This is now our third time staying at Char’s condo and she’s made some nice upgrades! New lounging chairs in the living room and an addition of a table out on the balcony were nice new touches. Once again, the place was spotless with excellent quality towels and all of the amenities needed to stay for a week. The convenience of having a washer and dryer has helped us to pack less than half of what we used to since our first stay. Access to the beach is amazing and there’s been an addition of a plank pathway from the end of the wooden deck down to the beach. This makes it much easier to walk up the slight incline and makes it super easy to get our wagon to and back from the beach! As always, Emerald Isle was never too busy, there was always plenty of room at the beach. The ease of going anywhere on the Crystal Coast is super easy from the condo. Parking was excellent as always and being within a gated community gives that extra sense of safety. It’s a shame we can only give it 5 Starts!!! Pat & Lori O.

We loved our time at Char’s condo! Close to the beach, and great views from inside and out on the balcony. We enjoyed cooking dinner in and eating out in Emerald Isle. The pool at the property was also a nice place to swim. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean, grounds were well maintained. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Property is adjacent to a popular beach access so don't expect to be the only ones on the beach. Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Char was a great host! She communicated well. The condo is roomy, clean, updated, great view of the ocean, quick walk to the beach! Nicely appointed bathrooms. For those with littles, there are handheld shower wands in both baths, which is super nice. The complex is nice with an outdoor pavilion overlooking the ocean and also has a nice pool. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our short Labor Day weekend beach trip with our family of 4. The location and views from the deck did not disappoint! The condo is not far from entering EI (didn't have to sit in traffic), and a fantastic beach area (great waves and fluffy sand, clean). My teen especially enjoyed the sand volleyball courts right next door. The complex was quiet, and easy to navigate. We also loved the community's covered porch deck out to the beach and wooden slatted walking path to the beachfront (so you don't burn your feet). While we didn't use the pool or other amenities they looked well-maintained. Inside the unit, everything was clean, comfortable and cutely decorated. We all slept well on the beds. The unit came with a lot of starter supplies, too. Coffee pods, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods...and even a cute welcome snack/water basket! Lastly, Char was a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we had some technical challenges at the entrance gate...and followed up with a phone call to ensure we made it inside the gate and condo itself. My family had such an amazing time at Char’s Beach Condo. She was very accessible and even let us know when cleaners finished so we were able to arrive a bit early! It was clean, well stocked and with beach/ocean views as well. Easy access to beach. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again!

Overall beautiful condo that is well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable bed with almost everything you need for a fun stay at the beach. My only suggestion is better beach chairs... the bag chairs leave a lot to be desired. We enjoyed the pavilion on the way to the beach every day as it had plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Morning walks were so peaceful and we look forward to visiting again. I would recommend Chars Condo for a couple or small family. Lots to do in the area!

Char has done a nice job with the condo. Lots of updates. Very clean and a great location. Close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops within minutes. Char is very conscientious and customer focused. I couldn’t recommend her or this rental any higher! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a nice stay while working remotely at the beach. Very clean and reasonably quiet. Beautiful view! Condo grounds and amenities are well kept. Kitchen was missing some items like a toaster, and bring extra dishwasher detergent and trash bags if you stay a week or more. Internet speed was sufficient for two remote workers. TV in master bedroom has streaming apps but living room TV doesn’t. Char was helpful before and during our stay.

we stayed only a few days, but enjoyed every minute! Char was extremely attentive and provided a ton of information about the surrounding area! We had one sweltering day and thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. In the evening we sat on the deck and watched the clouds roll in over the ocean. Gorgeous view and extremely comfortable and cozy condo! Excellent stay! Thank you, Char!

My family had such an amazing time at Char’s Beach Condo. She was very accessible and even let us know when cleaners finished so we were able to arrive a bit early! It was clean, well stocked and with beach/ocean views as well. Easy access to beach. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again!

True beachfront condo with everything you could ask for. Steps to the ocean. Condo is clean, comfortable and has great views of the ocean. Char is an amazing host. She was so thoughtful in giving us restaurant recs and highlights of the island.

This is our second time staying at Char’s. Her condo is very clean with all of the amenities anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The view is amazing. Access in and out of the gated facility is super easy. Plenty of things to do in and around the E. I. area plus Beaufort, Swansboro & Morehead City are easy drives with amazing restaurants and shops as well! We are looking forward to another great stay in the summer of 2024!

The property is located just short walk to the beach. The ocean and the beach were wonderful. We enjoy our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and evenings having our cocktails on the deck. The only negative about the location was that it was next to a public beach which increase the traffic on the beach. The condo was well stock for general use, except only providing one towel per person. The condition of furniture and interior was fine, but the lazy boy chairs will need new seat cushions. Overall we had wonderful time at Emerald Isle!

We loved our time at Char’s condo! Close to the beach, and great views from inside and out on the balcony. We enjoyed cooking dinner in and eating out in Emerald Isle. The pool at the property was also a nice place to swim. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean, grounds were well maintained. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Property is adjacent to a popular beach access so don't expect to be the only ones on the beach. Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The condo was just the right size for a comfortable stay for 3-4 guests. It was beach stylish, very close walking distance to the beach, close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and small strip mall general stores for souveniers. The weather unfortunately was rainy and windy due to an ocean storm system, but would have been great for a beautiful beach stay if sunny and warmer. The host was fantastically cordial, knowledgeable and friendly. A great place for vacations.

The condo was perfect for our short Labor Day weekend beach trip with our family of 4. The location and views from the deck did not disappoint! The condo is not far from entering EI (didn't have to sit in traffic), and a fantastic beach area (great waves and fluffy sand, clean). My teen especially enjoyed the sand volleyball courts right next door. The complex was quiet, and easy to navigate. We also loved the community's covered porch deck out to the beach and wooden slatted walking path to the beachfront (so you don't burn your feet). While we didn't use the pool or other amenities they looked well-maintained. Inside the unit, everything was clean, comfortable and cutely decorated. We all slept well on the beds. The unit came with a lot of starter supplies, too. Coffee pods, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods...and even a cute welcome snack/water basket! Lastly, Char was a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we had some technical challenges at the entrance gate...and followed up with a phone call to ensure we made it inside the gate and condo itself. And, as newbies to EI, she provided a lot of great activity and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely time visiting Emerald Isle. Our host was helpful and welcoming - the condo is in excellent condition and a very convenient location to the beach, grocery and other food options. Would definitely come back!

Great location, if you like the beach and want to stay ocean front. Two bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. This condo is very comfortable and the hostess thought of everything. We found a very casual seafood place Fish Hut Grill. Highly recommend. Great bookstore in the Food Lion shopping center. Great fishing pier minutes away. Otherwise, the area isn't over commercialized, just the want I love it.

We had a nice stay while working remotely at the beach. Very clean and reasonably quiet. Beautiful view! Condo grounds and amenities are well kept. Kitchen was missing some items like a toaster, and bring extra dishwasher detergent and trash bags if you stay a week or more. Internet speed was sufficient for two remote workers. TV in master bedroom has streaming apps but living room TV doesn’t. Char was helpful before and during our stay.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time in Emerald Isle and Char’s condo. The location is perfect with a short drive to several delicious restaurants. Communication from the start was prompt and clear with instructions for easy check-in. The condo is clean, well appointed with a fabulous view of the beach. We hope to visit again and would not hesitate to stay in Char’s condo.
