This is a hot mess of a shanty facility.It is so unsafe for human habitation!I do not believe that this facility is in the United States of America.The level of insecurity is so high such that customers have to be outside being served through a crack of a window regardless of of it is rainy, cold,windy or hot!

We got stuck with this motel because of or booking company, long story short this place is a complete total dump the first room we got put in didnt have a working tv or heater, so we get moved to another room which just so happens to be upstairs which is fine until you feel like your gonna fall through the stair case because the steps are weak and untrustworthy. So the next room we get put it, we had literally plug everything in including the ac/heater unit, light fixtures, tv, and ect. There was absolutely no running water in my room. Plesse just take your money elsewhere because at this point sleeping outside would've been much cleaner and better all the way around

To check in, you cannot go into the lobby. You are required to walk to the next property over and stand outside in below freezing weather for an extended period of time at a window affixed to the side of the building. No cover, no walls. Just standing outside in the weather elements. Completely filthy hotel. Furniture was entirely destroyed. Stains all over the carpet. Property had no cable for the television, and when asked about it the window attendant got rude and closed the window. Complete lack of service at this property. Stay ANYWHERE except this horrible place!

this property and the days inn next door are apparently owned by the same company and they pool resources to manage the two properties. as a result, the front office for super 8 is closed at night and guests must call or go to the days inn night office if assistance is needed. my tub drained very slowly and the shower head flange was missing; the toilet needed encouragement to refill and the seat was cracked; one light bulb was missing from the headboard light fixture and the other one was loose in the socket and had to be tightened to work; my room was facing the interstate and was so noisy i had trouble sleeping; all in all it was very inexpensive and worth every penny.

This property needs to be condemned. I was working in OKC had 3 rooms. The beds arent comfortable at all springs digging into you when you lay on them. Ac didnt work in 1 of the rooms bugs flew out when the fan finally came on, black mold in the bathrooms and by doors. Sticky floors old tube tvs mostly blacked out. Flat thin pillows. No comforter on beds was more like 2 sheets. Believe was blood on the walls in 1 of the rooms. Have to check in at the motel next door dont allow you in the lobby at any time. Was only there 1 night slept fully dressed with shoes on cause this place is so disgusting. I was fortunate they dont allow service animals even when announced at check in and was asked to leave with a partial refund. When i called expedia they couldnt get in touch with the property so still waiting on that.

This is not a place you want to spend much time in. Ok for a few hours but don't want to hang out in the room much at all. Very poor Wi-Fi usually have to pickup wi-fi from next door at Days Inn Hotel. Poor bathroom conditions but the bedroom area has been recently remodeled it looks like. Generally the lobby isn't open you have to go to a window and talk to someone there.

We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.

Dirty floors, if you walk barefoot after taking a bath, your feet turn black. The only power outlets near the bed had the wire cut, and was unsuable. TV didnt have any service. The shower curtain doesnt stop water from leaking out of the tub, so you have to dry the floor after showering. When i checked out early, i asked for a refund for my remaining paid nights, and the lady at the desk said they dont do it directly, but I can get it through the service i booked the stay with. When i contacted an Expedia agent, they called the hotel to confirm, and they told him they dont issue refunds.

Run, don't Walk! This place is a scam. There is absolutely no breakfast, the wifi is shotty and I killed about 8 roaches within the first day. Moved to another room and killed more. There was roaches crawling everywhere, the infestation is so bad , they will climb on the bed with you , across your computers on the desk, the shower, the sink, etc. Across your toothbrushes even in a case. Do not take your things out of your suitcase. Just pay the extra for something else or sleep in your car. This place is a nightmare and you wont get any sleep, staying up on Roach patrol, trying to protect your things, kids and your self. The furniture was falling apart, bedrails sticking out to rip up your ankles, no microwaves like they describe, fridges don't work properly. Got there to check in and there was a sign that sent me to check in at the Days Inn across the parking lot. So Ghetto. Ghetto is not a race thing, it's a lifestyle thing. This place is the worse of the ghetto hotels. Some weirdo knocked on my door at almost midnight, while I was alone with my baby. Luckily I had a peep hole. Never open the doors here. This place would be shut down/condemned and not have any partnerships on hotels.com or Expedia.com

It had to have been the worst place I've ever stayed everything that is advertised is not correct it's supposed to be pet friendly no had a sign but on the window no pets also the rooms were just a nightmare I mean caulking missing on the dresser that the TV was sitting on the bottom of it was like disintegrating it was awful cockroaches in the room no microwave no refrigerator no coffee pot nothing like that it was a very bad experience

It had to have been the worst place I've ever stayed everything that is advertised is not correct it's supposed to be pet friendly no had a sign but on the window no pets also the rooms were just a nightmare I mean caulking missing on the dresser that the TV was sitting on the bottom of it was like disintegrating it was awful cockroaches in the room no microwave no refrigerator no coffee pot nothing like that it was a very bad experience

Dirty floors, if you walk barefoot after taking a bath, your feet turn black. The only power outlets near the bed had the wire cut, and was unsuable. TV didnt have any service. The shower curtain doesnt stop water from leaking out of the tub, so you have to dry the floor after showering. When i checked out early, i asked for a refund for my remaining paid nights, and the lady at the desk said they dont do it directly, but I can get it through the service i booked the stay with. When i contacted an Expedia agent, they called the hotel to confirm, and they told him they dont issue refunds.

To check in, you cannot go into the lobby. You are required to walk to the next property over and stand outside in below freezing weather for an extended period of time at a window affixed to the side of the building. No cover, no walls. Just standing outside in the weather elements. Completely filthy hotel. Furniture was entirely destroyed. Stains all over the carpet. Property had no cable for the television, and when asked about it the window attendant got rude and closed the window. Complete lack of service at this property. Stay ANYWHERE except this horrible place!

I didn't like the fact that my Orbitz reservation didn't go through even though I had already paid. I ending up having to pay $62.77 for the room even after paying Orbitz $47.09 when the reservation was initially made. I did not like the fact that the room wasn't ready at 2:00 pm whoch was the check-in time and I had wait until 3:00 pm to check-in and to top it off, when I got to my room, it still wasn't ready. The woman cleaning the room was Wonderful! She said if they had told her to have the room ready by 2:00 pm, it would have been ready. Do there was miscommunication all over the place.

We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.

I was stared at by someone who appeared to be watching me and my boyfriend as we just arrived near our hotel room My boyfriend was trying to park his U-Haul there was a lady on her phone standing in the same spot watching us. I didn't know exactly who she was so I just asked her Do you work here? And she said yes. I didn't like the fact that she kept standing there as if she was looking for something or she just wanted to see what we were doing did it feel comfortable staying there so I went back to the office to get a refund.

Run, don't Walk! This place is a scam. There is absolutely no breakfast, the wifi is shotty and I killed about 8 roaches within the first day. Moved to another room and killed more. There was roaches crawling everywhere, the infestation is so bad , they will climb on the bed with you , across your computers on the desk, the shower, the sink, etc. Across your toothbrushes even in a case. Do not take your things out of your suitcase. Just pay the extra for something else or sleep in your car. This place is a nightmare and you wont get any sleep, staying up on Roach patrol, trying to protect your things, kids and your self. The furniture was falling apart, bedrails sticking out to rip up your ankles, no microwaves like they describe, fridges don't work properly. Got there to check in and there was a sign that sent me to check in at the Days Inn across the parking lot. So Ghetto. Ghetto is not a race thing, it's a lifestyle thing. This place is the worse of the ghetto hotels. Some weirdo knocked on my door at almost midnight, while I was alone with my baby. Luckily I had a peep hole. Never open the doors here. This place would be shut down/condemned and not have any partnerships on hotels.com or Expedia.com

this property and the days inn next door are apparently owned by the same company and they pool resources to manage the two properties. as a result, the front office for super 8 is closed at night and guests must call or go to the days inn night office if assistance is needed. my tub drained very slowly and the shower head flange was missing; the toilet needed encouragement to refill and the seat was cracked; one light bulb was missing from the headboard light fixture and the other one was loose in the socket and had to be tightened to work; my room was facing the interstate and was so noisy i had trouble sleeping; all in all it was very inexpensive and worth every penny.

I got the impression that they didn't want people to come back. I guess they make a living off first timers or people with low expectations. No microwave, refrigerator, Wifi, coffee maker, ironing board, or swimming pool. Half the lights in my room were burnt out. There were groups of guys just hanging out around the rooms or a guy here and there just in his doorway staring. They all looked like thugs. Plus, the room I got faced the interior, so I had to park where I couldn't see my car and had to bring in my stuff in several trips passed groups of guys just watching.

Told were clean, and ready to find. Mattresses were not sweet their best but fairly good. The was no food or even coffee available in the morning. The heaters in two of the rooms were not working. One of the rooms had a cigar stench. The staff in the office were very polite and efficient.

We were driving through OK and needed a place to stay for myself, spouse, teen, and infant. I booked this room online but we ended up going elsewhere. Before we even pulled in, there was a woman with her raised showing everything underneath, which we later ran into in the parking lot. Check-in was in the building next door, Days Inn, through a small window. Against my better judgement, I got out of the car and was on my way to the window to check in when I saw the huge, dried-up grasshopper in one of the rooms between the window and the blinds. That was the last straw for us as we valued our family's health and safety.

I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet didn't flush properly. Horrible experience. They had a sign that I had to go to the hotel next to this one to check in. The official lobby for Super 8 was closed.

Nasty. Not a single towel, wash cloth, or complimentary soap, tissue, cable broke, had to call maintenance. BED BUGS!! I woke up with several bug bites. No refund. Was told “owner will be here Monday, she will call you” Not a single word. Accidentally scheduled the wrong date, no refund. Will not be staying at any of these disgusting, bed ridden motel again. Will not recommend to anyone. I payed for a room I did not stay in, no refund or credit for another day. Absolutely the worst management. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel and not worth the money.
