Lugar muy céntrico, limpio, tranquilo. Pero definitivamente desapruebo que no haya estacionamiento cerca, se ubica en una calle muy transitada y es muy incómodo tener que bajarse del auto a toda prisa y el valet tarda en recoger el coche aprox 15 minutos. Para subir el equipaje al auto, uno provoca congestionamiento de tráfico, por lo mismo que no hay donde estacionarse

El lugar está increíble, el precio accesible y la ubicación es perfecta. Hay q considerar que el estacionamiento es por valet y la organización para el mismo es muy deficiente.

Beautiful property, elegant decor, helpful staff, very close to attractions, nice rooftop restaurant with good views. Bathroom hot water a bit lukewarm, room could do with more lighting. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel está impecable. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer San Miguel de Allende, está cercana a todo. El restaurante en la terraza, el bar, y los otros negocios complementan muy bien la estancia. Las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones. Tuvimos un detalle pero Erik y su equipo lo resolvieron bien. Regresaremos sin duda.

No funcionó el elevador de manera constante…! Íbamos con personas que si requerían el elevador…. Que lástima que esto sucedió ! El hotel todo muy bien y quedarse con la imagen de que el elevador no sirve es una pena…! Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo si tienen una mínima necesidad de utilizarlo, ya que durante la estancia constantemente

Casa 63 is ideally located in the central historic district of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel is a historic treasure that has been thoughtfully and tastefully restored and designed. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable and very well tended. The included breakfast was generous and delicious, delightfully served in their rooftop restaurant. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have! Highly recommend!!

Well, where can I start? This place was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Kenia (at reception) was extremely sweet, courteous, and polite. She took us to the rooftop where we were to take our breakfast every morning, as it was included with our stay. The room and the hotel were great. The amenities and the rooms were extremely clean, and the smell you get the moment you walk into the room was so pleasant that you relaxed right away. I will extremely definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. Our next trip will be with our girls, and we will stay at the same hotel for sure. I guess the only negative was that our room did not include a safe, but the people there are honest, but saying that, I will overlook that and stay there again. Our morning server at the restaurant was Lupita; she was extremely nice and a hard worker. She made our morning breakfast unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel in San Miguel de Allende and stay there again.

Mantenimiento deficiente en dormitorio se rebalsó la ducha y se tapó un inodoro. Nos cambiaron de habitación y el otro la regadera estaba tapada y el aire acondicionado no tenía la potencia para enfriar la habitación. Por lo demás muy satisfecho

No hot water for bathtub. Shower hard to regulate. Breakfast was included but bread served was often stale. The hotel is well situated with many attractions, restaurants, etc within walking distance. But this is a 3.5 star property at best except for the price!

Room was small and too dark.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are lovely, my one small complaint is that my room had no windows to the outside so it was pretty dark in the room and bathroom.

Habitación muy amplia. Shampo y acondicionador de buena calidad. Almohadas confortables.

La habitación un poco fría. La caja fuerte y el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaron, a pesar de que los reportamos. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno muy bueno . La ubicación del hotel excelente .

Estuvimos 2 noches , la primera estuvo fatal , el Aire acondicionado tronaba de la nada toda la noche , la cama rechinaba en cada movimiento, el personal nos cambió la habitación al hacerles saber esto , un hotel pequeño , con buen desayuno , sin todo hubiera estado como la segunda noche hubiera estado genial la estancia , el personal muy atento .

Gorgeous property! Gorgeous rooms! All the staff are very kind and super helpful. The location can’t be beat for shopping and great food. However, if you get a room facing the street it is very noisy all night, even on weekdays. Loud cars, trucks, and drunk people walking by all night. However there are several rooms far off the street that I’m sure are perfectly quiet. Be sure to request one of those.

The hotel was very nice and the stafff was very accommodating

Property was great and clean but the staff didn’t seem to have synchrony with one another. Even when we’d ask for a bottle of water, they had to pager others and at times would get it wrong and we’d be sent to the 4th floor restaurant to get a bottle of water. I think it’s pretty basic to keep some water by the front desk.

Sin embargo, el servicio en el desayuno resultó ser lento en varias ocasiones, lo que nos llevó a buscar alternativas en restaurantes cercanos para agilizar nuestras actividades. Lamentablemente, el servicio al cliente en la recepción fue deficiente, lo que afectó significativamente nuestra experiencia. Particularmente, la empleada Kenia mostró una actitud poco profesional y falta de conocimiento sobre los servicios y la información local. A pesar de la intimidad que ofrecen las 16 habitaciones del hotel, no recibimos un trato personalizado. Por ejemplo, al solicitar un horario de limpieza flexible para nuestra habitación (número 2), la respuesta fue abrupta. Asimismo, no se repuso el agua ni las cápsulas de café después del primer día, y al pedir asistencia con el transporte, se nos indicó que lo buscáramos por nuestra cuenta. La información sobre lugares para cenar y puntos de interés locales también fue insuficiente. Es una pena que la primera impresión del hotel, a cargo del personal de recepción, no haya sido la esperada. Cabe señalar que la camarista sí se disculpó por la falta de agua y café en una ocasión, y apreciamos su atención. No obstante, nuestra habitación no 2

No me gustó que no servía el aire en una recámara. Pues se apagaba a cada rato y se quedaba parpadeando una luz. Inexperiencia del personal que opera el Hotel.

Excellent location on this totally remodeled boutique hotel

Lo mejor es que esta a una cuadra del plaza central, caminando hay varias opciones de comida, lo unico es que no tienen estacionamiento en el lugar el auto se queda en otro lado.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in San Miguel. The hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. It’s two blocks to the Church and main square. Don’t forget to sit and enjoy the dancing and music on the weekends. Service was impeccable. Whatever we needed, the hotel staff was prompt and attentive. A bonus, they kindly upgraded our room which was fantastic! Robes provided were super soft and plushy. The staff helped us with all transportation, it made it easy to explore the area. Beautiful property. We will definitely stay here again. Mucho gracias, MX
