There was no breakfast, staff to busy braiding hair to get me clean towels. Sheets and towels were extremely stained.

My first room was dirty when I got in my room the floor was dirty, not mopped my feet turned into black tar color and shower didn’t work. Couldn’t get my towels. The next day was told I’d get my format. Never got that done. I will not ever stay there again, unless I’m desperate. I should get some type of money back because it was an awful experience.

This place needs to be overhauled the entire property smelled like mamajuana even in the rooms. The room was old outdated and grimy. The lamp in my room literally was rusty. The curtans we hanging off the rail I had to rig them just to cover the windows. Never again so gross
