Very nice stay, but lady in desk said i needed to pay for all stay Even it was paid, but she talk with a college and then everything was fine.. This was in Main reception... Lady in adult was super nice👌 nice room with sauna, but the bed schould absolutely be swapped out, it was very hard and no comfortable. Very nice swimming pool and sauna in Main building. Good breakfast

Very happy with this hotel. Excellent accomodation, nice, large pool with jacuzzi, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff. Good location, as well. Will come again!

We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.

Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. All staff in the hotel were polite, efficient and hard working and most of them spoke English. The Italian Piati restaurant was also very nice, had good good and very attractive prices, for a five star resort.
