This hotel is located right smack in the middle of everything! Shopping centers and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Beautiful lobby and the room was vlean. Any of the staff members we ran into, from frint dest to, IMHO the most important employees, the house keeping, were polite, friendly and accommodating. Only downfall was the elevator quit working. My better half is a disabled Vet and we were on the 6th floor with 2 service dogs with us. It was difficult for him to do all the stairs to get to our room, but thankfully, the elevator was working by morning.

The first room had a broken heater. Thermostat read 80* and heating, only 54* in the room. Also had a discarded nylon near the lamp. Staff remedied the room situation quickly, switching us and offering meal tickets for our stay. I was pleased. The fridge in the new room was set on too high a temp (I guess) it burst the growler we purchased, glass and mess all over. I suppose I should have checked the temp, but unless it’s clearly off I just don’t. At the risk of sounding too critical we had a few more issues though no fault of the attending staff. The hot tub had been filled in with cement, the one amenity my wife was looking forward to using. The pool itself wasn’t bad, but the surrounding air was very cold. Though granted the temp was rather cold outside. All together made a less then desirable trip.

Very pricey hotel for what we got. 169 a night. Double beds small. Queen would of been nice. Mattress not comfortable. Sunk in the middle. No free breakfast. Breakfast is extra. 15 a person. Good breakfast. Staff very rude. I told her she was being rude and unprofessional. She appaloziged and comped breakfast. Small pool. It was pack with people. Need bigger pool for such a big hotel. One Elevator broke down. Took forever for the working Elevator to come.

The Hotel appeared to have some water damage throughout the Hotel. The Lobby and some other floors. The first room they assigned me had water dripping from the ceiling, but they were nice and gave me a very nice room.

Over rated and over priced for what it was. The facility was very well worn: sink cracked, finishes worn away, bathroom for was unfinished and miss matching, stains on the ceiling, rusting fixtures, water deposits made the shower in adjustable. It was clean, and quite. The room was small, ok, but it also wasn't inviting, not comfortable. The staff were pleasant and tried. The "restaurant" only offered breakfast buffet, and the bar was discouraging. The are other major chain hotels within 2 miles, at 30-40% less.

Our room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. The elevator was a little iffy looking and one was down for "remodernization" so they said, but the elevator never got stuck so I guess that's a good thing 😂. People were very friendly, room was nice, location very convenient. Would definitely book here again.

The staff was super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was good but could be cleaner - there was some oily stains on the carpet and some spots in the corners of the bathroom that looked like they could use a good scrub, but everything else looked clean and decent. They had some construction stuff out back that hints to them remodeling some rooms so I’m looking forward to trying them again next year to see if we can get one of the remodeled rooms.

The room was not cleaned well prior to my stay. Trash in the trash can, junk on the counters and tables, and a stain on the bedspread. Standing water while showering, and a toilet that needed two flushes to do anything. The server at the restaurant for breakfast was very kind and helpful. The Fairfield next door was much nicer as we had to stay at both hotels for our trip.

The room we stayed in was not clean. It was toothpaste still in the bathroom sink and hair in the sink. Stains on the pillows, sheets and hair in the beds. When we came back only the beds were made, they didnt change the trash, so our trash cans started to overflow. The new sheets and pillows had stains on it. Had to ask for new pillows and sheets again.

Check in was easy and the staff was really nice, but the rooms are filthy! There’s dirt in the walls, the carpets need cleaned and one of the pillow cases looked like it had dried poop on it. Also, the bed is completely broke down on the left side in room 111.

The front desk person named Josh was very rude and unfriendly when i spoke to him on the phone couple of hours before check in and also when we were checking in. Almost made us feel like he wasn't interested in helping at us at all. When we got to the room, bath tub wasn't clean, there were crumbs on the carpet. We called front desk and another staff was able to get us to a different room made us feel a little better so we appreciate her kindness and being very quick about the room situation.

The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was just fine. I was pretty dissapointed that the soaps came in single use plastive containers. Also the heater was really loud and woke me and my mom up 4 or 5 times in the night. There were stains along the sides of the beds that looked like snot or boogers.

I liked the location of the hotel. The vanity space was the largest I had seen in a hotel. The restaurant was not open early enough for us to take advantage of. The elevators were efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easily controlled. The air conditioner was noisy.

We left this hotel in the middle of the night due to the bed feeling like a sheet of plywood. I’ve never had a bed before that I just absolutely couldn’t sleep on. Our friends had a room as well and they said their bed was okay, I guess it just depends where they put you.

Very friendly staff, excellent service both at the reception desk and from McKenna, and just a pleasant stay. Rooms were quiet even with an engagement party and two sports events being held around the hotel.

You walk in and see a beautiful WATERFULL all LIT UP and GLOWING at night. RealLY beautiful elevated dining room. Linen smells so fresh and clean. Staff are absoluteLY WONDERFUL. I got them all some LYCHEE GELATIN snacks and they were ever so HAPPY. TruLY amazing location. RealLY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. Very CONVENIENT. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Eastgate. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout. This place was fantastic. It was close to places to eat and different events like the Underground Railroad Museum. We were able to get to places like The Ark Encounter as well as The Creation Museum. The people were so helpful. Way to go !!!!

The road noise is loud. For parking, there weren’t enough cameras in the back lot to make me feel safe to leave my vehicle there, making it inconvenient to get to my room. I liked the location proximity to my destination and the staff was very friendly.

Bathroom sink drain very very slow, Bathroom door when closing made a sound like it was stuck when opening. This location on line said there was a complemental breakfast. There was not. The room I booked online shows a couch in the king suite. There was not. So disappointing
