I reserved a king suite with jaccuzi thru Expedia and upon arrival was told no such room exists!! I was not happy however the front girl Barbie did excellent and contacted Expedia to get it fixed the room rate. It was after a lot of work on her part! Several staff say this always happens with Expedia they say there are rooms that they do not have! I feel Expedia owes me compensation as the hot tub was the sole reason for choosing this hotel!!! I am not happy!!!!

I have stayed here twice before and it is very pleasant and comfortable. Pool opens at 8 am, I had to go ask for towels twice at 9 am. Other than that no complaints. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was so outdated. The tiles were coming up and was missing a lot of the grout and when you would step on the tile you would hear a cracking noise. The mirror was all cracked. The counters and backsplash was missing caulk. In one of the corners there was drywall missing. I would not stay there again for the price we paid.

I just learned today that even though I had a reservation that I made a month prior to our arrival date for a king size bed, that they apparently do a first come first serve bases for room. I ended up with 2 queens instead of my king size bed that I reserved and paid for a month earlier.

I made a reservation for a King size bed and I paid for my reservation at the time it was made. When I arrived to check in - I was given my room key, when I went to my room it was 2 queens. I went back to the desk to inform them of the mistake when I was told that they ran out of king size bed rooms. I showed them my reservation made a month prior and I was told that it’s a first come first bases. To top it off, the room was extremely out dated. We will not be returning.
