed. Instead, they are using a room as the temporarily lobby/breakfast area. The facility has no gym/pool or any amenities. The ice machine was out of order and nothing was available on the property. I had to go outside and through the parking lot to get to my room due to the renovations. I had several issues in my room as not much worked from the hair dryer to the heat/air conditioning. The rooms are preset to a certain temperature. My room was so hot, I had to leave in the middle of the night due to overheating. I attempted to reach out to staff with no luck. Staff was very friendly and polite, but nothing was done to fix any of my issues. I would advise waiting until the renovations are complete before staying.

The property was not clean. The white towels and washcloths were beige and stained. The room was full of roaches and when addressed stated I was the only person that complained. This trip cost me close to 700 for two rooms which I’m disappointed in their customer service and appearance.

Drove 4 hours to PSU game, couldn't get early check in so asked to use the bathroom and were told NO, a few times, even after restating we had a room reservation. One bed had a prominent dirt mark on the sheets (were they replaced after last stay?), two bugs in the bathroom, and an uncleaned tub...all for the bargain price of $329. Not a good experience, at all.

Where to start. Staff is no where to be found. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain right, the air conditioner drips all over the floor all night long which kept me up. The fridge makes a weird noise. The place smelled like cigarettes. The walls are thin so you hear everything. There are stains on the curtains and comforter. The place looks decent but it’s clear they slapped a coat of pain on an old hotel.

We left in one hour after arriving. Kinky hair in several spots on both beds plus candy on the floor. Switched rooms, 2nd room also had hair on both beds and pillows. Insufficient cleaning standards. We arrived at 9pm after several hours of driving just looking for sleep. We couldn’t stay one night, we were grossed out!

The room itself was clean. It did have a funny cooking odor, so I went to Walmart and purchased air freshener. The remote control was sticky. I tried using wipes, but it did not help. The grim and dirt was caked on.

Our room was dirty for sure, I wouldn’t even shower the bathroom was absolutely gross! I slept on top of my own personal blanket on the bed. The people above were so loud at all hours so no sleep was gotten! My kids are exhausted due to no sleep! It’s the only hotel near where we needed to be or we would have left! Also my van was attempted to be broken into and my side door no longer works and it was just fine when we checked in!

For me this was very convenient as it was right off the road. Room was nice and clean, plenty of wall outlets, heat and air worked as it should, large TV and the room had been recently updated. At night the area was mostly quiet but in the morning when the traffic picked up it was a little noisier. If you don't want noise or you want to sleep in ask for one of the rooms on the back side of the hotel. For us it was a none issue. I would stay again if I'm in the area. Thought it was a good value for the money!

King bed was comfortable. Room needs repairs such as bathroom ceiling above shower is falling down, needs more or working wall outlets and the AC unit leaked water into the carpet. Could use a bigger bathroom counter. Frustrating to figure out where to put our bathroom toiletries.

It was very quiet! I got time to relax. They didn’t rush to check out. They were patient and considerate. The young guy at the front desk on the first night was very nice. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend. It’s a 10/10! This place was great. I will be back.

Fantastic stop after a PSU football game. Out of town guest for a game and found this to be the place we would stay at again any time we came back for another game. It is a bit of an older building, but it was clean and you could tell they keep up on maintenance. The game ended after midnight and took well over an hour to get out of the stadium. Sheila working at the front desk was wonderful and was very friendly with several people waiting to check in after 2am. We also appreciate the firm bed and pillows along with a nice quiet room.

Well let's see, I checked in around 11:30 with front desk and was told my room was not ready, no problem because I had other things to do. Returned after 3pm to wash up and get ready for dinner. Myself and partner were getting ready when all of a sudden the door to our room opens and there's a gentleman standing there with his bags. Well someone Oopsied and gave him a key to our room instead of the across the hall. Not funny!!!

My fiance and I booked a two-night stay which we were celebrating our 17th anniversary and cost $422. We were there for about 6 hours and got a call from the desk sayinig that we were smoking in our room which we we're not. We do smoke but our room the first door as you came in the side entrance which is where we smoked and there were other people out there smoking. They did not come to our room to even bother to check and just asked us to leave. And they were very rude they were screaming at my fiance on the phone saying that the whole office was filled with smoke and it was from our room. I think people smell the smoke from outside when people came in and they just blamed it on us with no proof. They didn't even give us a refund nothing.

Rude guest services who were insulting and inhospitable. The room was not clean and the bathroom had urine stains on the toilet upon checking in. We demanded our money back and they refused. Did not feel safe staying there. My wife and I left as they accused us of the unclean room. The response to us was “ how do we know you did not do that”. Called the manager and she claimed she inspected the room and implied we were lying. We were treated unfairly. We simply left after we spent $ 400 because the rate was raised as this was a college graduation weekend. We have never been so insulted.

I did not like the breakfast. They advertise free breakfast but the breakfast was 2types of cereal, Pop Tarts and an energy bar. This is not breakfast. Stop saying free breakfast or make it a breakfast. No bagels, orange juice, eggs or bacon. No hot food. Other than that I liked the hotel and location.

I had low expectations for this hotel given the reputation of Super 8s. I was delighted when entering our room! It was fully remodeled, perfectly clean, and had a ton of outlets for all our electronics. The woman working at the front desk was also incredibly friendly. The breakfast was not great, but there was a waffle machine to offer a warm option.
