So thankful for the free 24 hour shuttle from and to the airport. Our flight came in after midnight and their wasn’t any issues getting a shuttle.

Reading the descriptions, googling the area made me decide on this property. The staff was friendly, The gym was very clean and accessible, The pool looked nice even though we did not get to use it. Still it was a comfortable stay.

Very clean and well-kept, room with huge TV, large and well designed bathroom and great amenities. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. Well-equipped fitness room, good indoor pool, well working laundry. Noise level low though the interstate is very close. Comparatively good breakfast with many cold and warm dishes to choose. Would return anytime for another stay.

So glad I chose this hotel to stay at while we were in Buffalo near the airport. It has some of the nicest friendliest group of people running it. Mr. Aaron was awesome with the breakfast and helping our breakfast be the best it could be. They have a pool table and foosball table in the common area, With other games as well. A lot of great sitting areas also. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the 360° parking around the whole building was great. We all agreed we would stay back there in an instant if we have the opportunity.

Everything was great, huge bathroom & shower. Comfy bed. The room is smaller than others we have stayed in but we had sufficient room. Staff was great and we appreciated the timely airport shuttle and the driver. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.

Very modern. No closet or dresser drawers but shelves to put clothes on. Also no carpet in the room but very nice flooring. (I liked that because I think they are easier to clean.) The hotel is pet friendly so again, the flooring is a nice decision. The breakfast was wonderful--beverages, bagels/english muffins, egg sandwiches, pancakes, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, muffins... You won't go hungry. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. Extra snacks and beverages for purchase. Mini fridge in the room but use of the microwave in the lobby. Lots of comfy furniture to just relax in the lobby area. Bulletin board of suggested activities and places to eat. Very responsive to our request for additional pillows. We will definitely stay here again.

The front desk employees were so nice and friendly every time we spoke with them. The bathroom was dirty right when we got there specifically the toilet. I seemed to have been used and the was poop on the seat.

Staff was very friendly. Moderately priced. There was an unsettling amount of crumbs underneath the mattresses but at least no sign of bugs or rodents. Definitely could have been cleaner but wasn’t disgusting. Most upsetting thing was my car was keyed in the parking lot and apparently no cameras were able to catch it even though I was parked next to the building.

Love this place for the clean rooms and excellent breakfasts. That, and the proximity to shopping has kept us coming back, but the sound insulation is very poor. Unless you stay on the top floor, the thumping footsteps from the floor above are very annoying, especially if those guests have children.

Disappointing. Cons: No drawers in the room - only 8” shelving to put your stuff. Only a few hangers and hooks. Roll-in shower meant very wet bathroom floor. No safe in room. No microwave or coffee maker in room, though coffee etc available in lobby. Tiny refrigerator in room wasn't cold until I moved it from the wall to change the setting. Pros: Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

First what we liked: the room was clean, the continental breakfast food was fine, and the parking was good. The shower was nice and hot, too. However, there was peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower, two spiders in the bathroom, and our TV didn't work. When I called the front desk to see if we could get a replacement TV or if something could be done about the error message that said it was weak signal, we were told that there was only one person there and they couldn't do anything or adjust our bill at all for it

The room felt very institutional/dorm room. The floors were like a hospital room. We could hear the people upstairs clearly all night. It was fine for one night, as our flight arrived very late and just needed a bed before we moved in.

Overall I give it a 4, the beds were very comfy and the rooms are fairly clean but a little small. The breakfast gets a 1, decent options but it's all tasteless and just meh. The ceilings are also thin and you can hear a pin drop on the next level up.

We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived after 2 long flights from the UK, very tired and stressed. Hotel Shuttle came within 10 minutes of us calling. Guy was very polite and helpful. The staff on the desk were lovely and checked us in quickly. Its a little noisy in the room due to the busy highway nearby and guests up and out early banging doors, but thats not the hotels fault. The beds were comfy and a great walk in shower. Clean and ideal for our one night sleep. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh.The staff are literally gems!!! They were so helpful and nice, they chatted with us and helped us with our plans. Letting us know that the shuttle could even drop us at a nearby restaurant on our return journey!! The staff were the absolute best.especially Lee our shuttle driver and Tenee and Ayanah. Keep smiling guys, you made 2 jet lagged Engligh travellers happy. see you on 23rd June ready for our journey home. thankyou so much , the Macklins from Manchester. Uk

Super staff on the night shift checked us in at 2am and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean and the AC worked really well. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our flight had been delayed several times, so we did not arrive to hotel until 4 a.m. We were greeted at the front desk and given a few snacks in case we were hungry. They seemed to understand that we had a frustrating night and aimed to make it better. When we woke up at 11, we asked for a later check out and they accommodated us. Due to their kindness, we booked another night with them on the way back. Thank you for your kindness!

we walked in to the lobby to our room being given away to someone else because they had an issue with the people next door for which the police had to be called. We had to wait 1 HOUR in the lobby for the room those people were staying in to be cleaned for us. It was a horrible experience and we were extremely exhausted from our day and just wanted to rest. We were told by staff to come back in the morning and speak to a supervisor regarding the issue, before checked out we did exactly that. We were told to contact Expedia since we booked through them and ask for a refund. I confirmed twice that the hotel would approve the refund and the supervisor said yes. She even repeated herself when we checked out. I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the hotel and the declined the refund. I tried multiple times to contact the hotel myself and I was put through to a voicemail each time it has now been 10 days and still no one has gotten back to me. I asked Expedia to reach out again because that is ridiculous for the hotel to decline the refund when it was fully promised because of what happens. Expedia said they reached out multiple times as well and the MANAGER declined the refund. The manager was not there and clearly does not care about their customers to say they are not going to give a refund after everything that happened which has been clearly noted in their system and the refund has been promised by a supervisor. Never staying here again.

Terrible Experience. First, called the Tru hotel to ask for the shuttle. They said it was going to arrive in 15 minutes and we ended up having to wait 50 minutes in the rain. When we called again, they literally said that they had taken a flight crew to a private airport ant that they were their priority. And to make things a lot worse the power went off around 7pm and did not return until 11pm or so. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. We were not able unpack and we could not shower either as we were in complete darkness. How's that a Hilton hotel does not have a generator? It is beyond my comprehension. Needless to say, please do yourselves a favor and stay somewhere else.

I travel a lot, and this was the best hotel accommodations I have experienced in a long time. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom amenities were very good. Property was very well kept, staff was professional, kind, and caring. The salt water pool was good temperature. There was a 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar. The complimentary breakfast bar was absolutely the best I have had. There were fresh milk bottles, farm fresh yogurt, granola, oatmeal, lots of cereal, fresh omelets, fried potatos, sausage, pancakes with various toppings, fruit, bagels, bread, and more. I give this hotel the highest rating and would definitely stay here again!

I enjoy staying at Tru by Hilton because the price is good and the accomodations are modern. Sometimes you go to similar hotels in the same price range and they are old, musty, and dated. This is far from that here! Everytime I visit the Buffalo area I stay at this hotel always because it is definitely above par. Close to shopping and restaurants. A great place to stay for Canadian border shoppers.

The breakfast was unexpectedly good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area was very nice. The room however was not as pleasant. Surprised to find there was no dresser to put clothes in and no closet. I hate living out of a suitcase. Also, TV satellite kept going out in the middle of the movie. Did not happen just once, but throughout our stay. Lastly, the advertisement for the hotel listed bar/lounge. Very deceptive. No bar. Only coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Overall a great stay! Very clean bedroom, fairly large, well equipped. A comfy bed, modern bathroom. Taking 1 star off because of breakfast: we went for breakfast towards the tail end of it, and there was barely anything left … had to ask for coffee (canister was empty) and staff didn’t seem thrilled. Yogurt dispenser was empty, so were other items. Cheese omelette was edible but honestly not good, pancakes made by the machine were fun but just basic. Other than that, a great stay, parking was easy, everything seemed fairly new and clean.

The property was colorful and clean. What I didn’t like about this hotel, is that they didn’t cater for people who don’t eat pork. The breakfast was good but my friend was unable to anything much. Add turkey and chicken bacon.

Overall I give it a 4, the beds were very comfy and the rooms are fairly clean but a little small. The breakfast gets a 1, decent options but it's all tasteless and just meh. The ceilings are also thin and you can hear a pin drop on the next level up.

We have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years. Always happy with our stay. We understand how hotels now welcome pets/dogs however, there should be restrictions. Allowing them to sit directly on the seats, feeding them off the table, where you guests are able to enjoy breakfast, can be a bit unsanitary and uncomfortable for guests. I can’t imagine this wouldn’t violate a sanitation and health code violation. ( The dog was licking the table) I wish management would restrict pets from entering designated dining areas. After speaking to someone at the front desk, we left as if we were in the wrong. Our concerns fell on deaf ears.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, but a little on the small side with two queen beds. Breakfast was good, with quite a few choices. The only downside to our stay was the noise. The freeway was loud, as there was construction going on throughout the night. Hopefully they finish up that road work soon.

First thing rooms are extremely small, I have traveled alot and I have to say these rooms are the smallest I have ever been in. Also I had book two queen bed as I was traveling with family and I have to say the beds were maybe doubles as I ask the front desk they told me that is the hotel queen. Pool small and pretty dirty differently need a wash gym was okay nothing to really say a couple of tredmill and some free weights nothing special. For the price I won't be back i would differently be going somewhere else.
