The concierge was absolutely the best I have ever encountered!! He was helful, friendly, gave recommendations and got us into our room 2 hours early with a 1st or 2nd floor pick! The 1 elevator was slow and clunky. The pool and hottub were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and many many iptions with hot food!

I chose that property for several reasons. One big reason being that it has an indoor pool for my daughter and grandson to swim in. The pool was NOT USEABLE!! The water was very green and cloudy. When I asked the front desk about it they said it was fine and to go ahead and swim. Because I have had a pool of my own I KNOW it is NOT FINE!! Waste of money to stay there.

Came for a basketball tournament and found this great hotel close to the school. Everyone was great, they had a delicious breakfast spead and have everything you need. Laundry facility on site to wash uniforms and a weight room that had everything to get a workout in. Would love to stay here again when we return.

The property was, clean quiet and convenient, however, the elevator was broken for our 3 night stay. I didn't mind, but my elderly mother was staying with us, and even though I had called the day before to request a room on the 1st floor, the property wasn't able to accommodate us. It was very difficult for my mother to get up and down the stairs, and it would have been impossible for her to get her luggage to her room if we hadn't been there to help her.

Upon check in, something is strange, it took frontdesk over 30 minutes to check in the group in front of me. I finally realized this place has broken elevator, we were told that and our room is at 2nd floor, no way to change it. It was a bit after 3pm. No way all rooms at first floor were filled. The front desk lady does not seems to know hotel floor plan well, she gave us the long route to drag suitcase along the hallway to get our assigned room. We did not receive any warning about broken elevator ahead of time. I saw older people dragged suitcase to upstairs. Room is outdated. Breakfast is so so, worst of all best western we stayed throughout this trip. Later I found out the elevator was broken for many days on Google review. The management not making announcements prior to checkin time in the message I received a day before. What a shame to this hotel management. Last, this hotel charges the highest deposit among all best westerns we stayed during our 2 weeks trip in Oregon.

The staff was amazing, however I think I was placed next to a room full of unsupervised children that ran in an out of the room, slamming the door until after midnight. The carpets were hella dirty, which made the sofa questionable to use. The beds were nice and the breakfast was great, but I didn’t get much sleep.

Unfortunately, we were placed in a room that had not been cleaned. It had the appearance that it had been cleaned until we found the body hair in the bed as we pulled the sheets back. Staff was diligent is helping get us relocated to a different room.

I didnt like that the refrigerator really didnt work. Our food did not stay cold. Also the air conditioner did not keep our room very cool no matter how low we kept the temp.

The check in staff girl at the reception was very rude. Our room card keys did not work .. and we had to go to the reception twice to change them . She did not say sorry once, and when I asked her to report the issue to manager , she said “NO” loudly. It took us an hour to check in . Not recommend at all .

All the staff are extremely friendly, Jaden at the front lobby made our trip extremely easy to get settled in. Leroy at breakfast was on it and very on top of his game. He was very efficient and friendly.

Spent quite a bit of time in the room as my husband and I had allergies acting up. The room was clean and quiet. The elevator was out for most of our stay but it only made it hard to take our bag down when we left. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was staffed by the nicest guy named Leroy. He made sure everyone had everything they needed and always greeted each person coming in. By the end of our week stay he and my husband were buddies.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Leroy in the breakfast room got me foil to wrap my breakfast sandwich before I left for the airport and kept the area so clean and organized. Ida at the front desk let me know I will be receiving bonus points towards another stay-I wasn't aware. Jaden helped me use the computer in the business center and stayed with me until I was able to print out my boarding passes for my trip home. Also, the amenities were great-use of the coffee maker in the lobby and the filtered water machine, the pool area and spa were great and kept very clean. The room was spotless. Everything worked well in the room-even the door card opened the room everytime. So many hotels I've stayed at had problems with the door card not working.

Having lived in the area for many years, we knew the area well. Getting into the parking lot can be a pain since you can only enter from one side of the street. The welcome was not quite that...welcoming. But hey you only have to do it once. The room was great, quite large and comfy.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean our room was in. It smelled fresh and clean, which is a huge plus for us because we have stayed in some smelly places before. I would agree with some of the other reviews that it was just kind of a pain anytime you would leave because you’d have to go down to the U-turn lane in order to go left.

We had a very nice stay here. Room was clean, lots of towels and some were large and fluffy. We were able to walk to dinner which was a big plus after being in the car all day. Location was in a good area and had lots of curb appeal.
